In addition to information about the Print, Scan, Copy, Fax, mobile
device functions, Fuji Xerox ControlCenter operations and
troubleshooting, other useful information is included about using the
machine on a network.

Contacting Fuji Xerox

For technical help, you must call Fuji Xerox customer service or your local Fuji Xerox dealer.
Technical Support
Fuji Xerox recommends the Customer first utilize support materials shipped with the product,
product diagnostics, information contained on the Web, and email support. If unsuccessful, to
obtain service under product warranty the Customer must notify Fuji Xerox Telephone Support or
its authorized service representative of the defect before the expiration of the warranty period.
Customer will provide appropriate assistance to Telephone Support personnel to resolve issues,
such as restoration of the operating system, software program and drivers to their default
configuration and settings, verification of functionality of Fuji Xerox supplied products,
replacement of customer replaceable units, clearing paper misfeeds and cleaning the unit and
other prescribed routine and preventative maintenance.
If the Customer’s product contains features that enable Fuji Xerox or its authorized service
representative to diagnose and repair problems with the product remotely, Fuji Xerox may
request that the Customer allow such remote access to the product.

1. Touchscreen Liquid Crystal Display (LCD)
Access menus and options by pressing them on the touchscreen.
2. Touchpanel
(Back)
Press to go back to the previous menu.
(Home)
• Press to return to the Home screen.
• While the machine is in Sleep Mode, the Home icon blinks.
(Cancel)
Press to cancel an operation (available when lit).
Dial Pad (Numerical buttons)
Press the numbers on the touchpanel to dial telephone or fax numbers and to enter the
number of copies.
3. Power On/Off
• Turn the machine on by pressing .
• Turn the machine off by pressing and holding down . The LCD displays [Shutting
Down] for a few seconds before going off.
4. (Wi-Fi) (DocuPrint M375 z)
(For infrastructure mode)

When the Wi-Fi light is on, your Fuji Xerox machine is connected to a wireless access point.
When the Wi-Fi light blinks, the wireless connection is down, or your machine is in the
process of connecting to a wireless access point.
(For Ad-Hoc mode)
The Wi-Fi LED is always off.

Touchscreen LCD
Overview
You can select from two types of screens to
set the Home screen: Function screens and
Shortcuts screen. When a Function screen is
displayed, swipe left or right or press d or c to
display the other Function screens.
The Home screen displays the machine’s
status when the machine is idle. This screen
is also called the Ready Mode screen. When
displayed, this screen indicates that your
machine is ready for the next command.
If Active Directory® Authentication or LDAP
Authentication is enabled, the machine's
control panel will be locked.
The available features vary depending on
your model.
Function screens
The Function screens provide access to
features, such as Fax, Copy and Scan.
Shortcuts screen
Create Shortcuts for frequently-used
operations, such as sending a fax, making a
copy and scanning.
Eight Shortcuts tabs are available with six
Shortcuts on each Shortcuts tab. A total
of 48 Shortcuts are available.

Press to access Fax mode.
• [Copy]
Press to access Copy mode.
• [Scan]
Press to access Scan mode.
• [Secure Print]
Press to access the [Secure Print]
option.
•[USB]
Press to access the Direct Print and
Scan to USB menus.
• [2 in 1 ID Copy]
Press to access the 2 in 1 ID Copy
option.
2. or (Wireless Status)
Press to configure wireless settings.
If you are using a wireless connection, a
four-level indicator displays the current
wireless signal strength.

3. (Toner)
Displays the remaining toner cartridge life.
Press to access the [Toner] menu.
4. (Settings)
Press to access the [Settings] menu.
If Setting Lock has been turned on, a lock
icon appears on the LCD. You must
unlock the machine to change settings.
5. Date & Time
Displays the date and time set on the
machine.
6. [Shortcuts]
Press to access the [Shortcuts]
screen.
7. (Function screens)
Press to access the Function screens.
New Fax
When [Fax Preview] is set to [On], the
number of new faxes you received into the
memory appears at the top of the screen.
Warning icon
The warning icon appears when there
is an error or maintenance message; press
to view it, and then press to
return to Ready Mode.
This product adopts the font of ARPHIC
TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.
NOTE
How to Navigate the
Touchscreen LCD
Press your finger on the LCD to operate it. To
display and access all the options, swipe left,
right, up, down or press d c or a b on the LCD
to scroll through them.
The following steps explain how to change a
machine setting. In this example, the LCD
Backlight setting is changed from [Light] to
[Med].
IMPORTANT
DO NOT press the LCD with a sharp object,
such as a pen or stylus. It may damage the
machine.
DO NOT touch the LCD immediately after
plugging in the power cord or turning on the
machine. Doing this may cause an error.

Load Paper in the
Paper Tray
Use the paper tray when printing on the
following media:
Plain paper
Thin paper
Recycled paper
Letterhead
Coloured paper
Thick paper 1
• Adjust the guides
• Fan the paper
1Open the back cover (face up output tray) before
printing to let the printed paper exit onto the face up
output tray.

Use the MP tray when printing on the
following media:

Use this section to resolve problems you may encounter when using your Fuji Xerox machine.
Identify the Problem
Even if there seems to be a problem with your machine, you can correct most problems yourself.
First, check the following:
• The machine's power cord is connected correctly and the machine's power is on.
• All of the machine's orange protective parts have been removed.
• (For network models) The access point (for wireless network), router, or hub is turned on and
its link indicator is blinking.
• Paper is inserted correctly in the paper tray.
• The interface cables are securely connected to the machine and the computer.
• Check the LCD or the machine's status in Status Monitor on your computer.

Using the Status Monitor
• Double-click the icon in the task tray.
• (Windows®) If you select the Load Status
Monitor on Startup check box, the Status
Monitor will launch automatically each time
you start your computer.
• A green icon indicates the normal stand-by
condition.
• A yellow icon indicates a warning.
• A red icon indicates an error has occurred.
• A grey icon indicates the machine is
offline.

An error message indicates where the paper is stuck in your machine.

When the time comes to replace supplies, such as the toner cartridge or drum cartridge, an error
message will appear on your machine's control panel or in the Status Monitor.
• The toner cartridge and drum cartridge are two separate parts.
