PRE ASSEMBLY
INTRODUCTION
Suitable Location
Assembling near the area of the
intended location is highly
recommended.
Avoid Scratches
Use cardboard, blankets or a
carpeted area while assembling
furniture to prevent scratches.
Teamwork
ALWAYS have at least two people
to help with transporting and
assembling the product to avoid
potential injury and/or damage.
Flat Surface
Make sure the furniture rests on
a flat and level surface with each
leg evenly touching the floor.
Sufficient Space
Make sure you have enough
space to move around during the
assembly.

Align center rail brackets (#I) to the end guardrails
(#9,10), then secure by using screws (#E).
Align side rails (#12,13) to the end
guardrails (#9,10), then secure by using
bolts (#A) onto nuts (#K).

Insert dowels (#H) onto end guardrails.
Align center rail (#11) to
brackets, then secure by using
bolts (#M) with nuts (#N).
Align side guardrails (#1) to the end
guardrails (#2,3), then secure by
using bolts (#B).
Align side rails (#4,5) to
the end guardrails (#2,3),
then secure by using
bolts (#A) with nuts
(#K).

Insert dowels (#J) to side guardrails (#8), then
align side guardrails (#8) to posts (#6,7).
Secure by using bolts (#C).
Align guardrail to the side rail, then
secure by using bolts (#D).

Align ladder rungs (#16,17) to the ladder sides
(#14,15), then secure by using bolts (#C).
Align ladder brackets (#L) to the ladder sides
(#14,15), then secure by using screws (#E).
Carefully place top bunk onto lower
bunk.

Align ladder to the bunk bed, then
secure by using the following
screws as shown in the diagram.
Align slats (#19) to the bottom
bunk, then secure by using screws
(#F).

Align slats (#18) to the top bunk, then secure
by using screws (#F).
