1. General safety rules
"WARNING炰When using electric tools basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce
the risk of fire, electric shock and personal injury, including the following.
Read all these instructions before attempting to operate this product and save these instructions".
1- Keep work area clear
2- Consider work area environment
- Do not expose tools to rain.
- Do not use tools in damp or wet locations.
- Keep work area well lit.
- Do not use tools in the presence of flammable liquids or gases.
3- Guard against electric shock
- Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces.
4- Keep other persons away
- Do not let persons especially children, not involved in the work touch the tool or the extension
cord and keep them away from the work area.
5- Store idle tools
- When not in use, tools should be stored in a dry locked-up place, out of reach of children.
6- Do not force the tool
- It will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was intended.
7- Use the right tool
- Do not force small tools to do the job of a heavy duty tool.
- Do not use tools for purposes not intended烊for example do not use circular saws to cut tree limbs
or logs.
8- Do not abuse the cord
- Never yank the cord to disconnect it from the socked. Keep the cord away from heat, oil and
sharp edges.
9- Secure work
- Where possible use clamps or a vice to hold the work. It is safer than using your hand.
10- Do not overreach
- Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
11- Maintain tools with care
- Keep cutting tools sharp and clean for better and safer performance.
- Follow instructions for lubricating and changing accessories.
- Inspect tool cords periodically and if damaged have them repaired by an authorized service
facility.
- Inspect extension cords periodically and replace if damaged.
- Keep handles dry, clean and free from oil and grease
12- Disconnect tools
- When not in use, before servicing and when changing accessories such as blades, bits and
cutters, disconnect tools from the power supply.
13- Avoid unintentional starting
- Ensure switch is in "off" position when plugging in.
14- Use outdoor extension leads
- When the tool is used outdoors, use only extension cords intended for outdoor use and so
marked.

15- Stay alert
- Watch what you are joining, use common sense and do not operate the tool when you are tired.
16- Check damaged parts
- Before further use of tool, it should be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly
and perform its intended function.
- Check for alignment of moving parts, binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, mounting and
any other conditions that may affect its operation.
- A guard or other part that is damaged should be properly repaired or replaced by an authorized
service center unless otherwise indicated in this instruction manual.
- Have defective switches replaced by an authorized service center.
- Do not use the tool if the switch does not turn it on and off.

- The use of any accessory or attachment other than one recommended in this instruction manual
may present a risk of personal injury.
18- Have your tool repaired by a qualified person
- This electric tool complies with the relevant safety rules. Repairs should only be carried out by
qualified persons by using original spare parts, otherwise this may result in considerable danger
to the user.
2. Additional Safety Rules for dust collector
Woodworking can be dangerous if safe and proper operating procedures are not followed. As with all
machinery, there are certain hazards involved with the operation of the product. Using the machine
with respect and caution will considerably lessen the possibility of personal injury. However, if normal
safety precautions are overlooked or ignored, personal injury to the operator may result. Safety
equipment such as guards, push sticks, hold-downs, feather boards, goggles, dust masks and hearing
protection can reduce your potential for injury. But even the best guard Will not make up for poor
judgment, carelessness or inattention. Always use common sense and exercise caution in the
workshop. If a procedure feels dangerous, don’t try it. Figure out an alternative procedure that feels
safer. REMEMBER: Your personal safety is your responsibility.
This machine was designed for certain applications only. GENERAL INTERNATIONAL strongly
recommends that this machine not be modified and/or used for any application other than that for
which it was designed. If you have any questions relative to a particular application, DO NOT use the
machine until you have first contacted GENERAL INTERNATIONAL to determine if it can or should be
performed on the product.
1. READ and understand instruction literature before operating product.
2. FOLLOW all local electrical and safety codes, as well as some relevant CSA standards. All
electrical connections and wiring should be performed by qualified personnel only.
3. TO AVOID electrical shock, do not expose to rain or use in damp locations. Store machine indoors.
Use for dry pick-up only.
4. UNPLUG machine from power source before servicing, unclogging or cleaning unit.
5. DUST generated by certain woods and wood products can be hazardous to your health. always
wear eye protection and use face or dust mask in dust-laden environments.
6. REPLACE or repair damaged or worn cord immediately.
7. PROTECT the power cable and never allow the cable to come in contact with sharp objects.
8. DO NOT kink power cable and never allow the cable to come in contact with oil, grease, hot
surfaces or chemicals.
9. MAKE CERTAIN that the power source conforms to the requirements of your equipment.
10. THERE is a high speed blower fan inside the blower housing that can amputate fingers, grab loose
clothes or neckties. DO NOT insert fingers or any foreign object into the blower housing.
3. Unpacking and assembly
<1> Unpack the shipping container with care.
<2> Check nothing missing for the component listed in the assembly drawing.
<3> Assembly the dust collector by following the drawing of the assembly draw.

<4> Contact local agent for any problem of assembly and missing part.
Warning! Do not connect the dust collector to the power source until machine is completely
assembled and you have read and understand the entire instruction manual.
4. Handling and transportation
The net weight of this machine is about 270 kgs. We recommend to move and assemble it with forklift
truck.
5. Electrical connection / disconnection
<1> Electrical connection:
a. The hand-operated power disconnection device or the plug is recommended to be provided
before the connection of power supply.
b. Circuit Information:
A power supply circuit includes all electrical equipment between the main breaker box or fuse
panel in your building and the incoming power connections at the machine. This circuit must be
sized to safely handle the full load current drawn from the machine for an extended period of
time.

<2> Electrical disconnection:
a. The disconnection is carried out by hand-operated disconnecting device.
b. Be sure to disconnect this machine from power source, when you want to stop the job,
maintenance, and adjustment.
<3> Grounding.
In the event of a malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for
electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This machine is equipped with an electric cord
having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into
a matching outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and
ordinances.
<WARNING!> Do not disconnect grounding terminal before disconnecting power source.
6. Operations
<1> Note: This dust collector may produce a slight odor for the first couple hours of operation due to
the protective coating which is applied to internal components. This odor will dissipate and should
be disregarded.
<2> This dust collector is designed to help maintain clean, safe conditions around dust creating
machine in work shop and factory. Dust collector work by moving larger volume of air at lower
suction pressure than vacuum cleaner. These units is not designed to be used as high suction
vacuum cleaners.
WARNING: The blower housing contains a high speed radial fan that can amputate
fingers, grab loose clothing and neckties, or propel dust at high velocity.
DO NOT OPERATE WITHOUT THE DISCHARGE GUARD AND DUST BAG IN
POSITION.

1. Fasten air flow pipe to
blower housing with four
5/16” flat washer and four
5/16” x 3/4 inch-long
screws.

material around the outer

flange hole.

5/16” x 1 inch-long screws,
eighteen 5/16” flat washer
and nine 5/16” lock nuts. Flat
washer should be used on
two side of flange.

LIFTING THE DUST COLLECTOR:
The dust collector can be raised technically or manually, but we
strongly recommend using left truck with guide ropes to set the unit
upright.
IMPORTANT:
Carefully loosen mounting hardware at least enough to adjust the
dust collector, mounting four legs to floor surface. And then tighten
all legs and foot mounting hardware after dust collector is level with
the floor surface.
Do not assemble casters to the feet as they can create hazard.

14. Attach the remaining
brackets and lower legs to
upper legs assemblies in

23. Position the 5 inch x 4 holes
inlet housing to 9 inch inlet of
blower housing. Align holes in
inlet housing with pre-drilled
holes in inlet and fasten with
three pan head screws.

20. Connect the two flexible
hose 8” to the outlet / inlet port
and secure in place with the
8” hose clamp as shown.

21. Connect the handle to the
center of cartridge filter and
secure in place with the
5/16"x3/4" HEX SCREW as
shown.

22. Fit the plastic collection bags
over the bottom of the cartridge
filter and clamp in place with the
metal bag clamp as shown.

25.. Fasten the cyclone
separator with manifold in
eight 3/8” x 1 inch-long
screws, sixteen 3/8” flat
washer and eight 3/8” lock
nuts. Flat washer should be
used on two side of flange.

24. Place the rubber gasket
material around the edge of
manifold. Make sure the
rubber gasket holes fit on
flange holes.

26.Attach the casters to the
bottom of the lower collection
drum,using four 3/8”ǘ16 hex
nuts,eight 3/8” flat washers,
and four 3/8” lock washers.

3/8”Phillips head screws and
six 10-24 hex nuts.use the

secure with the included
metel clamp and bolt.

the top lip of the drum rim.
Pay special attention to the
direction of the seal also

To keep the seal in place,
you can use an adhesive

funnel port with the 7”
flexible ducts and 7”dust

Secure the collection drum
