Trident Simple Maintenance Instruction
1. Motor does not rotate
(1) Check to see if there is any external objects winding in the propeller or if any sand/stones are
blocking the propeller and culvert so it cannot rotate; Solution:
①Remove the propeller shield;
②Clean the external object/sand/stones;
③Manually rotate the blade to check if it could be turned easily;
④If the blade could be turned easily and no scratching sound, then install the shield back.
Rotate the shield in the direction of the arrow
Rotate the shield in the direction of the arrow. A
click indicates that the shield has been installed

(2) Check to see if the battery power is adequate;
Take out the battery to recharge, or replace a fully charged battery;
(3) Check whether the switch can be pressed down normally, to see if the switch button is stuck
and cannot be pressed down to the end;
Press the switch to see where the switch is stuck，Try change the press directions while do
not press too hard;
(4) If no malfunction is found, the switch cannot be pressed, please contact us for after-sale
service.
2. The battery cover could not be removed
(1) Check if there is any external objects to prevent the battery cover from being removed, and
try again after clearing the external objects;
(2) The buckling position stuck, battery cover could not be removed:
Take the battery out first
Turn the nut to loose, remove the
nut and gently pull out the battery
plug

①Slot type screwdriver is required,
②Press and hold the buckling button while gently turn up the bottom of the battery cover
with the screwdriver’s slot; do not turn by force to avoid damage of battery cover.
3. The motor is normal, the battery is charged, and the system could not work:
Check if the machine is damaged by impact; It is strictly forbidden to use the machine
underwater when the waterproof shell is damaged. If so please contact our after-sale service.
4. Battery plug seal ring drops:
①Get and keep the dropped seal ring;
②Check the seal ring for crack or damage;
③If the sealing ring is in good condition, it can be restored in place manually and carefully:
Please be noticed that the connector has only one sealing ring installed now;

Notice: the only sealing ring is installed in the lower groove along the connector.
④If the sealing ring is broken or lost, please contact us for after-sale treatment.
5. Propeller fracture
If propeller is damaged, please contact our after-sale service. If you have spare propellers, you
can replace the damaged propellers by yourself. Please follow the steps:
①Take out the battery first;
②Remove the propeller shield;
③Use the cross screwdriver to remove the screws and take off the damaged propeller;
Rotate the shield in the direction of the arrow

④Replace with good propeller;
⑤Install back and tighten the screws;
⑥Manually turn the propeller blade, to see if there is any friction interference between the
blade and the culvert;
⑦Put the propeller shield back on;
⑧Install battery back, start power for verification.

click indicates that the shield has been installed
