To check the battery display for the WIPTEST, press and hold the battery indicator button. The battery
charge status is indicated by 4 lights and if all 4 lights are showing, this means the device is fully charged.

device will reset back to factory default

7. Portable Power Device
8. WIPTEST Testing Function
Switching the power button to “C” will allow your mobile or other portable device to charge once connected
to the USB interface.
1. System
The whole system consists of the WIPTEST, IP Camera and Mobile App. Connect the IP Camera to the
WIPTEST via the RJ45 connection and provide a separate power supply to the camera. The images will
now appear on your mobile phone or tablet.
2. Connecting The WIPTEST with IP Camera
Switch the power button to “R” and connect phone (WI-FI) to the WIPTEST and the video should appear.

3. Mobile Application Download and Install
Install the mobile app through the following ways:
1. Download “IPC Tester” from Google Play for Android Mobile
2. Download “IPC Tester” from Apple App Store for iPhone
3. Follow the QR Code below.
4. App Instruction
Once the app is running, there will be instructions on helping how to operate.
