before using the product.
INTRODUCTION
In accord with Regula tion (EU) 2017/745, this product is part of the CLASS I MEDICAL DEVICES.
You should carefully read this manual before using this medical device.
DESCRIPTION
The New Tris is a practical trolley with three shelves made painted sheet metal, equipped with 4 nylon
castors and two lateral handles for easy moving, suitable to support and transport small electromedical
instruments.
COMPONENTS:
-N. 3 15/10 sheet metal shelves
-N. 2 oval tubular strucutres 40 x 20 x 1.5
-N. 2 handles (already  xed to the  rst shelf)
-N. 4 wheels Ø 50 mm
Assembly material:
-N. 12 pairs of TBE 8X16 screws + washers
-N. 4 pins into the wheels
-N. 2 ALLEN KEY 5 mm
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Begin the assembly phase by setting up
a stable horizontal work plan.
1. Take a structure and start from the  rst shelf
and always mount the following shelves
on the same side.

INNER EXTERNALLY
Screw the shelf to the structure
using the screws supplied with
the 2 Allen key.
Having xed the three shelves on the same side, go to next side.
2. Once the shelves have been assembled, turn the trolley upside down by plcing the  rst shlef and
the black rubbers on the work surface and moving on to  xing the wheels.
3. Screw the pins to the frame and the insert the wheels into the pin with a hammer tap.

WARNINGS!
-Check the locking nuts are tightened.
-Observe the maximum ow rates indicated in the data sheets.
-Avoid direct contact with open wounds.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
-Use only original spare parts.
-Periodically check all xing points.
-To preserve at best, it is recommended to avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, to contact and
deposit in saline and very humid environments.
-Wash the stainless steel surfaces with soapy water and use appropriate disinfectants.
-Rinse with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
-Do not spill on the surface cleaners containing chlorine or ammonia, fatty and oily substances.
-Do not use cleaning utensils containing iron. If necessary disinfection only use suitable non-corrosive
products.
