doing so could result in personal injury or product damage.
• Before starting any exercise program, consult your physician to determine if you have
any medical or physical conditions that could put your health and safety at risk or
prevent you from using the equipment properly. Your physician’s advice is essential if
you are taking any medication that may affect your heart rate, blood pressure or
cholesterol level.
• Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop exercising if you
experience any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest, irregular
heartbeat, shortness of breath, light headedness, dizziness or feelings of nausea. If you
experience any of these conditions, you should consult your physician before continuing
with your exercise program.
• This equipment is intended for adult use only. Keep children and pets away from the
machine. DO NOT leave children unattended in the same room with the equipment.
• This appliance is designed for consumer use. Follow directions and use only as
described.
• Once fully assembled, inspect to ensure all hardware parts such as bolts, nuts and
washers are positioned correctly and tightly secured.
• Always inspect the safety chain guard that protects the moving parts of the bike to be
in safe and good order.
• Always inspect the seat post, seat slider, pedals and handlebar to make sure they are in
safe and stable position before using the bike.
• It is recommended to lubricate all moving parts on a monthly basis.
• Do not wear loose clothing while riding.
• Do not remove feet from the pedals while they are in motion. Wear running shoes or
other footwear suitable for exercise.
• Dry after each use to remove moisture. Wipe regularly with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner
and water solution. To avoid damaging the finish, never use a petroleum-based solvent.
• Do not dismount the bike until the pedals are at a complete stop.
• Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a protective cover for your floor or
carpet. To ensure safety, the equipment should have at least 2 feet (approximately 60
cm) of free space on each side.
• Prior to assembly, ensure you have all the components and tools listed. Some
components are pre-assembled to help with the assembly process.
• Always use the equipment as intended. If you find any defective components while
assembling or checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noises coming from

the equipment during exercise, cease use immediately and contact help.kogan.com for
assistance. Do not use until resolved.
• Do not place fingers or any other objects into moving parts of the exercise equipment.
• After exercising, turn the adjusting Knob to increase tension so the pedals will not rotate
freely and possibly hurt someone while bike is not in use.
• Do not exceed the maximum user weight of 130 KG.
• Be careful when lifting and moving the equipment. Always use proper lifting technique
and seek assistance if necessary.
• Your equipment is intended for use in cool, dry conditions. You should avoid storage in
extreme cold, hot or damp areas as this may lead to corrosion and other related
problems.

Step 1:
Attach the Front & Rear Stabilizer (1& 12) to the Main Frame (81) using x4 Screws (9), x4
Spring Washers (10) and x4 Washers (11). Tighten with the supplied Allen key (A).
Attach Left Pedal (40L) to Left Crank (39L). Turn the Left Pedal (40L) counter-clockwise by
hand until it is tight, then use the Spanner (B) to securely tighten. Tighten the Nylon Nut
(95L) using Spanner (C). Attach Right Pedal (40R) to Right Crank (39R). Turn the Right
Pedal (40R) clockwise by hand until it is tight, then use Spanner (B) to securely tighten.
Tighten the Nylon Nut (95R) using Spanner (C).
ASSEMBLY
Note:
The Pedals (40L/R) are marked “L” and “R” for Left and Right. Make sure you attach
the correct pedal to the corresponding crank.

Step 2:
Insert Trunk line (88) through Handlebar Post (74). Then attach the Handlebar (78) to
Handlebar Post (74) using x3 Screws (76), x3 Spring Washers (10) and x3 washers (11).
Tighten with an Allen key (A) (Figure B).
Loosen and pull out the Knob (13) from the Main Frame (81). Insert the Handlebar post (74)
with Trunk line (88) into Main frame (81) at desired position. Put back and secure with the
Knob (13).
Connect Trunk line (88) with Sensor Wire (89) (Figure A).

Step 3:
Attach the Seat Slider (30) to the Seat Post (31), tighten and secure with Washer (33) and
Knob (34).

Te n s i o n Adjustment
A. Adjusting the Tension:
Increasing or decreasing the tension allows to add variety to your workout sessions.
To i n c re a s e t h e t e n s i o n , r o t a t e t h e Te n s i o n K n o b (52) clockwise (“+”, arrow A). To d e c r e a s e
the tension, turn the Tension Knob (52) counter-clockwise (“-“, arrow B)
B. Emergency Brake Function:
The Brake Handle (19) is emergency brake. Use this safety feature in any situation when you
would need to get off the bike or stop the bike’s flywheel.
During exercise, press down firmly on the Brake Handle (19) to stop the bike immediately.
BEFORE FIRST USE

Pedal Strap Adjustment
When the pedal is tight, press the buckle and pull the strap up to loosen the strap (Figure A).
If loose, press the buckle and pull the strap down to fasten the strap (Figure B).
Seat and Handlebar Adjustment
The seat of this bike is fully adjustable as it moves up, down, forward and backward.
A. To a d j u s t t h e h e i g h t o f t h e S e a t P o s t (31), loosen and pull out the Knob (13), then
raise or lower the seat to the desired height. Once adjusted, re-insert and tighten
the Knob (13) to secure the seat in place. (Figure A)
B. To a d j u s t t h e s e a t f o r w a r d a n d b a c k w a r d , l o o s e n K n o b (34), then slide the Seat
Slider (30) to the desired position. Once positioned, tighten the Knob (34) to secure
the Seat Slider (30) in place. (Figure B)

C. To a d j u s t t h e h e i g h t o f H a n d l e b a r (78), loosen and pull on the Knob (13), then slide
the Handlebar Post (74) up or down to the desired height. Once adjusted, tighten
the Knob (13) to secure the Handlebar Post (74) in place.
Balance Adjustment
To a c h i e v e a s m o o t h a n d c o m f o r t a b l e e x p e r i e n c e , y o u m u s t e n s u r e t h a t t h e b i k e i s s t a b l e .
During use, if you notice that the bike is unbalanced, you can adjust the Foot Pads (3)
located beneath the Front & Rear Stabilizers (1 & 12).
To a d j u s t , r o t a te t h e Fo ot P a d s (3) clockwise or counter-clockwise until it sits level with the
floor. If needed, repeat this process to adjust the remaining Foot Pads (3).

MODE: Push to select functions.
AUTO ON/OFF: The monitor will be automatically shut off if there is no signal coming in for
4 minutes. The monitor will be auto-powered when start exercises or press the key.
Function
• TIME (TMR): Count the total time from exercise start to end.
• SPEED (SPD): Display the current speed.
• DISTANCE (DST): Count the distance from exercise start to end.
• CALORIES (CAL): Count the total calories from exercise start to end.
• PULSE (PUL): Display your heart rate per minute when hold on reaction planks with
both hands.
• SCAN: The computer will rotate through each function: TIME, SPEED, DISTANCE,
CALORIES, PULSE.

OPERATION

Battery
The computer uses x2 “AAA” batteries, which are included. If there is a problem with the
display, try changing the batteries first. When changing the batteries, change both of them.
Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix battery types. Dispose the batteries according
to the laws and regulations of your local region. Some batteries may be recycled. When
disposing or recycling, do not mix battery types
How to move the Bike
To m o v e t h e b i k e , f i r s t e n s u r e t h a t t h e H a n d l e b a r (78) is properly secured. If the Handlebar
(78) is loose, tighten the knob (13) to secure it.
Next, stand at the front of the bike so that you’re directly in front of the Handlebar (78).
Firmly grasp and hold each side of the Handlebar, place one foot on the front base and tilt
the bike towards you until the Transport Wheels (7) on the front base touch the ground. With
the wheels on the ground, you can transport the bike to the desired location with ease.
