WARNING Pour monter votre planche utilisez exclusivement les straps lock, pads plate et vis
d'origine F.one!
To set up your board only use the F-one straps lock, pads plate and screws!
Monter straps et pads :
(1) : Commencez par vérifier que les vis de vos deux straps lock soient bien serrées.
(2) : Préformez les straps en les pliant et desserez la sangle.
(3) : Enfilez la rondelle inox sur la vis. Attention il est primordial de mettre la rondelle; si vous l’oubliez
vous risquez d'enfoncer la carène de la planche. Positionnez la vis dans l'extrémité du strap lock.
(4) : Choisissez l’écartement sur votre planche . Utilisez les trous numérotés 1 pour un écartement
minimal, 2 standard et 3 pour un écartement maximal. Le choix de l’écartement varie en
fonction des riders, du gabarit et du style de navigation. Nous conseillons en général l'écartement
maximal pour un meilleur contrôle de la board et l'écartement minimal pour les petits gabarits
(infèrieur à 1m 60).
Règlages des straps et pads:
(5) : Poser votre planche sur un sol stable. Positionnez votre pads sur les trous choisis et
maintenez le pads en place avec votre genoux.Attention à bien positionner votre pads, la voûte
plantaire du pads vers le centre de la planche. Vissez ensuite vos straps lock. Attention à bien
positionner votre strap : la partie la plus large du strap avec l’anneau inox doit être vers le centre
de la planche. Ne les vissez pas complètement avant d'avoir réalisé les règlages.
(6) : Règler la largeur de vos straps en positionnant les straps lock plus ou moins serrés .
(7) : Règler la position de vos pads: orientez vos pads et placez les plus ou moins hauts en
fonction de votre longueur de pied.
(8) : Vous pouvez maintenant finir de visser vos straps .
Adjusting your pads and straps:
(5): Place your board on stable ground. Positioned the pads on the above the chosen inserts and
maintain it in place for instance using your knee. Make sure you correctly place the pads in with
the arch of the foot towards the center of the board. Screw in your strap locks. Make sure the
straps are place correctly with the metal ring towards the center of the board. Do not yet tight in
the screws before proceeding with the adjustment.
(6): Adjust the width of the strap by moving in or out the strap lock.
(7): Adjust your pads by moving the plate forward or back according to your liking.
(8): You can proceed with tightening the screws.
Setting up your pads and straps:
(1) : Start by making sure that screws on the strap locks are put on tight.
(2) : Pre-form the straps by bending them and loosen the adjuster.
(3) : Feed the stainless washer onto the screw.Be careful it is very important to place the washer;
by not doing this you might damage the board. Place the screw in the strap lock.
(4) : Choose the stance on the board : use the holes labeled 1 for minimal stance, 2 standard
and 3 for maximum stance. The stance is according to rider size and liking. We recommend the
wider stance for better control and the narrower for rider 1.60m or shorter. (10) Visser votre poignée

Visser vos ailerons:
(9) : Pour visser vos ailerons utilisez un leash bar par aileron. Attention à
bien positionner vos ailerons dans le bon sens, partie la plus haute vers
l'extérieur de la planche.

Screwing the fins:
(9): To screw in your fins use one leash plate per fin. Make sure the fins
face the right way, the taller end of it towards the outside of the board.
