Safety Regulations
The following provides all the information
necessary to safely operate the previously
listed products of Feniex Industries, Inc. Please
read this manual thoroughly before installing or
operating your new product in order to prevent
any damage or injury. Failure to follow the
listed instructions in this manual may result in
damage to your products or personal injury.
• Proper installation of this product requires
good knowledge of automotive systems,
electronics and procedures.
• Please guarantee all vital components
of the vehicle are not in danger of being
damaged by drilling holes necessary for
installation. Check all sides of the mounting
surface before drilling any holes into the
vehicle.
• Do not install this product in any way
that interferes with the deployment of
the air bag. Doing so may damage the
eectiveness of the air bag and can lead
to serious personal and vehicle injury. The
installer will assume full responsibility of
proper installation of the new unit.
• Please clean the mounting surface before
installation of the unit when using tape,
brackets, magnet, Velcro or suction cups.
• The product's ground wire must be
connected directly to the Negative (-)
battery post for eective use of the unit.
Please follow all wiring guidelines provided
to guarantee long lifespan and productivity.
Failing to follow these instructions may
result in damage to the product.
Warranty
Feniex Industries, Inc. warrants to the original
purchaser that the product shall be free
from defects in material and workmanship
for 5 years from the date of purchase for all
LED products. Feniex Industries warranties
speakers, sirens, ashers, and controllers for
2 years.
If a warranty problem occurs, please contact
customer support at 1.800.615.8350 or visit
the web site at www.Feniex.com. If the product
needs to be returned for repair or replacement,
call our customer support line to receive a
return merchandise authorization number.
Warning! Utilizing non-factory screws and mounting
brackets may result in loss of warranty coverage.

1.) Disconnect the mirror harness by
disconnecting the male connector from
the female connector (located 12" from the
base of the mirror).
2.) Thread the cable through the bracket.
3.) Attach the bracket to the back of the
mirror using the provided screws,
4.) Remove the current OEM mirror from
the vehicle by using the manufacturer's
recommended directions. Keep the base
plate from the mirror attached to the
window.
5.) Slide the base of the mirror (attached to
mirror) onto the the plate on the window.

Color: Function: Connection
Black
Ground Connects to the negative terminal of the vehicle's battery.
Red
Battery (+12VDC) Connects to the positive terminal of the vehicle's battery.

Feniex 4200 Controller - This application serves as a controller interface for
the 4200. Follow the steps on page 11.
Applications
Settings - This application controls Wi-Fi, bluetooth, data usage settings. Adjust
your display, sound and notications, storage and apps. Set your location, security,
language and input, date, time, and backup and reset.
GPS Info - This application allows the user to see vehicle GPS location. Set
your GPS location in the settings app.
Google Play - This application allows the user to enjoy millions of the latest
Android apps, games, music, movies, TV, books, magazines and more-
anytime, anywhere, across your devices.
Recorder - This application takes still images to capture footage from the
viewpoint of the driver.
File Manager - This application allows the user to manage le storage and
storage devices.
Google Maps - This application nds local businesses, view maps and get
driving directions.
Speedometer - This application is a gauge that measures and displays the
instantaneous speed of the vehicle.
Connect your Smart Mirror with a Wi-Fi
hotspot. If the vehicle is not equipped with
an OEM hotspot, use a mobile hotspot.
For most apps to work, connection to a
Wi-Fi hotspot is required.

Pairing to 4200
The Feniex 4200 has the option of being
controlled by the Smart Mirror. To enable
this feature, you will need the Feniex in-line
Bluetooth module (part #: C-4200WB-V2).
Follow the installation instructions below to
pairthe4200ControllerwiththeSmartMirror:
1.) Turn the Smart Mirror and 4200
systems "on" (see wiring diagram on
page 8 for more information). Both the
controller and mirror need 12V+ to activate.
2.) Connect the RJ45 cable to the 4200
relay port marked "controller" to the
bluetooth module marked "power supply".
3.) Connect the second RJ45 cable to
the bluetooth module marked "controller"
to the 4200 controller's RJ45 port.
4.) Press and hold the pairing switch button
on the bluetooth device for 3 seconds.
5.) Turn on the smart mirror
and open the 4200 controller
app. Select "connect" in
the upper right corner.
6.) Select "search/scan for device". When
the app is successfully paired with the
bluetooth module, the circle next to
"connect" changes from red to green.
7.) Once "Connect" turns green the
mirror is connected and ready to use.

Adding SIM Card
See diagram below for the SIM card slot. To
activate the SIM card, purchase a plan which
support WCDMA and insert the SIM card into
the mirror. An AT&T or T-Mobile plan can be
purchased.
If you have not inserted the SIM card,
you must use Wi-Fi to connect some
WLAN for the online App.
