PRE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1 Do not throw away packaging materials until the assembly is complete. Part might be
accidentally thrown away.
2 The tray and backrest were tied down together with the frame for transit purposes, it is
recommended to untie the parts when the assembly is complete.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION :
STEP 1 :
1. a Lay Main Frame (A) on the floor with underside facing up. Use the packaging material to
protect the Main Frame against the floor to avoid scratches.
1.b Insert the Leg (B), DETAIL 1. Attach the Wooden Screw (H1), to the pilot hole provided
in the Main Frame. Be sure that there will be no gap in the connection between the Legs
and Frame. Tighten the Wooden Screw witrh the Philip Head Screw Driver (Not Included)
Detail 2. Repeat the Step 1.b on the other side.

STEP 2 :
2. a Let the Chaise stand. Insert the Armrest ( C) to the slotted hole of the Main Frame, Detail 3
Please note the sticker ("RH", "LH)) on the Main Frame and the Armrest Detail 3, then
fit the slotted part of the Armrest to the main frame and the tenon of Stretcher (E) Detail 5
2. b Attached the Allen head Bolt M6 x 80mm (H2) on the hole located on the bottom part of the
Main Frame and tighten the it by the use of the Allen Key (T1), Detail 4.Repeat the step
on 2.b on the other side
2. c Insert the Allen Bolt M6 x 40mm (H3) on the hole on the Armrest( C) in line with Stretcher(E)
and tighten it with the Allen Key (T1), Detail 5

STEP 3 : Wheel Attachment
3.a Attach the Wheel (D) to the hole of Arm rest ( C), and lock by the Wheel Fittings Set (H4)
and tighten it with the Allen Key 5mm (T1). Please note the the positions of each fittings.

Tied part can be loosen up and the Back Rest can be adjusted at adesired position

CARE & MAINTENANCE : Use mild detergent and water to clean. Store in dry, covered area
when not in use and at the end of the season. Occassionally check the nuts and bolts and re tighten if
needed.
