Einleitung
Damit Sie an Ihrer neuen Forsthelm möglichst lange
Freude haben, bitten wir Sie, die Betriebsanweisung und
die beiliegenden Sicherheitshinweise vor
Ingebrauchnahme sorgfältig durchzulesen. Ferner wird
empfohlen, die Gebrauchsanweisung für den Fall
aufzubewahren, dass Sie sich die Funktionen des Artikels
später nochmals ins Gedächtnis rufen möchten.
Im Rahmen ständiger Produktweiterentwicklung
behalten wir uns vor zur Verbesserung technische
Änderungen umzusetzen.
Bei diesem Dokument handelt es sich um die
Originalbetriebsanweisung.

Nehmen Sie das Gerät aus der Transportverpackung und
prüfen Sie die Vollständigkeit und das Vorhandensein
folgender Teile:

Sollten Teile des Lieferumfangs fehlen oder beschädigt
sein, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Händler.

Allgemeine Hinweise
•Überprüfen Sie nach dem Auspacken alle Teile auf
eventuelle Transportschäden.
•Überprüfen Sie die Sendung auf Vollständigkeit.
Sicherheitshinweise
•Benutzen Sie den Helm nur korrekt justiert, damit die
volle Schutzwirkung vorhanden ist.
•Benutzen Sie nur vom Hersteller empfohlene
Zurüstteile. Verändern Sie den Helm in keiner Form,
für die Montage anderer Zubehörteile.
•Halten Sie den Helm fern von Lösungsmitteln und
alkoholhaltigen Flüssigkeiten und Sprays, Lacken,
etc. Diese können die Kunststoff beschädigen.
•Durch Stöße oder Schläge kann der Helm äußerlich
nicht sichtbare Beschädigungen aufweisen (z. B.
Haarrisse) und im Notfall keinen vollen Schutz mehr
bieten. Tauschen Sie den Helm aus, sobald er
starker Belastung ausgesetzt wurde.
•Benutzen Sie den Gehörschutz solange die
Lärmbelästigung andauert. Der volle Schutz ist nur
bei voller Tragedauer gewährleistet.
•Untersuchen Sie den Helm und das Zubehör vor
jeder Benutzung auf Beschädigungen wie Risse,
Sprünge, Abschürfungen etc. Benutzen Sie nur
einwandfreie Helme und Zubehör.
•Der Augen- und Gesichtsschutz schützt nicht gegen
Spritzer von Flüssigkeiten (einschließlich
Flüssigmetallen), heiße Festkörper, elektrische
Risiken, Infrarot- und UV-Strahlung.
Gehörschutz
•Dieses Produkt kann durch bestimmte chemische
Substanzen leiden. Weitere Angaben sollten beim
Hersteller angefordert werden.
•Kapselgehörschützer und besonders die
Dichtungskissen können mit dem Gebrauch
verschleißen und sollten daher häufig auf Zeichen
von zum Beispiel Rissen und Undichtigkeiten
untersucht werden.
•Die Umhüllung der Dichtungskissen mit
„Hygieneüberzügen“ kann die akustische Leistung
des Kapselgehörschutzes beeinträchtigen.
•Diese Helm-Kapselgehörschutz-Kombination liegt im
Größenbereich Groß.
Visier
•Visier nicht verwenden, wenn es ein vorhersehbares
Risiko durch harte oder scharfkantige umherfliegende
Teile gibt oder durch gefährliche Flüssigkeiten.
•Das Visier darf nur in Verbindung mit dem Helm und
dem Gehörschutz nach seiner Bestimmung
verwendet werden.

Visier
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der Forsthelm schützt dem Tragenden vor Verletzungen
im Kopfbereich durch herabfallende oder pendelnde
Gegenstände und durch Stöße gegen feststehende
Objekte.
Jeder darüber hinausgehende Gebrauch gilt als nicht
bestimmungsgemäß. Für daraus resultierende Schäden
oder Verletzungen haftet der Hersteller nicht. Bitte
beachten Sie das unsere Geräte bestimmungsgemäß
nicht für den gewerblichen Einsatz konstruiert sind.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass unser Forsthelm
bestimmungsgemäß nicht für den gewerblichen,
handwerklichen oder industriellen Einsatz konstruiert
wurde. Wir übernehmen keine Gewährleistung, wenn der
Forsthelm im Gewerbe-, Handwerk- oder
Industriebetrieben sowie bei gleichzusetzenden
Tätigkeiten eingesetzt wird.

Montage Abb. B-F
1. Stellen Sie das Helminlay (Abb. A/3) entsprechend
Ihrer Kopfgröße ein (Abb. B).
2. Setzen Sie das Inlay (Abb. A/3) in die Außenschale
(Abb. A/2) ein. Fixieren Sie das Helminlay (Abb. A/3)
anhand der Laschen mit der Außenschale (Abb. A/2).
Siehe (Abb. C).
3. Um das Visier (Abb. A/4) am Helm anzubringen
stellen Sie die Arretierungshebel (Abb. A/7) horizontal
so dass Sie das Visier einhängen können und durch
vertikalstellen der Arretierungshebel (Abb.A/7) das
Visier fixieren. (Abb. D-F).
Einstellmöglichkeiten
Nackenband
•Das Helminlay kann individuell an die Kopfform
angepasst werden.
•Anhand des Nackenbandes kann der Kopfumfang
praktisch mit einer Skala und einer einfachen
Arretierung eingestellt werden.
Achten Sie darauf das der Helm straff auf dem Kopf sitzt,
aber nicht drückt.
Gehörschutz
Der Gehörschutz ist in Höhe und Position verstellbar.
Die Höhe wird durch Verschieben der Gehörschutzkapsel
verändert. Die Position lässt sich durch Drehen verändern.
Für das bequeme Auf- und Absetzen des Helmes kann der
Gehörschutz durch ziehen nach außen weggeklappt
werden.
Visier
Der Abstand des Visiers wird verstellt durch drücken der
Arretierung (Abb. G), so kann das Visier in der
Visierbefestigung verschoben werden. Bei Bedarf kann
das Visier durch ziehen nach oben weggeklappt werden.

Reinigung
Reinigen Sie den Helm regelmäßig mit lauwarmem
Wasser und etwas lösungsmittel- und laugenfreier Seife.
Reinigen und desinfizieren Sie die Gehörschützer mit
einem feuchten Tuch regelmäßig. Bei Verschleißer-
scheinungen müssen diese komplett gegen neue ersetzt
werden.
Das Visier regelmäßig mit lauwarmem Wasser und etwas
lösungsmittel- und laugenfreier Seife reinigen oder mit
Druckluft ausblasen.
Haltbarkeit
Aufgrund der Alterung der verwendeten Stoffe darf der
Helm maximal 5 Jahre nach der Herstellung verwendet
werden. Das Herstellungsdatum entnehmen Sie dem
Helm.

Gewährleistung
Die Gewährleistung erstreckt sich ausschließlich auf
Mängel, die auf Material- oder Herstellungsfehler
zurückzuführen sind. Bei Geltendmachung eines Mangels
im Sinne der Gewährleistung ist der original Kaufbeleg mit
Verkaufsdatum beizufügen. Von der Gewährleistung
ausgeschlossen sind unsachgemäße Anwendungen, wie
z. B. Überlastung des Gerätes, Gewaltanwendung,
Beschädigungen durch Fremdeinwirkung oder durch
Fremdkörper. Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchs- und
Aufbauanleitung und normaler Verschleiß sind ebenfalls
von der Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen.
Verhalten im Notfall
Leiten Sie die der Verletzung entsprechend notwendigen
Erste Hilfe Maßnahmen ein und fordern Sie schnellst
möglich qualifizierte ärztliche Hilfe an.
Bewahren Sie den Verletzten vor weiteren Schädigungen
und stellen Sie diesen ruhig.
Für einen eventuell eintretenden Unfall sollte immer
ein Verbandskasten nach DIN 13164 am Arbeitsplatz
griffbereit vorhanden sein. Dem Verbandskasten
entnommenes Material ist sofort wieder aufzufüllen.

Entsorgung
Die Entsorgungshinweise ergeben sich aus den
Piktogrammen die auf dem Gerät bzw. der Verpackung
aufgebracht sind. Eine Beschreibung der einzelnen
Bedeutungen finden Sie im Kapitel „Kennzeichnung“.
Entsorgung der Transportverpackung
Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschäden.
Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind in der Regel nach um-
weltverträglichen und entsorgungstechnischen Gesichts-
punkten ausgewählt und deshalb recycelbar. Das Rück-
führen der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf spart
Rohstoffe und verringert das Abfallaufkommen. Verpack-
ungsteile (z.B. Folien, Styropor®) können für Kinder ge-
fährlich sein. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr! Bewahren
Sie Verpackungsteile außerhalb der Reichweite von
Kindern auf und entsorgen Sie sie so schnell wie möglich.

To enjoy your new forestry helmet as long as possible,
please read carefully the Operating Instructions and the
attached safety instructions before using it. Further, we
recommend keeping the Operating Instructions to recall
the product features in the future.
Within the continuous product development, we
reserve the right to make technical changes to
improve it.
This document represents the original Operating
Instructions.

General instructions
•After unpacking, check all parts for any damage
during transport.
•Check whether the shipment is complete.
Safety instructions
•Use the helmet only when adjusted properly to
provide comprehensive protection.
•Accessory equipment recommended by the
manufacturer to be used only. To install any other
accessory equipment, do not change the helmet
shape.
•Keep the helmet out of solvents, alcohol-, spray-,
varnish-, etc. –based liquids. They could damage the
plastic material.
•Due to impacts or hits, the helmet does not have to
be visibly damaged from the outside (e.g. crazing) but
does not provide comprehensive protection in
emergency in such a case. Replace the helmet after
being exposed to heavy load.
•Use the headphones for the whole time of exposure
to noise. Comprehensive protection is guaranteed if
worn for the whole time
•Before use, check the helmet and the accessory
equipment for any damage such as scratches,
cracks, abrasions, etc. Faultless helmets and
accessory equipment to be used only.
•The eye and face cover does not protect against
spraying with liquids (including fluid metals), hot
solids, electrical risks, infrared and ultraviolet
radiation.
Headphones
•The product may get damaged by some chemicals.
Ask for more information from the manufacturer.
•The headphone cases and especially the sealing
cushions may get worn out by using; therefore, they
need to be checked more often for any scratches and
untightness.
•Packing the sealing cushions into “hygienic
coverings” may affect the sound power of the
headphones.
•This helmet and headphones combination is at the
high level (H).
Sight
•Do not use the sight if there is a predictable risk of
flying solid or sharp items or dangerous liquids.
•The sight may only be used with the helmet and
headphones as designated.

The forestry helmet protects its wearer against head
injuries caused by falling or oscillating items and impacts
to solid objects.
Any other use will be considered a use in conflict with the
designation. The manufacturer will not be liable for any
consequential damage and injuries. Please be sure to
know that our appliances have not been designed for
industrial purposes.
Please be sure to know that our forestry helmet has not
been designed for industrial or craft purposes. We are not
liable if the forestry helmet is used for industrial and craft

Assembly - pic. B-F
1. Adjust the helmet body (pic. A/3) to the size of your
head (pic. B).
2. Put the body (pic. A/3) to the external part (pic. A/2).
Fix the helmet body (pic. A/3) to the external part (pic.
A/2) using clips. A/2). See (pic. C).
3. Fix the sight (pic. A/4) to the helmet by putting the
detent lever (pic. A/7) horizontally to fit the sight and
fix it in the vertical position of the detent lever (pic.
A/7). (pic. D-F).
Adjustment options
Neck strap
•The helmet body can be individually adjusted to the
head size.
•Use the neck strap to adjust the head circumference
using the scale and simple locking.
Make sure the helmet is fitted tightly but is not pressing.
Headphones
The height and position can be adjusted for headphones.
The height is changed by moving the headphones case.
The position can be changed by turning. For comfortable
helmet fitting and removing, the headphones can be
uncovered by pulling out.
Sight
The sight distance can be adjusted by pressing the lock
(pic. G). By this, the sight is moved to the fixture. If
necessary, the sight can be uncovered by pulling up.

Instructions before using the appliance.
Maintenance

Cleaning
Clean the helmet regularly with tepid water and a bit of
soap with no solvents and lye. Clean the headphones
pads and disinfect them with a wet cloth at regular
intervals. To be replaced with new ones after getting worn
out.
Clean the sight regularly with tepid water and a bit of soap
with no solvents and lye and blow out with compressed air.
Durability
Due to aging of the materials used, the helmet may only
be used for not more than 5 years after being produced.

Warranty
The warranty exclusively applies to material or
manufacturing defects. The original proof of purchase
including the date of purchase must be submitted when
lodging a claim in the warranty period. The warranty does
not cover any unauthorised use such as appliance
overload, violent use, damage by a foreign person or an
undesirable item. The failure to follow the Operating
Instructions and assembly instructions and common wear
and tear are also excluded from the warranty.
Behaviour in case of emergency
Provide necessary first aid treatment corresponding to the
injury nature and seek qualified medical help as soon as
possible.
Protect the injured person from other injuries and calm
him/her down.
In case of accident, first aid kit must always be
available in the place of your work in accordance with
DIN 13164. Material taken out of the first aid kit needs
to be supplemented right away.

Disposal
The disposal instructions are based on icons placed on the
appliance or its package. The description of the meanings
can be found in the “Marking“ section.
Transport package disposal
The package protects the appliance against damage
during transport. Packing materials are usually chosen
depending on their environmental friendliness and disposal
method and can therefore be recycled. Returning the
package to material circulation saves raw materials and
reduces waste disposal costs. Parts of packages (e.g.
foils, styropor®) can be dangerous to children. Risk of
suffocation! Keep parts of packages away from children
and dispose them as soon as possible.

Visière

1. Adaptez l’ossature du casque (fig. A/3) à la taille de
votre tête (fig. B).
2. Insérez l’ossature (fig. A/3) dans la partie extérieure
(fig. A/2). Fixez l’ossature du casque (fig. A/3) à l’aide
des attaches à la partie extérieure (fig. A/2). Voir (fig.
C).
3. Fixez la visière (fig. A/4) au casque en plaçant la
manette de blocage (fig. A/7) à l’horizontale, de façon
à pouvoir accrocher la visière et la fixer dans la
position verticale de la manette de blocage (fig. A/7).

Possibilités de réglage
Bande autour du cou
•L’ossature du casque peut être adaptée
individuellement à la forme de la tête.
•Le périmètre de la tête peut être réglé à l’aide de la
bande et de l’échelle et d’un blocage simple.
Veillez à ce que le casque repose fermement sur la tête et
ne gêne pas.
Casque antibruit
La hauteur et la position du casque antibruit peuvent être
réglées.
La hauteur est modifiée en déplaçant les enveloppes du
casque antibruit. La position peut être réglée par des
rotations. Pour une pose et un retrait confortables du
casque, le casque antibruit peut être basculé en le tirant
vers l’extérieur.
Visière
La distance de la visière peut être réglée en appuyant sur
le blocage (fig. G), ainsi, la visière peut être déplacée vers
l’attache. Si nécessaire, la visière peut être basculée en la
tirant vers le haut.

Nettoyage
Nettoyez régulièrement le casque à l’eau tiède et
savonneuse sans dissolvants ou lessive. Nettoyez et
désinfectez régulièrement les protections du casque
antibruit à l’aide d’un chiffon humide. En cas d’usure,
remplacez-les par des neuves.
Nettoyez régulièrement la visière à l’eau tiède et
savonneuse sans dissolvants ou lessive et soufflez avec
de l’air comprimé.
Durée de vie
Pour des raisons de vieillissement des matières utilisées,
le casque peut être utilisé au maximum 5 ans à partir de la
date de fabrication. La date de fabrication figure sur le
casque.

Garantie
La garantie s’applique exclusivement aux défauts
provoqués par un défaut de matériel ou un défaut de
fabrication. Lors de la réclamation pendant la durée de la

La garantie n’inclut pas une utilisation incompétente telle
que – surcharge de la machine, utilisation de la force,
endommagement par une tierce personne ou un objet

Liquidation

Dále doporučujeme, abyste si návod k použití uschovali
pro případ, že byste si později chtěli znovu připomenout
funkce výrobku.
V rámci neustálého dalšího vývoje výrobku si
vyhrazujeme právo provádět technické změny za

Všeobecné pokyny
•Po vybalení zkontrolujte všechny díly z hlediska

•Helmu používejte jen tehdy, je-li správněseřízena,

•Používejte jen výrobcem doporučené doplňky. Kvůli

•Helmu držte mimo dosah rozpouštědel, kapalin na

poškodit.
•V důsledku nárazůči úderůnemusí být helma zvenku
viditelněpoškozena (např. vlasové trhlinky) a v
případěnouze již neposkytuje komplexní ochranu.
Jakmile je helma vystavena velkému zatížení,
vyměňte ji.
•Sluchátka používejte po celou dobu zatížení hlukem.
Komplexní ochrana je zaručena jen při plné délce
nošení.
•Před každým použitím prohlédněte helmu a
příslušenství z hlediska poškození jako jsou trhliny,
praskliny, oděrky atd. Používejte jen bezvadné helmy
a příslušenství.
•Kryt očí a obličeje nechrání před postříkáním
kapalinami (včetnětekutých kovů), horkými pevnými
částicemi, elektrickými riziky, infračerveným a
ultrafialovým zářením.
Sluchátka
•Tento výrobek mohou poškodit určité chemické látky.
Další údaje si vyžádejte u výrobce.
•Pouzdra sluchátek a především těsnicí polštářky se
mohou používáním opotřebovat a proto je třeba je
častěji prohlédnout z hlediska trhlin a netěsností.
•Zabalení těsnicích polštářkůdo „hygienických
potahů“ může negativněovlivnit akustický výkon
sluchátek.

Možnosti seřízení
Pásek na krk
•Kostru helmy lze individuálněpřizpůsobit tvaru hlavy.
•Pomocí pásku na krk lze nastavit obvod hlavy
prakticky pomocí stupnice a jednoduché aretace.
Dbejte na to, aby helma seděla pevněna hlavě, ale
netlačila.
Sluchátka
U sluchátek lze nastavit výšku a polohu.
Výška se změní posunutím pouzdra sluchátek. Polohu lze
změnit otáčením. Pro pohodlné nasazování a sundávání
helmy lze sluchátka odklopit vytažením ven.
Hledí
Vzdálenost hledí se nastaví stisknutím aretace (obr. G),
tak lze hledí posunout do úchytu. V případěpotřeby lze
hledí odklopit vytažením nahoru.

Čištění
Helmu čistěte pravidelněvlažnou vodou a trochou mýdla
bez rozpouštědel a louhu. Chrániče sluchátek pravidelně
čistěte a dezinfikujte vlhkým hadříkem. Při opotřebení
musíte tyto kompletněnahradit novými.
Hledí čistěte pravidelněvlažnou vodou a trochou mýdla
bez rozpouštědel a louhu a vyfoukejte stlačeným
vzduchem.
Trvanlivost
Kvůli stárnutí použitých látek se smí helma používat
maximálně5 let od výroby. Datum výroby najdete na
helmě.

Záruka
Záruka se vztahuje výlučněna vady materiálu nebo
výrobní vady. Při uplatňování reklamace v záruční době
přiložte originální doklad o koupi s datem koupě. Ze záruky
je vyloučeno neodborné použití jako např. přetížení
přístroje, násilné použití, poškození cizí osobou nebo
cizím předmětem. Nedodržení návodu k použití a návodu
k montáži a normální opotřebení je rovněž vyloučeno ze
záruky.
Chování v případěnouze
Zaveďte úrazu odpovídající potřebnou první pomoc a
vyzvěte co možná nejrychleji kvalifikovanou lékařskou
pomoc.
Chraňte zraněného před dalšími úrazy a uklidněte jej.
Kvůli případné nehoděmusí být na pracovišti vždy po
ruce lékárnička první pomoci dle DIN 13164. Materiál,
který si z lékárničky vezmete, je třeba ihned doplnit.

Likvidace

Likvidace přepravního obalu
Obal chrání přístroj před poškozením při přepravě.
Obalové materiály jsou zvoleny zpravidla podle jejich
šetrnosti vůči životnímu prostředí a způsobu likvidace a lze
je proto recyklovat. Vrácení obalu do oběhu materiálu šetří
suroviny a snižuje náklady na likvidaci odpadů. Části obalu
(např. fólie, styropor®) mohou být nebezpečné pro děti.
Existuje riziko udušení! Části obalu uschovejte mimo
dosah dětí a co nejrychleji zlikvidujte.

na použitie uschovali pre prípad, že by ste si neskôr chceli

Slúchadlá
Pri slúchadlách je možné nastaviťvýšku a polohu.
Výška sa zmení posunutím puzdra slúchadiel. Polohu je
možné zmeniťotáčaním. Na pohodlné nasadzovanie a
skladanie helmy je možné slúchadlá odklopiťvytiahnutím
von.
Priezor
Vzdialenosťpriezoru sa nastaví stlačením aretácie (obr.
G), tak je možné priezor posunúťdo úchytu. V prípade
potreby je možné priezor odklopiťvytiahnutím nahor.

Čistenie
Helmu čistite pravidelne vlažnou vodou a trochou mydla
bez rozpúšťadiel a lúhu. Chrániče slúchadiel pravidelne
čistite a dezinfikujte vlhkou handričkou. Pri opotrebení ich
musíte kompletne nahradiťnovými.
Priezor čistite pravidelne vlažnou vodou a trochou mydla
bez rozpúšťadiel a lúhu a vyfúkajte stlačeným vzduchom.
Trvanlivosť
Kvôli starnutiu použitých látok sa smie helma používať
maximálne 5 rokov od výroby. Dátum výroby nájdete na
helme.

Záruka
Záruka sa vzťahuje výlučne na chyby materiálu alebo
výrobné chyby. Pri uplatňovaní reklamácie v záručnej
lehote priložte originálny doklad o kúpe s dátumom kúpy.
Zo záruky je vylúčené neodborné použitie, ako napr.
preťaženie prístroja, násilné použitie, poškodenie cudzou
osobou alebo cudzím predmetom. Nedodržanie návodu na
použitie a návodu na montáž a normálne opotrebenie je
tiež vylúčené zo záruky.
Správanie v prípade núdze
Zaveďte úrazu zodpovedajúcu potrebnú prvú pomoc a
vyzvite čo možno najrýchlejšie kvalifikovanú lekársku
pomoc.
Chráňte zraneného pred ďalšími úrazmi a upokojte ho.
Pre prípadnú nehodu musí byťna pracovisku vždy
poruke lekárnička prvej pomoci podľa DIN 13164.
Materiál, ktorý si z lekárničky vezmete, je potrebné
ihneďdoplniť.

Likvidácia
Pokyny na likvidáciu vyplývajú z piktogramov

Likvidácia prepravného obalu
Obal chráni prístroj pred poškodením pri preprave.
Obalové materiály sú zvolené spravidla podľa ich šetrnosti
voči životnému prostrediu a spôsobu likvidácie a je možné
ich preto recyklovať. Vrátenie obalu do obehu materiálu
šetrí suroviny a znižuje náklady na likvidáciu odpadov.
Časti obalu (napr. fólia, styropor®) môžu byťnebezpečné
pre deti. Existuje riziko udusenia! Časti obalu uschovajte
mimo dosahu detí a čo najrýchlejšie zlikvidujte.

Inleiding
Om van uw nieuwe helm voor bosarbeiders zo lang
mogelijk plezier te hebben, bevelen wij u aan de
gebruiksaanwijzing en de bijgesloten veiligheidsinstructies
voor het in bedrijf stellen zorgvuldig te lezen. Verder wordt
aanbevolen de gebruiksaanwijzing te bewaren voor het
geval dat de functies van het apparaat later nogmaals in
het geheugen ververst moeten worden.
In het kader van een continue productontwikkeling
behouden wij ons het recht voor technische
wijzigingen aan te brengen.
Dit document betreft de originele gebruiksaanwijzing.

Neem het apparaat uit de transportverpakking en
controleer de volledigheid en de aanwezigheid van de
volgende onderdelen:

Algemene aanwijzingen
•Controleer na het uitpakken alle onderdelen op
eventuele transportschade.
•Controleer de zending op zijn volledigheid.
Veiligheidsinstructies
•Gebruik de helm enkel met juiste instellingen zodat
een volledig beschermingseffect aanwezig is.
•Gebruik slechts de door de producent toegestane
accessoires. Verander de helm in geen enkel geval
voor het monteren van andere onderdelen.
•Houd de helm verwijderd van oplosmiddelen,
alcoholhoudende vloeistoffen, sprays, lakken etc.
Deze kunnen de kunststof beschadigen.
•Door een stoot of slag kan de helm aan de buitenkant
niet zichtbare beschadigingen vertonen (bijv.
haarscheuren) en in een noodgeval geen volledige
bescherming meer bieden. Vervang de helm, indien
deze aan een hoge belasting werd blootgesteld.
•Gebruik de gehoorbeschermer zolang de
geluidsoverlast voortduurt. De volledige bescherming
is enkel bij een constant gebruik van de helm
gegarandeerd.
•Onderzoek de helm en de onderdelen voor ieder
gebruik op beschadigingen zoals scheuren, barsten,
afschilveringen etc. Gebruik uitsluitend perfecte
helmen en onderdelen.
•De ogen- en gelaatsbeschermer beschermt niet
tegen het verspuiten van vloeistoffen (inclusief
vloeibare metalen), warme deeltjes, elektrische
risico’s, infrarode- en UV-straling.
Gehoorbeschermer
•Dit product kan door bepaalde chemische substanties
te leiden hebben. Overige gegevens kunnen bij de
producent aangevraagd worden.
•Oorbeschermers en in het bijzonder de
afdichtkussens kunnen door het gebruik slijten en
moeten derhalve vaak op tekenen van bijv. scheuren
en ondichtheden onderzocht worden.
•Het bedekken van het omhulsel van de
afdichtingskussens met „hygiënische overtrekken“
bedekken kan de akoestische prestatie van de
oorbeschermer beïnvloeden.
•Deze combinatie helm - gehoorbeschermer behoort
tot de maten “groot”.
Vizier
•Het vizier niet gebruiken, als er een voorzienbaar
risico van harde of scherpe rondvliegende onderdelen
bestaat of van gevaarlijke vloeistoffen.
•Het vizier mag enkel in samenhang met de helm en
de gehoorbeschermer en volgens zijn bestemming
gebruikt worden.

Gebruik volgens de bepalingen
De helm voor bosarbeiders beschermt de drager voor
letsels aan het hoofd door vallende of rondvliegende
voorwerpen en voor het stoten tegen vaststaande
objecten.
Ieder ander gebruik geldt als niet volgens deze
gebruiksregels. De producent is voor de eventuele hieruit
ontstane schades niet aansprakelijk. Let er op dat onze
apparaten niet voor industrieel gebruik zijn bestemd.
Let er op dat onze helm voor bosarbeiders niet voor
commercieel gebruik in de handel, industrie of ambacht is
geconstrueerd. Wij overnemen geen garantie, indien de
helm voor bosarbeiders in handels-, ambachts- of
industriebedrijven en bij dergelijke werkzaamheden
gebruikt wordt.

Montage (afb. B-F)
1. Stel het helmbinnenwerk (afb. A/3) overeenkomstig
de hoofdgrootte van de drager in (afb. B).
2. Plaats het binnenwerk (afb. A/3) in de buitenschaal
(afb. A/2). Fixeer het helmbinnenwerk (afb. A/3)
m.b.v. de lussen in de buitenschaal (afb. A/2). Zie
(afb. C).
3. Om het vizier (afb. A/4) op de helm te plaatsen, stel
de vergrendelhendel (afb. A/7) horizontaal zodat u
het vizier kunt inhangen en door het verticaal stellen
van de vergrendelhendel (afb. A/7) het vizier kunt
vastzetten (afb. D-F).
Instelmogelijkheden
Nekband
•Het helmbinnenwerk kan individueel aan de
hoofdvorm aangepast worden.
•Op basis van de nekband kan de hoofdomtrek
praktisch met een schaal en een eenvoudige
vergrendeling ingesteld worden.
Let er op dat de helm strak op het hoofd zit maar niet
drukt.
Gehoorbeschermer
De gehoorbeschermer is in hoogte en positie verstelbaar.
De hoogte wordt door het verschuiven van de
oorbeschermer gewijzigd. De positie kan door verdraaien
gewijzigd worden. Voor het gemakkelijk op- en afzetten
van de helm kan de gehoorbeschermer, door naar buiten
te trekken, weg geklapt worden.
Vizier
De afstand van het vizier wordt ingesteld door het
indrukken van de vergrendeling (afb. G); zo kan het vizier
in de vizierbevestiging verschoven worden. Naar behoefte
kan het vizier, door naar boven te treken, weg geklapt
worden.

Schoonmaken
Maak de helm regelmatig schoon met lauwwarm water en
iets oplosmiddel- en loogvrije zeep. Maak de
gehoorbeschermer regelmatig schoon en desinfecteer
deze met een schone, vochtige doek. Bij
slijtageverschijnselen dienen deze compleet door nieuwe
vervangen te worden.
Het vizier regelmatig met lauwwarm water en iets
oplosmiddel- en loogvrije zeep schoonmaken of met
perslucht uitblazen.
Duurzaamheid
Op grond van veroudering van de gebruikte stoffen mag
de helm maximaal 5 jaar na de productiedatum gebruikt
worden. De productiedatum vindt u op de helm.

Garantie
De garantie heeft uitsluitend betrekking op
onvolkomenheden die op materiaal- of productiefouten zijn
terug te voeren. Bij een claim betreffende een
onvolkomenheid, in de zin van garantie, dient de originele
aankoopfactuur met de aankoopdatum bijgesloten te
worden. Van garantie uitgesloten zijn verkeerd gebruik,
zoals bijv. overbelasting van de machine, gebruik van
geweld, beschadigingen door vreemde invloeden of
vreemde voorwerpen. Het niet naleven van gebruik- en
montageaanwijzingen en normale slijtage zijn eveneens
van garanties uitgesloten.
Handelswijze in noodgeval
Tref de noodzakelijke maatregelen om eerste hulp te
verlenen, die met het letsel overeenkomt en vraag zo snel
mogelijk gekwalificeerde medische hulp aan.
Bescherm gewonde personen voor overig letsel en stel ze
gerust.
Voor het eventueel plaatsvinden van een ongeval zou
altijd een verbandtrommel, volgens DIN 13164, in de
werkplaats beschikbaar moeten zijn. Het uit de
verbandtrommel genomen materiaal dient direct weer
aangevuld te worden.
Indien u hulp vraagt, geef dan de volgende gegevens
door:
1. Plaats van het ongeval

3. Aantal gewonde mensen
4. Soort verwondingen
Verwijdering
De verwijderinginstructies zijn met pictogrammen
aangegeven die op de machine, resp. op de verpakking, te
vinden zijn. Een beschrijving van de afzonderlijke
betekenissen is in het hoofdstuk “Aanduiding” te vinden.
Verwijdering van de transportverpakking
De verpakking beschermt de machine tegen
transportschades. De verpakkingsmaterialen zijn meestal
volgens milieuvriendelijke en verwijderingtechnische
standpunten gekozen en derhalve recyclebaar. Het retour
brengen van de verpakking in de materiaalomloop spaart
grondstoffen en verlaagt de afvalhoeveelheden.
Verpakkingsdelen (bijv. folies, styropor) kunnen voor
kinderen gevaarlijk zijn. Er bestaat verstikkingsgevaar!
Bewaar de verpakking buiten het bereik van kinderen en
verwijder deze zo snel mogelijk.
