Getting ready for kindergarten is an exciting time for
you and your child. As a parent, you’ll play an important
role in developing a good foundation for learning - and
Kasey the Kinderbot™can help.
Kasey was developed with help from teachers and
educational experts. He comes to life to help your
preschooler learn more than 40 skills that are important
for success in kindergarten.
Your child will enjoy hours of singing, dancing, taking turns
and learning with Kasey and his computer pal Chip -
a
funny friend who’s always willing to lend a hand! And
Kasey knows that academic, social and physical develop-
ment are all essential parts of preparing for kindergarten.

expressions and a great sense of humor! Your child will
have fun exploring all four places they can go with Kasey ....
•Did you know that Kasey once visited a farm? Now,
he has a farm of his own, with animals, foods and
letters from A to Z on the ABC Farm.
•Kasey wants to be a chef when he grows up. Come visit
his Counting Kitchen to learn numbers, counting,
shapes and more.
•Kasey loves to dance, sing and move -- you can do
it too at the Playground.
•There are lots of fun activities (trivia, magic tricks

When you pick Kasey up or tilt him, he stops moving.

1. Install three “D” alkaline batteries in the battery compartments located on the underside
of Kasey’s feet.
2. Be sure the Reset Switch (located on the underside of Kasey’s foot) is in the “on” position.
3. Press the Power Button on Kasey’s foot to bring him to life.
4. Adjust the Volume Dial to a comfortable listening level; adjust the Contrast Dial to make the
image on the display screen darker or lighter.
5. Press a Colored Selection Button to go to an activity. Use the Colored Selection Buttons to
answer questions too.
1. Use only the Colored Selection Buttons to
choose from the menu or answer questions.
2. Kasey should be positioned at or near your
child’s eye level and on a level surface.
3. Press the Home Button to return to the
previous menu; continue to press the
Home Button to return to the main menu.
4. If Kasey seems to be stuck in a particular
action, slide the Reset Switch on the under-
side of Kasey’s foot off and then back on.
5. Replace all three batteries with three,
fresh “D” alkaline batteries when: the
display on screen is difficult to see (after
adjusting the Contrast Dial); sounds
become faint or there are no sounds at
all (and Volume Dial is turned all the way
up); movement slows or stops; or the toy
functions erratically.
6. This toy features an automatic shut-off,
and will turn off if your child is not actively
playing with it after about one minute. You
can also turn power off by pressing the
Power Button on Kasey’s foot.
