Steam cooking is healthy and natural. Food is not diluted in water, so vitamins and
minerals are better preserved. Moreover, no fats and oil is needed during cooking!
蒸氣烹飪不會令食物失去本身原有的味道，也不會製造或傳遞其它的氣味如
食物器皿或鍋具金屬味等。
Steam cooking can preserve the flavour of food. It does not transfer odd smell nor
taste of grill or cooking pan to food.

Steam cooking transfers no odour, thus you can simultaneously cook meat, fish and
vegetables - saving both time and power by cooking items side by side (e.g. you can
cook a fish next to a dessert).
多種烹調方法 Multiple Cooking Methods
蒸煮可用以翻熱麵食、飯和薯泥等，使其不易粘著或乾燥。蒸煮可用於燙煮
食物、解凍及保溫，也可做布丁、焦糖燉蛋、大米布丁等食物。只需用錫紙
將食物蓋著，可防止冷凝水滴進食物中。
Steam oven can gently reheat pasta, rice and mashed potato without them sticking
or drying out. It can be used to blanch, defrost and keep warm. It is also good for
making puddings, flans, rice pudding, etc. Simply cover food with aluminium foil so
that water condensation would not drip into the ingredients.

蒸氣爐原理介紹 Operating Principle
蒸氣爐內設有一個水箱，通過水管連接控制裝置直達內膽底部。底部設有蒸氣製造器，由於
其表面溫度很高，水能即時轉化為水蒸氣。因此，不用在食物中加水便可把食物蒸熟。
Water contained in water tank arrives in the oven chamber via a pipe. This water is transformed
into steam when it comes into contact with hot steam generator. There is no need to add water
to food.
使用前請將水箱內水加到上限位置，然後將水箱放進蒸氣爐水箱位置。最後，用力向裏面推
直至感覺水箱到位。
Fill water tank with water to the maximum level before cooking. Return the tank to the slot and
firmly push it all the way until the tank is locked in position.
機器操作時本身會發熱，當打開爐門時會有燙熱蒸氣溢出，故切勿讓兒童操作或靠近。
When in use, the oven becomes very hot. Hot steam will escape when door is opened, so please
keep children away from appliance during operation.

安裝程序 Installation Procedures
- 永久性嵌入式安裝，電路必須設有相應的切斷及保護裝置。
For permanent installation, a standardized cut-off device must be present in the circuit.
- 電源插座必須設在容易和方便操作的位置，安裝後不可被廚櫃阻擋或遮蓋，並且必須接地。
Power supply socket must be accessible and properly earthed. Do not block or cover socket.
- 安裝時必須裝有13安培的熱保護器。
Your electrical installation must be equipped with 13 A thermal-sensitive protection.
- 在電路系統有故障時請不要使用，請找專業人員維修後使用。
Do not operate oven when power cord or plug is damaged. Contact a licensed technician for
replacement immediately.
1. 把蒸氣爐置入廚櫃的嵌入孔內，必須水平放置，並檢查其位置是否穩妥。
Carefully place oven in the cut-out space of kitchen cabinet. The position must be level and
stable.
2. 以兩顆螺絲穿過蒸氣爐兩側的螺絲孔將其鎖緊在廚櫃上。
Attach oven to the cabinet with two screws through the holes on the top corners of inner
front panels.
3. 接通電源。

蒸氣爐原理介紹 Operating Principle
蒸氣爐內設有一個水箱，通過水管連接控制裝置直達內膽底部。底部設有蒸氣製造器，由於
其表面溫度很高，水能即時轉化為水蒸氣。因此，不用在食物中加水便可把食物蒸熟。
Water contained in water tank arrives in the oven chamber via a pipe. This water is transformed
into steam when it comes into contact with hot steam generator. There is no need to add water
to food.
使用前請將水箱內水加到上限位置，然後將水箱放進蒸氣爐水箱位置。最後，用力向裏面推
直至感覺水箱到位。
Fill water tank with water to the maximum level before cooking. Return the tank to the slot and

1. 啟動/停止鍵 Start / Stop Button
按此鍵啟動或停止蒸爐之操作。
Press this button to start or stop cooking cycle.
2.溫度及時間加減控制鍵 Temperature & Time Adjustment Buttons
- 當調校溫度時，按這兩鍵增加或減少溫度設定 (上限為100℃)。
Setting Temperature: Press [ + ] or [ - ] to increase or reduce temperature respectively (Max.
setting of temp. is 100°C).
- 當需要設定計時器或時鐘時，按這兩鍵增加或減少時間 (計時器上限為59分50秒)。
Setting Time: Press [ + ] or [ - ] to increase or reduce time setting by the minute (Max. setting of
timer is 59 min 50 sec).
3.溫度設定鍵 Set Temperature Button
按此鍵進入溫度設定模式，完成設定後再按此鍵確認。

Press this button to enter “Temperature Setting” mode as well as to confirm settings when
temperature adjustment is made.

4.烹調時間設定鍵 Set Cooking Duration Button
蒸氣爐烹調時，按此鍵進入時間設定模式以更改烹調時間 (相應的指示燈會亮起)。完成設定
後再按此鍵確認。(有關資料請參閱本說明書之烹調操作-調整烹調時間說明 P.11)
During any cooking cycle, press this button to enter “Cook Time Setting” mode (“Cook Time”
indicator will light up). It can also be used to confirm settings after time adjustment is made.
(Please refer to Cooking Instructions-Adjust Cooking duration Section in this manual P. 11)
5.烹飪結束時間顯示鍵 Cooking End Time Display Button
選定選擇功能模式後，按此鍵顯示該功能之預設結束時間；用戶可利用延遲結束時間來設定
預約啟動時間。(有關資料請參閱本說明書之烹調操作-預約時間/延遲啟動時間說明 P.12)
After making a function selection, press this button to display the end time of cooking cycle. User
may set up a delayed operation by postponing end time of operation.
(Please refer to Cooking Instructions-Set Timer/Delay Start Time in this manual P. 12)
6.解鎖鍵 Unlock Button
機器工作後，門會上鎖，按此鍵用於解鎖一段時間。(有關資料請參閱本說明書之特別操作-機械門鎖說
明 P.18)
After the oven started operation the door locks automatically. Press this button to unlock for a
short while.(Please refer to Special Functions-Mechanical Lock Section in this manual P.18)

I.基本烹調操作 Basic Cooking Procedures
1.按 [ 功能選擇鍵 ] 選擇烹調功能。此時屏幕顯示工作溫度和烹飪時間。
Press [ Function Selector ] button to select cooking function. Display screen will show
default temperature and suggested cook time for each function mode.
2.此時，屏幕上的時間標示燈及時間會閃爍，按[ + ] 或[ - ]鍵調整烹飪時間（調整範圍
為5至60分鐘）。
While icon and time display are flashing, set desired cook time by pressing [ + ] or [ - ] button
(minimum: 5 min; maximum 60 min).
3.時間確認後按[ Start / Stop ]鍵 (即啟動/停止鍵)，蒸氣爐進入加熱工作狀態。此時時間
指示燈顯示為預定時間的倒計時，溫度指示燈顯示實際箱內溫度，當溫度達到設定值時
會有響號響起。

cook time, and temperature display indicates current temperature. There will be a beeping
sound when oven reaches desired temperature.

II.結束烹調運作 Stop Cooking Procedure
在烹飪過程中閣下可以隨時結束烹調，長按 [ Start / Stop ] 鍵(即啟動/停止鍵)約1秒，蒸氣爐
便會停止運作。
You may stop cooking at any time by holding down [ Start / Stop ] button for about 1 sec.
註﹕如果蒸氣爐啟動時間為1分鐘以下，它會馬上停止工作。但若已經啟動超過1分鐘，由於箱內溫度已很高，故蒸氣爐
會倒計時3分鐘散熱，然後才停止工作。
Note: If cooking has begun for less than 1 min, steam oven will stop immediately and cook time display will disappear.
Otherwise, cook time will operate for another 3 min in order to allow steam to release before oven door is opened.

VII. 烹調停止後 End of Cooking
1. 倒計時結束後，機器將停止工作，屏幕顯示“00m00s”，同時蜂鳴器會響。此時可拉開門
或按 [ Start / Stop ] 鍵 (即啟動/停止鍵) 停止蜂鳴，否則蜂鳴將持續20秒後結束。
When countdown finishes, it will display “00m00s”, and a beeping sound will be heard. You
may stop the beeps by opening the door or pressing [ Start / Stop ] button.The beeping
sound will stop in 20 sec.
2. 此時，散熱風機還會工作約15分鐘以排走內部多餘蒸氣。若拉開門或按 [ Start / Stop ] 鍵
(即啟動/停止鍵) 則會於5分鐘後停止。
Circulating fan will continue to run until 15 min after operation is over. Fan will keep running
for 5 more minutes if door is opened or [ Start / Stop ] button is pressed.
注意﹕每次使用後請及時清理乾淨內箱。
Caution: Oven interior must be emptied and cleaned after each use.

V. 預約時間/延遲啟動時間 Set Timer/Delay Start Time
1.先選定 [ 功能選擇 ]鍵，然後再調整延遲啟動時間。
To set timer/delay start an operation, first select desired cooking function by pressing
[ Function Selector ] button .
以 [ 高溫 ] 功能模式為例，烹調溫度為100℃，預設工作時間為30分鐘。
Let’s take [ Turbo Steam ] function as an example. Default temperature is 100°C and
cook time is 30 min.
2.完成功能設定後，按 [ 解鎖 ]鍵以顯示預定的烹調結束時間。時間顯示會閃，
同時結束時間指示燈亮起。
Press [ Unlock ]button to show the default ending time. Time display will be
flashing while symbol lights up.
譬如現在時間是12：30，結束時間顯示會展出 “ 13：00 ”。
For instance, if it is 12：30, time display will show “ 13：00 ” as end time.
3.此時可按 [ + ] 或[ - ] 鍵調整理想結束時間。例如閣下欲於1小時後才啟動蒸氣爐，結束時
間便須調到 “ 14：00 ”。
Press [ + ] or [ - ] button to adjust end time. For example, if you want to delay cooking for
1 hour, set end time to “ 14：00 ”.
4.最後按 [ Start / Stop ] 鍵(即啟動/停止鍵)確認。
Finally, press [ Start / Stop ] button to confirm settings.

I.時鐘設定 Set Clock
A.首次設定 Initial Clock Setting
1.首次通電時，按 [ Start / Stop ] 鍵 (即啟動/停止鍵) 啟動。
When power is first connected, press [ Start / Stop ] button.
2.顯示屏幕時間指示燈閃爍“12：00”。此時可按 [ + ] 或[ - ] 鍵調整時間。
Display will flash “12 : 00”. Then press [ + ] or [ - ] button to adjust clock time.
3.按 [ Start / Stop ] 鍵確認設定。
Confirm settings by pressing [ Start / Stop ] button.
B.重新設定時間 (當蒸氣爐異常斷電或必要時)
Re-set Clock (After power gets cut off unexpectedly or when needed)
1.同時按 [ 烹調時間設定 ]鍵和 [ 解鎖 ]鍵直到時間指示燈閃爍。
Press [ Set Cook Time ] button and [ Unlock ] button at same
time until time display flashes.
2.按[ Start / Stop ]或 [ 烹調時間設定 ]鍵確認。
Press [ Start / Stop ] or [ Set Cook Time ] button to confirm.
3.再按 [ + ] 或[ - ] 鍵作出調整。
Then set current time by pressing [ + ] or [ - ] button.
4.如果沒有按 [ Start / Stop ] 或 [ 烹調時間設定 ]鍵確認，程序將15秒後自動
保存。
If the time is not confirmed using the [ Start / Stop ] button or [ Set Cook Time ]
button, it is automatically saved after 15 sec.

II. 控制鎖 Control Lock
蒸氣爐在工作時，可使用此項功能以鎖住控制面板及屏幕，防止兒童或他人進行錯
誤操作。
User may use this feature during cooking cycles to prevent children or others from
operating control panel.
A.設定控制鎖 Set Up Control Lock
1.同時按 [ + ] 和[ - ] 鍵3秒。
Press [ + ] and [ - ] buttons at the same time for 3 sec.
2.蜂鳴聲響起，屏幕上出現鑰匙符號，此時按住任何鍵將失效。
A beep can be heard and a key symbol appears on the screen, from this moment.
B.解除鎖定 Unlock Control
要解除鎖定，同時按住 [ + ] 和[ - ] 鍵3秒直到蜂鳴聲再次響起。屏幕會再次顯示鑰
匙符號，表示控制面板恢復正常狀態。
To unlock control display, press [ + ] and [ - ] buttons at the same time for a few
seconds until a beep is heard again. The key symbol will disappear, and control lock
will be cancelled.

III. 待機狀態 “Sleep” Mode (Turn Off Display)
當長時間不使用蒸氣爐時，可利用此功能使其進入待機狀態以節省能源︰
To save energy, put oven under “Sleep” mode when it is not in use:
A. 設定待機狀態 Activate “Sleep” Mode
按住 [ Start / Stop ] 鍵3秒後，屏幕會自行關閉。此時機器處於待機狀態。
Press [ Start / Stop ] button for 3 sec. Display will be turned off.
B. 恢復使用狀態 Deactivate “Sleep” Mode
按住 [ Start / Stop ] 鍵3秒後，屏幕重新亮起。此時機器恢復工作狀態。
Press [ Start / Stop ] button for 3 sec again. Display will be switched back on.

II. 控制鎖 Control Lock
蒸氣爐在工作時，可使用此項功能以鎖住控制面板及屏幕，防止兒童或他人進行錯
誤操作。
User may use this feature during cooking cycles to prevent children or others from
operating control panel.
A.設定控制鎖 Set Up Control Lock
1.同時按 [ + ] 和[ - ] 鍵3秒。
Press [ + ] and [ - ] buttons at the same time for 3 sec.
2.蜂鳴聲響起，屏幕上出現鑰匙符號，此時按住任何鍵將失效。
A beep can be heard and a key symbol appears on the screen, from this moment.
B.解除鎖定 Unlock Control
要解除鎖定，同時按住 [ + ] 和[ - ] 鍵3秒直到蜂鳴聲再次響起。屏幕會再次顯示鑰
匙符號，表示控制面板恢復正常狀態。
To unlock control display, press [ + ] and [ - ] buttons at the same time for a few
seconds until a beep is heard again. The key symbol will disappear, and control lock
will be cancelled.

III. 待機狀態 “Sleep” Mode (Turn Off Display)
當長時間不使用蒸氣爐時，可利用此功能使其進入待機狀態以節省能源︰
To save energy, put oven under “Sleep” mode when it is not in use:
A. 設定待機狀態 Activate “Sleep” Mode
按住 [ Start / Stop ] 鍵3秒後，屏幕會自行關閉。此時機器處於待機狀態。
Press [ Start / Stop ] button for 3 sec. Display will be turned off.
B. 恢復使用狀態 Deactivate “Sleep” Mode

I.內膽 Interior
每次使用之前 - 待機器冷卻之後用抹布將內膽擦乾或打開機箱門讓其自然風乾。
Wipe the interior with a clean cloth or dry interior by opening door before use.
II.通水管 Water Pipe
將水管旋出，以清理管內沉澱物 (每月一次) 。
Take out water pipes once a month to clean any sediments.
III.蒸氣製造器 Steam Generator
把蒸氣製造器用酒精擦拭，幾分鐘後用清水清洗乾淨（每月一次）。請避免使用海綿、鋼絲刷等工具。
Clean steam generator once a month by rubbing it with alcohol. Clean it with water after a few
minutes. Do not use sponge or wire brush.
IV.接水槽 Water Collector
打開門，向上拉出接水槽將其擦乾淨，然後將其放回原處，請不要使用清洗劑。
Open oven door and lift up water collector to clean. When finished, return it back to the original
position. Do not use any cleaner.
V.更換照明燈 Light Bulb
- 更換燈泡前，請先切斷電源以防止觸電
- 將燈泡蓋向左轉90度取下再朝同一方向旋下燈泡，
換上燈泡再把蓋子裝好
- 燈泡參數為 25W / 300℃ / E14 插座
- Always disconnect power before replacement
- To remove bulb, turn bulb cover 90-degree anti-clockwise and lift it off. Return cover
back to its position after replacement
- Light bulbs: 25W / 300°C / E14 socket
VI.更換密封圈 Sealing Belt
在長期使用或使用不當的情況下，水箱密封圈可能會損壞，隨機附送
額外兩個密封圈，先把原密封圈拉出，再把新密封圈照樣套在上面。
Sealing belt may be damaged upon long-term use or improper use.
Two additional sealing belts are supplied along with oven.
