PRE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1Do not throw away packaging materials until the assembly is complete. Part might be
accidentally thrown away.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION :
STEP 1 :
1. a Align the dowel of the Back Rest (A) to the center hole Seat (B), DETAIL 1, then attach
the Allen head Bolt M6x60mm L(H1) and tighten it by the use of Allen Key (T1a) DETAIL 1a
Be sure that the assembled Seat and Backrest are held by one person, as stand in a
side way position, while the other person prepares the Right End Frame on step 2

STEP 2 :
2.a Lay the Right End Frame( C) , (a sticker on the seat base is attached to differentiate the
2 end frames) on the floor with holes facing up . Use the packaging material to protect
End Frame against the floor. See Figure 2a
2.b Attached the 3pcs of Allen Head Bolt M6x50mmL(H2) and tighten it with the Allen Key (T1a)

2.c Align the Left End Frame's mortise hole(D), to the tenon of the Seat (B) and Back Rest(A)
See Figure 2c, then follow step 2.b
2.d Attached the Middle leg (E) on the center back part of the Seat (B) by using Allen Head
Bolt M6x50mmL (H3) and tighten it with Allen Key (T1b). See Detail 3 on Figure 2c
STEP 3:
3a Let the Sofa stand on the floor, handled by 2 persons. Press the End frame (C, D)
manually againts the backrest (A) until no gap on the connections. Attach the wooden
screw 25mmL (H4) on the upper part of the Endframe(C,D) by using a Phillip head
Screw Driver (T2,Not Included), Detail 3, do the same on the other ends. On the middle
part of the end frame, attach the wooden Screw 40mmL(H5) and follow as per Detail 4
3b Apply a glue (T3) on the edge of the Wooden Plug (H6) by a hand brush (not included)
then insert it to the holes where the Wooden Screws (H4,5) were installed, Detail 5

ASSEMBLY IS COMPLETE
CARE & MAINTENANCE : Use mild detergent and water to clean. Store in dry, covered area
when not in use and at the end of the season. Occassionally check the nuts and bolts and re tighten if
needed.
