Befestigungen 1schräg. Die
Ventilinsel 3verklemmt und

Mounting the valve terminal 3onto the H-rail 2.

Consequence: Injury due to electric shock.

Switch off power supply before assembly work.
Switch off compressed air before assembly work.
Additional safety instructions (operating instructions VTUB-12).
Note
Source: Incorrect mounting.
Consequence: Malfunction. Material damage.
Avoid stress from shock and vibration with this type of mounting.
Mount H-rail horizontally.
Do not overload H-rail

4. Assembly

Mount H-rail 2.

Align clips (A) downward.
Place attachments 1on the
manifold rail 5.
Clamp attachments 1
through 6 turns of the
screws 4.

Hang the hook (B) onto the
H-rail 2.
Tilt the valve terminal 3
downwards until the clips (A)
engage.

Tighten screws 4.
Observe tightening torque.
Information
Through tightening of the
screws 4, the attachments 1
become inclined. The valve
terminal 3jams and is se-
cured against tilting and slip-
ping.
Do not adjust attachments 1.

5. Dismantling

Remove connections from
the valve terminal 3.
Unscrew screws 4a maxi-
mum of 2 turns (Note).

Tilt the valve terminal 3
upwards until the clips (A)
engage.

Lift valve terminal 3from
the H-rail.
