
Limited Warranty
This GARMIN produ t is warranted to be free from defe ts in materials or workmanship for
one year from the date of pur hase. Within this period, GARMIN will at its sole option, repair
or repla e any omponents that fail in normal use. Su h repairs or repla ement will be made
at no harge to the ustomer for parts or labor, provided that the ustomer shall be respon-
sible for any transportation ost. This warranty does not over failures due to abuse, misuse,
a ident or unauthorized alteration or repairs.
THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN
LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING
ANY LIABILITY ARISING UNDER ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES
YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GARMIN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE, OR
INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT OR FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. Some states
do not allow the ex lusion of in idental or onsequential damages, so the above limitations
may not apply to you.
GARMIN retains the ex lusive right to repair or repla e the unit or software or offer a full
refund of the pur hase pri e at its sole dis retion. SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE
AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.

licensing before using the transponder.
NOTE: The coverage you can expect from the GTX 330 is limited to “line of
sight”. Lo altitude or aircraft antenna shielding by the aircraft itself may
result in reduced range. Range can be improved by climbing to a higher alti-
tude. It may be possible to minimize antenna shielding by locating the antenna
here dead spots are only noticed during abnormal fl ight attitudes.
CAUTION: The GTX 330 should be turned off before starting or shutting do n
aircraft engine(s).
