Operation instructions for Wile 78 Crusher

Thank you for choosing the Wile 78 Crusher Grain Moisture Meter.

Read the whole manual before using the meter.

2. Preparation

Insert the battery –Make sure it’s in the right way.

Do not leave the battery in the meter out of season.

Battery voltage can be checked from the Settings menu. The meter also warns

when it’s time to change the battery. Replace the battery at the beginning of

every season.

Symbols

At the bottom of the screen explained:

= measure moisture

= to menu

= select

= move back, down, up –moving through options

Avg = Number of average calculations stored for the % calculation

0.0% = Average percentage

9ml = The sample amount (The cap holds 9ml)

3. Buttons

Switch on and off (Keep button pressed)

Select menu

Return to previous (Go backwards)

Confirm choice

Start measurement

Move through the menu

Change the values in a function

4. Measuring

Start up the meter by pressing the red start button.

Choose the correct grain with the buttons.

Confirm Choice - press

The sample size required is shown in the top right

corner 9ml or 18ml –Cap=9ml

Pour the sample into the Crusher evenly

Screw the cap on until it is against the stopper

Start measuring –press

The moisture % is shown clearly –13.7%

The measurement is automatically added to the average ! (No. of

measurements 3 avg. = 16.6%)

Clean the Crusher carefully after each measurement.

The meter shuts down automatically according to the setting or it can be shut

down by keeping the red power button down.

The dealer that buys your grain will have his own system for

measuring grain, so it is important for you to align your meter to the

grain dealers measuring system. See Offset.

Note: The only exact measurements come from oven tests carried out to ISO

Standards, this is what your Wile scales are based on.

5. Average Calculation

1. Every measurement is automatically added to the average for each grain.

2. The number of measurements included in the average is shown =9

3. The average is shown 14.5%

4. To clear the average memory - Select Menu Choose Clear Avg

6. Offset

Select Menu Choose Grain Offset

Use to make the adjustment by 0.1%

10. Auto Off in the Settings menu

The meter shuts down automatically after a

specific time.

The time can be adjusted between 10

seconds and 10 minutes.

Use the OK button to change the time

Turn off the meter by keeping the red button down

Turn off the meter using Shutdown option

11. Backlight in the Settings menu

To turn the backlight on or off use the OK

button.

12. Contrast for the screen in the Settings menu

Use to make the adjustment.



13. Battery

Battery voltage is too low (<6.5 V).

Check the battery status

Battery voltage can be checked from the Settings menu.



Taking samples

Make several measurements and use the average value.

When measuring dry/medium seeds you should discard the first

measurement to be sure that the crusher is clean and dry.

Remove all dirt and raw seeds from the sample.

Direct from dryer, let the seeds cool before measuring.

Take several samples from different places (moisture varies)

16. Warranty

This product has a warranty valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. The

warranty covers the materials and workmanship.

To claim the warranty, the customer should return the defected product to the

Manufacturer, reseller or the nearest Wile Service Partner at the customer's own

expense. The warranty claim must be accompanied with the description of the

fault, copy of the sales receipt and customer's contact information.

The manufacturer / Wile Service Partner will repair or replace the defected

product and return it as soon as possible.

The warranty does not cover any damages that are caused by incorrect or

careless use of the product, installation that does not correspond to the provided

instructions and other damages which may arise due to causes beyond the

control of the manufacturer.

The liability of Farmcomp Oy is limited to the price of the product at a maximum.

Farmcomp does not accept any responsibility for any direct, indirect or

consequential damages that are caused by the use of the product or the fact that

the product could not be used.

Wearing parts are not covered by the warranty e.g. Battery, Case.

Děkujeme za použití vlhkoměru Drtiče Wile 78 pro obilí.

Před použitím vlhkoměru si pozorně přečtěte návod

1. Balení obsahuje;

2. Příprava

Vložte baterii – ujistěte se že je vložena správně.

Nenechávejte baterii ve vlhkoměru pokud ho delší dobu nepoužíváte.

Nabití baterie můžete zkontrolovat v menu nastavení. Vlhkoměr vás také

upozorní, jakmile bude čas baterii vyměnit. Před začátkem sezony baterii vždy

vyměňte.

Symboly

Symboly na obrazovce znamenají:

= naměřená vlhkost

= menu

= vybrat

= pohyb dozadu, dolu, nahoru –pohyb nastaveními

Avg = průměr měření v %0.0%

9ml = obsah obilí (měřicí prostor pojme 9ml)

Zapnutí a vypnutí (musíte tlačíko podržet)

4. Měření

Zapněte vlhkoměr červeným tlačítkem.



Vyberte správný druh obilí



Potvrďte výběr zeleným tlačítkem

Doporučené množství vzorku je ukázáno v pravém horním rohu 9ml nebo 18ml -

miska=9ml

Vložte vzorek do misky drtiče

Zašroubujte misku

Začněte měřit stisknutím –

Naměřená hodnota je jasně zobrazena - 13.7%

Výsledek je automaticky zprůměrován! (průměr 3 měření. = 16.6%)

Opatrně vymyjte a vyčistěte vlhkoměr po každém měření.

Vlhkoměr se vypne automaticky nebo ho můžete vypnout ručně držením

červeného tlačítka.

Obchodní společnosti a odběratelé, kteří si kupují vaše obilí budou mít

vlastní vlhkoměr na obilí,takže je pro vás důležité seznámit se s měřením

jejich vlhkoměru a provést odpovídající sjednocení hodnot .Více v

Kompenzace.

Poznámka: Měření vlhkoměru WILE je založeno na oficiálních ISO

standardech.

5. Výpočet průměru

1. Každé měření je automaticky zprůměrováno podle druhu obilí.

2. Počet zprůměrovaných měření je ukázán = 9

3. Průměr je ukázán 14.5%

4. K vymazání paměti výsledků zvolte v menu Vymazání prum.

6. Kompenzace

V menu vyberte Vyrovnani zrna

Použijte k vytvoření odchylky o 0.1% -nebo

+

Změnu potvrďte stisknutím OK

Pokud bylo měření provedeno již dříve,

vlhkoměr ukáže původní i novou odchylku v

%.

10. Samovypínání v nastavení Auto Off

Vlhkoměr se sám vypne po určité časové prodlevě

bez akce.

Tento čas může být nastaven mezi 10 sekundami a

10 minutami

Použijte tlačítko OK ke změně času.

Vlhkoměr vypnete buď držením červeného tlačítka nebo ho vypněte volbou

možnosti vypnout.

11. Nastavení podsvícení

Podsvícení zapnete nebo vypnete stisknutím tlačítka

OK.

12. Nastavení kontrastu obrazovky

Užijte k nastavení intenzity



13. Baterie

Napětí baterie je příliš nízké (< 6,5 V).

Zkontrolujte stav baterie

Stav baterie může být zkontrolován v nastavení



14. Informace –servisní informace

Číslo softwaru a stupnice vlhkosti obilí.



Teplotní varování –velké rozdíly v teplotě

Velký teplotní rozdíl mezi vzorkem

a vlhkoměrem při přenesení

vlhkoměru z chladu do tepla a

naopak.

Vždy dovolte vlhkoměru aby se

přizpůsobil okolní teplotě..

Vlhkoměr je příliš studený pro přesné

měření

Odebírání vzorků

Proveďte několik měření a zprůměrujte je.

Při měření suchého/středně vlhkého obilí, můžete vyřadit první

měření.

Před měřením ujistěte, že drtič je suchý a čistý

Před měřením nechte semena vychladnout.

Vezměte několik vzorků z různých míst (rozdílných ve vlhkosti)

přístroj nejrychleji jak to bude možné, nejpozději však v zákonné lhůtě.

Záruka se nevztahuje na škody způsobené nesprávným nebo neopatrným

použitím výrobku, neuposlechnutím poskytnutých pokynů a jiné škody mimo

kontrolu výrobce.
