Safety Precautions Symbols
Protect yourself and others from injury,
read and follow these precautions before
installation and operation.
Exploding parts can injure.Always wear a face
shield and long sleeves。
Static can damage PC boards
1、Put on grounded wrist strap before
handing boards or parts。
2、Use proper static-proof bags and boxes to
store，move or ship PC boards。
1、Wear approved face shield or safety goggles
with side shields。
2、Wear proper body protection to protect skin。
Do not weld in the height！
Read instructions.
1、Read owner's Manual before using or servicing
unit。
2、Use only manufacturer’s supplied replacement。
Flying metal can injure eyes。
1)Wear safety glasses with side shields or face
shield。
1、Magnetic fields can affect pacemakers.
Pacemaker wearers keep away.
2、Wearers should consult their doctor before
going near plasma arc cutting operations。
Overuse can cause overheating
Allow cooling period ,follow rated duty cycle
before starting to weld again.
Electric shock can kill:
1、Do not touch live electrical parts。
2、Wear dry,hole-free insulating gloves and
body protection.
3、Do not wrap electrical cable around your
body.
4、Ground the workpiece with a good electr-
ical ground。

Do not locate unit on,over,or near combustibe
surfaces.Do not install unit near flammables.
Remove all flammables of the welding area.
Falling unit can cause injury.
The heat from the workpiece can cause serious
burns。
Fumes and gases can be hazardous
welding produces fumes and gases. Breathing
these fumes and gases can be hazardous
to your health .
If inside,ventilate the area.
Do not weld in a confined space only if it
is well ventilated.

2、Duty Cycle and Overheating
1. The system will automatically shut off the welder when a pre-
programmed temperature is reached. Automatic alert will be shown on
the display.
2. The welder can be used again after cooling down.

1) Open the package and find out the owners manual。

3) Properly install this equipment as following diagram.Inspect
the unit for any problems.If so, contact your local distributor

2. Preparation
Always clean the plastic part surface being repaired of any grease,
dirt, film or other contaminates before beginning.
3. Making Repairs
Plug the power cord into a grounded outlet. Place the desired staple
configuration into one of three hole locations in the contact prongs,
choosing the hole location that provides the best access to the
damage. Do not press the trigger switch. The staple will achieve full
heat after pressing the trigger switch.
Set the Temperature to suit the material being repaired.
Step “1” for thinner and softer plastics.
Step “2” and “3” for thicker and semi-rigid plastics.
Step '4” for thick and hard plastics.
Usually setting the temperature to the step “2” or “3” is recommended.
CAUTION: On thinner and softer materials, it is very easy to burn
through to the outer surface, do not use excessive force.
Application
Press and hold the trigger switch on the Staple Gun for 10 seconds
allowing the staple to achieve full heat. Carefully press the heated
staple gently into the plastic keeping the staple parallel and square to
the surface while continuing to hold the trigger switch.
When the staple is satisfactorily burrowed into the material, release
the trigger switch, wait several seconds to allow the molten plastic to
firm up then withdraw the staple gun from the staple.
When done, the staple legs can be cut off with side cutters then
ground down to the repaired surface area.
