Replace with the sensor valve as shown. Use care
when helping the probe nd its way into the cell.

Locate your baery posts (posive and negave).
We recommend that you place the probe as close to
the center of the pack as possible. Probe cannot be
installed within three cells from a baery post (red
or black area as shown above).
Select a valve from a cell located near the center of
the baery, remove the swivel tee and valve.

Rotate clockwise to lock the valve in place and
reinstall swivel tee. (If this is a new install, connect
swivel tee to the valve and connect tubing.)

Secure the control box with a zip e provided in a
secure locaon. Do not secure to watering system
tubing.

Take cover o of rst inter-cell connector available
on each end for placing the red and black wires. We
recommend powering over the enre baery up to
48 volts.

NOTE:
• This product is intended to monitor electrolyte levels inside of ooded lead acid baeries. Failure to use this product in
the manner intended could compromise safety protecon provided by the equipment.
• Probe should be wiped clean and terminals checked for corrosion each me the baery has preventave maintenance.
Failure to follow these instrucons or use of unapproved installaon equipment may cause injury and permanent damage
to the product or baery. Always use personal protecon equipment (PPE) when working on lead acid baeries. Never
work on baeries if they are gassing or on charge.

Steady green light indicates
full water level.
LOW
Blinking red light indicates
low water level. Only water
aer charging.
Screw into inter-cell connector as shown. Ensuring
that the screw is securely drilled into the inter-cell
connecter, be careful not to strip the lead.
Apply no-ox grease to cover enre terminal and
screw head, reinstall inter-cell connector cover.
Aach the red wire to the posive post of the
baery and the black wire to the negave post of
the baery.

Posion the LED light in a visible locaon and aach
with the provided zip e.
Do not place on hose or side handles.
