PRIMING THE UNIT
Connect to a battery. Do not use jump pack or booster packs.
Remove the cap from the master cylinder reservoir. Connect the
wand adapter to the ABS line and insert into reservoir. Open the
ball valve. Press the “REMOVE FLUID” button on the control panel
and drain the master cylinder reservoir about 3/4 of the way down.
Do not drain completely! Press “STOP” when complete.
To select the sequence, press the “SELECT” button until the light is
on the wheel you want to ush rst, and press “ENTER”.
Press “SELECT” until the light is on the wheel you want to ush
second, and press “ENTER”.
Press “SELECT” until the light is on the wheel you want to ush
third, and press “ENTER”.
Press “START” to begin the ushing process.
Raise the vehicle, attach the appropriate color coded lines and
open the bleeder valves a quarter of a turn until uid begins to run
into the yellow hoses.
Connect all the suction lines and the yellow supply line to the
manifold in the front of the machine. Open the ball valve and
press “PRIME”on the control panel. Once you see uid in all of
the sight glasses, press “STOP”. The machine is ready for use.
Connect the appropriate adapter to the master cylinder reservoir.
Turn the black o-ring compressor and check to see if it is tight.
Connect the yellow supply line, open the ball valve and press the
“M/C/ PRESSURE” button. Check for leaks.
NOTE: It is normal to see air bubbles in the suction lines. This is air be-
ing drawn in around the bleeder valves.
The unit will beep and the light in front of the unit will ash when
complete.
