Installation Of The TFT TV To The Wall
1- To install the TFT TV on the wall, first of all, foot assembly should be removed. (Figure 1).
Unscrew the 4 screws (M4 x 6) that attach the foot assembly to the TFT panel and remove
the foot assembly from the TFT panel.
2- Place the 4 plastic pins to the circular screw holes at the rear of the TFT and screw them to
the TFT panel with 4 (M6 x 20) screws.
3- Install the wall hanger as in figure 2 to the wall with 4 anchors (M7 x 30) and 4 screws (M4
x 30).
Decide the place on the wall where the TFT panel would be placed. Level and mark with a
pencil the 4 mounting points on the wall hanger. Drill pilot holes for the plastic anchors and
then fix the wall hanger with 4 screws (M4 x 30).
4- Raise the TFT panel and hang it to the holes on the wall hanger from the 4 hanging
screws at the rear of the TFT panel.
Important note: This panel should only be hung on a brick or block wall, it must not be hung
on a plasterboard or a stud wall.

cm free all around the set. To prevent any
fault and unsafe situations, please do not
place any objects on top of the set.

Safety Precautions
1. Power Source
The receiver should be operated only from a
230-240V AC, 50 Hz. outlet. Ensure you se-
lect the correct voltage setting for your conve-
nience.
2. Power Cord
The power supply cord should be placed so
that it is not likely to be walked on or pinched
by items placed upon them or against it. Pay
particular attention to cord where it enters
the plug, power outlet, and the point where it
exits from the receiver.
3. Moisture and Water
Do not use this equipment in a humid and
damp place (avoid the bathroom, the sink in
the kitchen, and near the washing machine).
Do not expose this equipment to rain or wa-
ter, as this may be dangerous and do not
place objects filled with liquids on top. Avoid
from dripping or splashing.
4. Cleanin
Before cleaning, unplug the receiver from
the main supply, outlet. Do not use liquid or
aerosol cleaners. Use soft and dry cloth.
5. Ventilation
The slots and openings on the receiver are
intended for ventilation and to ensure reli-
able operation. To prevent overheating,
these openings must not be blocked or cov-
ered in anyway.
6. Li htnin
In case of storm and lightning or when go-
ing on holiday, disconnect the power cord
from the wall outlet.

casionally, a few non-active pixels may ap-
pear on the screen as a fixed point of blue,
green or red. Please note that this does
not affect the performance of your prod-

7. Replacement Part
When replacement parts are required, be sure
the service technician has used replacement
parts which are specified by the manufacturer
or have the same specifications as the origi-
nal one. Unauthorised substitutions may re-
sult in fire, electrical shock, or other hazards.
8. Servicin
Please refer all servicing to qualified per-
sonnel. Do not remove cover as this may re-
sult in electric shock.
9. Naked Flame Sources
Do not place naked flame sources on the
apparatus.
WARNING: When the device is not in use
for a long time, disconnect from power.
Instructions for waste disposal:
Packaging and packaging aids are recy-
clable and should principally be recycled.
Packaging materials, such as foil bag, must
be kept away from children.
Battery, including those which is heavy
metal-free, should not be disposed of with
household waste. Please dispose of used
battery in an environmentally sound man-
ner. Find out about the legal regulations
which apply in your area.

Before Switching On Your TV
Power Connection
IMP RTANT: The TV set is designed to op-
erate on 230-240V AC, 50 Hz.
After unpacking, allow the TV set to reach the
ambient room temperature before you con-
nect the set to the mains.

Connect the aerial or cable TV plug to the
RF input socket located at the back of the TV.
How To Connect Other Devices
IMP RTANT: witch off the TV before con-
necting any external device.

Insertin Batteries In The Remote
Control Handset
Insert the batteries observing the correct po-
larities as shown below.
Remove the battery cover located on the
back of the handset by gently pulling up-
wards from the indicated part.
Insert two AAA or equivalent type batteries
inside.
Replace the battery cover.
NOTE: Remove batteries from remote con-
trol handset when it is not to be used for a
long period.Otherwise it can be damaged
due to any leakage of batteries.
Switching The TV ON/OFF
To switch the TV on:
1- Connect the power supply cord to the sys-
tem. Press On/Off switch at the rear of the
TV. Then the TV switches itself to stand-by
mode and the LED becomes red located on
the front of the TV.
2- To switch on the TV from stand-by mode
either:
Press a digit button on the remote control so
that a programme number is selected,
or,
Press , "-P/CH" or "P/CH+" button at the
top of the TV or press -P/CH or P/CH+
button on the remote control.
The TV will switch on and the LED will turn
green.
To switch the TV off:
Press the stand-by button on the remote
control, so the TV will switch to stand-by
mode and the GREEN LED will turn RED,
or,
Press the button located on the top of
the TV, so the TV will switch off and the
GREEN LED will turn RED.

To power down the TV completely, press
On/Off switch,

unplug the power cord from the mains

Operating The TV
You can operate your TV both using the re-
mote control handset and onset buttons.
Initial APS (Automatic Pro rammin
System)
The following menu will be displayed on the
screen when you turn on your TV for the first
time. AP , searches and sorts all channels
and stores them automatically on your TV.

To cancel AP before starting, press TV
button. First of all choose language and
country by using / and / but-
tons. This, will effect the sort process in
AP . To start aps select autoset, by using
/ buttons and press / or K
button.

After AP is finalised, the programme table
will show on the screen. In the programme
table you will see the programme numbers
and names assigned to the programmes.
If you do not accept the locations and / or the
programme names of programmes, you
can change them in tuner submenu in the
settings menu. ( ee page 17 for Program
table explanation.)
To exit programme table press M.
Operatin with the buttons on the
TV set
Volume setting and programme selection
can be made by using the buttons at the
control panel on the top of the TV.
Volume Setting
Press "V LUME -" button to decrease vol-
ume or "V LUME +" button to increase vol-
ume, a volume level scale (slider) will be
displayed at the middle of the bottom on the
screen.

Programme Selecting
Press "P/CH+" button to select the next
programme or "PCH-" button to select the
previous programme.
Entering The Menu
Press "MENU" button at the control panel on
the top of the TV to enter the menu.
"P/CH+ / PCH-" and "V LUME + / V LUME -"
buttons at the control panel on the top of the
TV work as direction buttons in the menu.
AV Mode
Press "TV / AV" button at the control panel
on the top of the TV to switch your TV to AV
mode ( ee AV Modes on page 20).
Operatin With Remote Control
The remote control handset of your TV is de-
signed to control all the functions of the TV
model you selected. The functions will be
described in accordance with the menu sys-
tem of your TV.
Functions of the menu system are de-
scribed in Menu ystem section.
Volume Setting
Press " +" button to increase volume.
Press "- " button to decrease volume. A
volume level scale (slider) will be displayed
at the centre bottom on the screen.

Programme Selecting
(Previous or next programme)
Press - P/CH button to select the previous
programme.
Press P/CH + button to select the next
programme.
Programme Selecting (direct access):
Press numerical buttons on the remote con-
trol handset to select programmes between
0 and 9. TV will switch to the selected pro-
gram after a short delay.
For a two digit program number enter the
second digit within 2 seconds after press-
ing the first digit.
Menu System
Press the M (MENU) button to enter the
menu. M button has two functions. The
first function is open and close the menu,
the second function is closing the submenu
and then opening its parent menu.
Press / button to select a menu title
and then / button to select a menu
item and / or K button to enter ac-
cept the menu item. To exit a menu press
"M" button.

icon. Layout menu is shown on the screen.

By pressing / button, select full
screen. Press K the current source will
be displayed full screen.

Using / button, select pip. Press
K the first programme from the tuner 1
can be watched on the background. The
second programme from the tuner 2 is
shown in the pip window.
To activate PIP layout directly press the
(RED) button on the remote control.
Split screen
Using / button, select split screen.
Press K the picture from the channel se-
lected on tuner 2 will be shown on the left
hand half of the screen. The picture from the
channel selected on tuner 1 will be shown
on the right hand half of the screen.
To activate plit creen layout directly press
the (BLUE) button on the remote con-
trol.
Use the / , / to select the
window to listen to or adjust.
sign is displayed in the activated window.
The sound of the picture at the selected win-
dow is heard and all menu functions are
only valid for this window. All the buttons (ex-
cept stand-by and " +" / "- ") on the
remote control and the TV are only active for
this window.

right/left to adjust brightness is shown on
the screen. Press button to increase
brightness. Press button to decrease
brightness. Brightness level can be ad-
justed between 0 and 100.
Contrast
Using / buttons, select contrast.

the screen. Press button to increase
contrast. Press button to decrease con-
trast. Contrast level can be adjusted be-
tween 0 and 100.
Sharpness
Using / buttons, select sharpness.
right/left to change sharpness is seen on
the screen. Press button to increase
sharpness. Press button to decrease
sharpness. harpness level can be ad-
justed between 0 and 8.
Colour
Using / buttons, select color. right/
left to adjust color is seen on the screen.
Press button to increase colour. Press
button to decrease colour. Colour level
can be adjusted between 0 and 100.
Tint
This item is displayed in picture menu when
TV is in AV mode and with an NT C source.
By pressing / button, select tint.
"right/left to adjust tint" is seen on the
screen. Press button to increase tint.
Press button to decrease tint. Tint level
can be adjusted between 0 and 100.

Phase
This item is only available in the picture
menu when DVI is connected to the TV.
Using / buttons, select phase.
"right/left to adjust phase" is shown on the
screen. Press button to increase phase.
Press button to decrease phase. Phase
level can be adjusted between 0 and 100.
Window menu
By pressing / button, select the third
icon. Window menu is shown on the screen.
If full screen option was selected at the lay-
out menu, the window menu is shown as
below.

Image size
Using / buttons, select image size.
"right/left to change image size" is seen on
the screen. By pressing / button, you
can change image size to fill all, zoom,
letterbox, subtitles, normal, 14:9 and auto.
You can enter image size directly by press-
ing button.

Image size
Using / buttons, select image size.
"right/left to change image size" is shown
on the screen. By pressing / button,
you can change image size to fill all, normal
and auto.
You can change image size directly by using
button on the remote.
Pip size
Using / buttons, select pip size.
"right/left to adjust PIP size" is shown on
the screen. Press button to increase pip
size. Press button to decrease pip size.
Pip size can be adjusted between 0 and
100.
You can change the pip size directly by
pressing (YELLOW) button on the re-
mote.
Pip position
Using / buttons, select pip position.
"right/left to adjust PIP position" is shown
on the screen. By pressing / but-
tons, you can change the pip position as left
top, right top, middle, left bottom or right bot-
tom (as shown on the menu above).
You can change pip position directly by
pressing (GREEN) button on the re-
mote.

Image size
Using / buttons, select image size.
"right/left to change image size" is seen on
the screen. By pressing / buttons,
you can change image size to fill all, fill 1:1
and fill aspect.

Volume
Using / buttons, select volume.
"right/left to adjust volume" is shown on
the screen. Press button to increase vol-
ume level. Press button to decrease vol-
ume level. Volume level can be adjusted be-
tween 0 and 63.
Headphone volume
Using / buttons, select hp volume.
"right/left to adjust hp volume" is shown on
the screen. Press button to increase hp
volume level. Press button to decrease
hp volume level. Hp volume (headphone vol-
ume) level can be adjusted between 0 and
100.
Headphone sound mode
Using / buttons, select hp sound
mode. "right to adjust hp sound mode" is
shown on the screen. Press button
change hp sound mode.
Hp sound mode is used to identify sound
mode of the headphone. hp sound mode can
be set to mono, stereo, dual a or dual b ac-
cording to the transmission.
Balance
Using / buttons, select balance.
"right/left to adjust balance" is shown on
the screen. Press button to increase
balance towards the right. Press button
to uncrease balance towards the left. Bal-
ance level can be adjusted between -50 and
50.
Equalizer
Using / buttons, select equalizer.
"right/left for equalizer settings" is shown
on the screen. Press / or K but-
ton to enter equalizer menu. In equalizer
menu the sound mode can be changed to
user, flat, pop, rock, jazz and classic by
pressing / buttons. Equalizer menu
settings can be changed only when sound

change menu background to translucent or

Child lock
You can use this feature to prevent children
turning on TV or changing programs or ad-
justments etc. without the remote control.
Using / buttons, select child lock.
"right/left to change" is shown on the
screen. The child lock feature can be set by
or button to either on or off. When
off is selected, there will be no difference in
the operation of your TV. When on is se-
lected, the TV can only be controlled by the
remote control handset.
Scart 2 out
Using / buttons, select scart 2 out.
"right/left to select scart 2 out" is shown
on the screen. You can set scart 2 out to
Scart 1, Tuner or FAV by using / but-
tons.
Sleep timer
The sleep timer is used to turn the TV off af-
ter a pre-defined period.
Using / buttons, select sleep timer.
"adjust sleeptimer" is shown on the
screen. You can set the sleep time to ff,
15, 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes by pressing
/ button.

Using the direction keys you can select any
1 of the 30 channels shown on the
programme table. By scrolling the pages up
or down by pressing the navigation buttons
you can select all the programmes in TV
mode (except the AV mode).
In program table, / buttons work like
"Direction Up" and "Direction Down".
Programme Number is between 01 and 99.
00 is not displayed on program table.
Programme Name has a name string with 5
characters. After autoset process the
Programme Names are set to "C02" or
"S07" (channel type and channel number)
or name of the tuned channel if defined.
At the bottom of the program table there is a
programme sort functions section. Each
function is activated by color button (shown
above). Insert section is for inserting
programmes into another programme
spaces. Name allows changing the
programme name.
Delete:
To delete a channel use the direction keys to
select the channel and then press Use RED
button. Press OK to confirm delete or
press M button to cancel.

Insert:
elect the program which you want to insert
by navigation buttons. Press GREEN button.
Using the navigation buttons move the se-
lected program to the required programme
space and press GREEN button again.
Name:
To change the name of a selected
programme. Use navigation keys to select
that programme and press the YELLOW
button. The following menu is shown on the
screen.

The first letter of the selected name is high-
lighted. To change that letter use the /
buttons, and to select the other letters,
use the / buttons. If the cursor is at
the last letter of the Programme Name,
pressing button moves the cursor back
to the beginning. If the cursor is at the begin-
ning of the Programme Name, pressing
button moves the cursor to the end.
Country
Using / buttons, select country.
"right/left to change country" is shown on
the screen. By pressing / button, you
can select the country where you are.
Autoset
Using / buttons, select autoset.
"right/left to start aps function" is shown
on the screen. When / or K but-
ton is pressed, the following menu is shown
on to the screen. If you want to cancel
autoset function, press M button. You re-
turn to aps menu.
If you press M button after autoset is
started, program table is shown on the
screen.

Program
Using / buttons, select program.
"right/left to select program" is shown on
the screen. By pressing / button, you
can select the program number. You can
also enter a number using the numerical
buttons on the remote control. There are 100
program that can be stored between 0 and
99.
Fine tune
Using / buttons, select fine tune.
"right/left to adjust fine tuning" is shown on
the screen. By pressing / buttons,
you can fine adjust the tuning. The adjust
values are between -50 and +50.
Channel
Using / buttons, select channel.
"right/left to change channel" is shown on
the screen. By pressing / buttons,
you can change the channel number. You
can also enter a number using the numeri-
cal buttons on the remote control. The adjust
values change according to the standard
and channel type.
Standard
Using / buttons, select standard.
"right/left to change standard" is shown on
the screen. By pressing / buttons,
you can change the standard to B/G, D/K, I or
L/L'.
Channel type

type. "right/left to change channel type" is
shown on the screen. By pressing /
button, you can change the channel type to C
or S.
Edit labels
Using / buttons, select edit labels.
