This document is intended for use by skilled persons as defined by EN IEC 62079:2001.
The battery charger 116.452.00.1 is intended for charging the rechargeable battery and for checking the Geberit lavatory
tap types 185 and 186 with generator.
- Store the battery charger in a dry place at 5-40 °C. Do not place it on radiators or other sources of heat.
- Do not pull on the cables but rather on the plugs when undoing plug connections.
- The battery charger is not waterproof. If any liquid penetrates the device, unplug it immediately from the power supply
system. Store the battery charger outside of its package for at least 72 h in a warm, dry place and do not use it again
until after this time has elapsed.
The designations refer to the illustrations on the fold-out side in the envelope.

This product meets the requirements of the directive 2002/95/EC RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances in
electrical and electronic equipment).
Disposal
In accordance with directive 2002/96/EC WEEE on waste electrical and electronic equipment, manufacturers of electrical
equipment are obliged to take back old equipment and to dispose of it correctly.
The symbol indicates that the product cannot be disposed of with non-recyclable waste. Old equipment should be
returned directly to Geberit where it will be disposed of appropriately.
