vielen Dank für den Kauf dieses Produkts. Hier haben wir Ihnen wichtige In-
formationen zu diesem Produkt zusammengestellt. Bitte lesen Sie diese –
insbesondere die Sicherheitshinweise sowie die Hinweise zur Anwendung,
Lagerung und Entsorgung - genau durch.

1. Geltungsbereich
Diese Gebrauchsanweisung gilt für folgendes Produkt:

3. Zweckbestimmung und bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Das GRÜNSPECHT „Natürliche Wärmep aster“ ermöglicht eine praktische
und alltagstaugliche Wärme-Anwendung bei allgemeinem Kältegefühl. Es ist
ausschließlich zur äußeren Anwendung bestimmt und dient als Wärmespen-
der für zu Hause oder unterwegs.
4. Anwendungshinweise
Schritt 1: Öffnen Sie den Folienbeutel an der Perforati-
on per Hand, um das Wärmep aster zu entnehmen. Das
Wärmep aster wird durch Kontakt mit der Luft aktiviert und
erwärmt sich anschließend von selbst – der Beutel sollte
daher erst geöffnet werden, wenn das Wärmep aster be-
nutzt werden soll. Achten Sie beim Öffnen darauf, dass das
P aster nicht mit Feuchtigkeit in Berührung kommt.
Schritt 2: Prüfen Sie das Wärmep aster vor der Anwendung auf seine Unver-
sehrtheit. Wenden Sie das Produkt nicht an, wenn der Inhalt der Wärmezelle
austritt und/oder das P aster beschädigt oder eingerissen ist.
Schritt 3: Entfernen Sie das Abziehpapier von der Klebeseite des P asters.

Schritt 4: Bringen Sie das Wärmep aster mit der Klebesei-
te auf einem möglichst eng anliegenden, körpernahen Klei-
dungsstück (z.B. Baumwoll-Unterhemd) an der gewünschten
Körperregion fest an. Legen Sie das P aster glatt auf – es
darf keine Falten oder Wülste bilden. Es kann bis zu 15 Minu-
ten dauern, bis das P aster die Wärmewirkung erreicht hat.
Tragen Sie das Wärmep aster so lange, wie Sie es für ange-
nehm emp nden. Wir empfehlen, das P aster nicht länger
als 12 Stunden innerhalb eines Zeitraums von 24 Stunden
zu tragen.
Ziehen Sie das Wärmep aster nach maximal 12 Stunden
langsam ab. Sollten Sie eine leichte Rötung der Haut fest-
stellen, ist dies auf die Wärmewirkung des P asters zu-
rückzuführen. Falls die Haut nach einigen Stunden noch
immer gerötet ist, sollte kein Wärmep aster verwendet
werden, bis die Rötung vollständig abgeklungen ist.
Das P aster ist nur für den einmaligen Gebrauch bestimmt und nach der An-
wendung zu entsorgen. Bitte beachten Sie die Entsorgungshinweise unter
Punkt 7.
5. ACHTUNG! Wichtige Sicherheitshinweise!
Wenden Sie das Wärmep aster nicht direkt auf der Haut an, um Verbren-
nungen und Hautreizungen zu vermeiden! Das GRÜNSPECHT „Natürliche
Wärmep aster“ ist so gestaltet, dass es sich leicht und sicher auf körpernaher
Kleidung befestigen lässt. Wir empfehlen Baumwoll-Unterwäsche für das bes-
te Trageergebnis.
Befolgen Sie die Anwendungshinweise und überwachen Sie den Anwen-
dungsbereich regelmäßig. Ermöglichen Sie eine Luftzirkulation über dem
Wärmep aster und wenden Sie keinen Druck an (z.B. durch Gürtel). Die An-
wendung sollte bei Personen, die das P aster nicht selbstständig abnehmen
können nur unter sorgfältiger Überwachung erfolgen.
Kontrollieren Sie die Haut regelmäßig auf Anzeichen für Verbrennungen. Ent-
fernen Sie das Wärmep aster bei unangenehmem Hitzegefühl, Hautreizungen
oder Brandwunden sofort.

Das Wärmepaster darf nicht
• während des Schlafs verwendet werden,
• in Schuhen, Socken oder unter Ihren Füßen angewendet werden,
• verbrannt werden,
• vor oder während der Anwendung geschüttelt, geknetet, zerschnitten, gefal-
tet oder zerrissen werden,
• in der Mikrowelle behandelt oder ein sonstiger Versuch unternommen wer-
den, das Wärmepaster wieder aufzuwärmen oder
• mit Wasser oder anderen Flüssigkeiten in Kontakt kommen.
Die Anwendung ist nicht geeignet
• bei Babys und Kindern unter 12 Jahren,
• bei Personen mit verringertem Schmerzempnden,
• bei bettlägerigen Personen und Personen mit einer Tendenz zur Bildung von
Hautgeschwüren,
• für Anwendungen in Verbindung mit Schmerzbalsam, medizinischen Lotio-
nen, Cremes, Salben oder anderen Wärmequellen,
• für Anwendungen auf Fell bzw. hochwertigen Textilien,
• für Anwendungen an einer Stelle, an der Rötungen, Entzündungen, Hautris-
se/blaue Flecken oder Hautreizungen vorhanden sind,
• für Anwendungen an Körperstellen, an denen Wärme nicht wahrnehmbar ist,
• für Anwendungen während sportlichen Aktivitäten,
• für Anwendungen direkt nach einem Bad oder einer Dusche oder
• während Kernspintomographien (MRT-Untersuchungen)
Bitte wenden Sie sich vor Anwendung dieses Produkts an einen Arzt oder Apo-
theker, falls Sie
• an schlechter Durchblutung, Kreislaufproblemen oder einer Herzerkrankung
leiden,
• an Diabetes leiden,
• an Nervenschäden oder einer Einschränkung der Sinnesfunktionen leiden,
• an einer Hauterkrankung leiden,
• an Rheumatoidarthritis leiden oder
• schwanger sind.

Achtung! Das Wärmepaster enthält Eisen, das bei Verschlucken oder in
direktem Kontakt mit Schleimhäuten gesundheitsgefährdend sein kann. Bei
Verschlucken der Inhaltsstoffe den Mund mit Wasser ausspülen. Bei Kontakt
mit den Augen oder anderen Schleimhäuten sofort mit Wasser für mindestens
15 Minuten ausspülen. In allen genannten Fällen sollte unverzüglich ärztlicher
Rat eingeholt werden.
6. Lagerung und Haltbarkeit
Bitte lagern Sie die Wärmepaster vor Kindern, Haustieren, Feuchtigkeit
und direktem Sonnenlicht geschützt an einem kühlen, trockenen Ort. Im ge-
schlossenen Folienbeutel ist das Produkt bis zum angegebenen Verfallsda-
tum auf der Rückseite des Folienbeutels haltbar.
7. Hinweise zur Entsorgung
Das Wärmepaster ist nur zum einmaligen Gebrauch vorgesehen. Nach der
Anwendung lässt sich das GRÜNSPECHT "Natürliche Wärmepaster" einfach
und umweltfreundlich entsorgen. Statt dem in vielen Wärmepastern enthalte-
nen Natriumchlorid-Salz, beinhaltet das GRÜNSPECHT „Natürliche Wärme-
paster“ Kaliumchlorid, das auch in Panzendüngern verwendet wird. Kalium
dient als Panzennährstoff, weshalb die Pasterfüllung nach der Anwendung
und Abkühlung im Bio-Müll oder Kompost entsorgt werden kann.
Achtung! Lassen Sie das Wärmepaster vor der Entsorgung unabgedeckt
liegen und vollständig abkühlen – dies kann je nach Außentemperatur bis zu
48 Stunden dauern. Eine zu frühe Entleerung des noch heißen Pasterinhalts
kann zu Schäden führen (Entammungs- und Verbrennungsgefahr!)
Sobald das Paster vollständig abgekühlt ist, kneten Sie es mit der Hand, da-
mit sich der Pasterinhalt in kleine Stücke teilt. Öffnen Sie anschließend das
Paster an der schmalen Kante vorsichtig mit einer Schere und leeren Sie den
Inhalt auf Ihren Bio-Müll oder Kompost.
Achtung! Achten Sie bei der Entsorgung des Pasterinhalts darauf, direk-
ten Schleimhautkontakt mit der Pasterfüllung zu vermeiden – im Falle eines
Kontaktes befolgen Sie die Sicherheitshinweise unter Punkt 5.
Wir empfehlen eine Anwendung von einem Pasterinhalt auf 10 Liter Kom-
post oder Bio- Müll, um eine ausreichende Verdünnung sicherzustellen. Bei
der Verwendung im Hauskompost sollte die Menge an entsorgten Wärme-
pastern über einen längeren Zeitraum bei maximal vier Pastern im Mo-

nat liegen (gemäß Studie durch Fraunhofer Institut Molekularbiologie und
angewandte Oekologie, 2019). Verwenden Sie den Pasterinhalt nicht bei
Zierpanzen.
Lediglich die äußere Hülle des Pasters, das Abziehpapier und die sauer-
stoffdichte Verpackung sind im Hausmüll sortenrein getrennt zu entsorgen
und dem entsprechenden Recycling-System zuzuführen. Bitte beachten Sie
die regionalen Entsorgungsrichtlinien.

Natural heat plaster - Instructions for use
Dear Customer,
Thank you for buying this product. Below we have compiled important product
information for you.
Kindly read these, in particular the Safety Advice as well as the Information
about Use, storage and Disposal carefully.
Please observe the instructions for use and the packaging and keep them!

1. Scope of Application
These instructions for use are applicable for the following product:

3. Purpose and Intended Use
The GRÜNSPECHT “Natural heat plaster” enables practical, everyday appli-
cation of heat when you are feeling generally cold. It is designed exclusively
for external use and is a source of warmth for use at home or when you are
out and about.
4. Usage Instructions
Step 1: Open the foil bag at the perforation by hand in order
to remove the heat plaster. The heat plaster is activated th-
rough contact with air and it will then heat up by itself – the
bag should therefore only be opened when you want to use
the heat plaster. When opening the bag, make sure that the
plaster does not come into contact with moisture.
Step 2: Before use, check the heat plaster to make sure that it is intact. Do not
use the product if the  lling of the heating cell is leaking out and/or the plaster
is damaged or cracked.
Step 3: Remove the backing paper from the adhesive side of the plaster.
Step 4: Attach the heat plaster with the adhesive side onto a piece of clothing
which is close- tting and close to the body (e.g. cotton vest) onto the area of
the body you want to treat. Make sure the plaster is smooth – there should not

be any folds or ridges. It may take up to 15 minutes for the
heating properties of the plaster to take effect. Wear the heat
plaster for as long as you  nd it pleasant. We recommend
that you do not wear the plaster for more than 12 hours within
a 24-hour period.
Remove the heat plaster slowly, after a maximum of 12
hours. If you should  nd that the skin is slightly red, this is
due to the heating effect of the plaster. If the skin is still red
after a few hours, do not use a heat plaster until the redness
has disappeared completely.
The plaster is only designed to be used once and must be
disposed of after use. Please observe the disposal instruc-
tions under Point 7.
5. CAUTION! Important safety information!
To prevent burns and skin irritation, do not apply the heat plaster directly on
the skin! The GRÜNSPECHT “Natural heat plaster” has been designed so that
it can be  xed easily and securely to close- tting clothing. We recommend
cotton underwear for the best results in terms of adhesion.
Follow the usage instructions and monitor the area of application regularly.
Allow for air circulation above the heat plaster and do not apply any pressure
(e.g. through belts). For individuals who are not able to remove the plaster
themselves, the plaster must only be used with careful monitoring.
Check the skin regularly for signs of burning.
Remove the heat plaster immediately if there is an unpleasant feeling that it is
too hot, skin irritation or burning.
The heat plaster must not
• be used when sleeping,
• be used in shoes, socks or under your feet,
• be burnt,
• be shaken, kneaded, cut up, folded or torn before or during use,
• be heated in the microwave and no other attempt must be made to re-heat
the heat plaster
or
• come into contact with water or other liquids.

It is not suitable
• for babies and children under 12 years of age,
• for individuals who have a reduced sensation of pain,
• for individuals who are conned to bed or individuals with a tendency to
develop skin ulcers,
• for use in combination with pain balm, medicinal lotions, creams, ointments
or other heat sources,
• for use on fur or high-quality textiles,
• for use on an area where there is already redness, inammation, cracks in
the skin/bruises or skin irritation,
• for application to parts of the body where warmth is imperceptible,
• for use during sport activities,
• immediately after a bath or shower
or
• during magnetic resonance imaging (MRI investigations)
Before using this product, please contact a doctor or pharmacist, if you
• suffer from poor circulation, circulation problems or heart disease,
• suffer from Diabetes,
• suffer from nerve damage or a limitation of sensory functions,
• suffer from a skin disease,
• suffer from rheumatoid arthritis or
• are pregnant.
Attention! The heat plaster contains iron, which can be hazardous to health
if swallowed or if it comes into contact with mucous membranes. If the lling
is swallowed, rinse mouth with water. In case of contact with eyes or other
mucous membranes, rinse with water immediately for at least 15 minutes. In all
these cases, medical advice should always be sought immediately.
6. Storage and Shelf Life
Please store the heat plaster out of reach of children, household pets, away
from moisture and direct sunlight in a cool, dry location. If the foil bag is
sealed, the product can be used up to the expiry date shown on the rear of
the foil bag.

7. Information about Disposal
The heat plaster is only intended to be used once. After use, you can dispose of
the GRÜNSPECHT “Natural heat plaster”, easily and in an environmentally-fri-
endly manner. In place of the sodium chloride salt used in many heat plasters,
the GRÜNSPECHT “Natural heat plaster” contains potassium chloride, which
is also used in plant fertilisers. Potassium is a plant nutrient, which is why,
after usage and cooling, the plaster lling can be disposed of in bio waste or
compost.
Attention! Prior to disposal, leave the heat plaster uncovered and allow it
to cool completely – this can take up to 48 hours, depending on the ambient
temperature. If it is emptied too early, and the plaster lling is still hot, this can
lead to injuries (risk of inammation and burns!)
As soon as the plaster is completely cool, knead it with your hand, so that the
plaster lling is broken into small pieces. Then carefully open the plaster on
the narrow edge using scissors and empty the lling into your bio-waste or
compost.
Attention! When disposing of the plaster lling, make sure that you avoid
direct contact between the plaster lling and mucous membranes – if contact
should occur, then follow the safety instructions under Point 5.
We recommend disposal of one plaster lling to 10 litres of compost or
bio-waste, in order to ensure sufcient dilution. When using in household
compost, the quantity of heat plasters to be disposed of over a longer period
of time is a maximum of four plasters a month (in accordance with a study by
the Frauenhofer Institute for Molecular Biology and Applied Ecology, 2019).
Do not use the plaster lling for ornamental plants.
Only the outside sleeve of the plaster, the backing paper and the airtight
packaging must be separated by material type and disposed of in household
waste and taken to the relevant recycling scheme. Please be aware of regi-
onal disposal guidelines.

3. Usage et utilisation conforme
Le « patch chauffant naturel » de GRÜNSPECHT permet une application pra-
tique et quotidienne de chaleur en cas de sensation de froid générale. Il est
exclusivement destiné à l’usage externe et sert de diffuseur de chaleur, à la
maison ou lors de déplacements.
4. Consignes d’utilisation
Étape 1 : Pour retirer le patch chauffant, ouvrez à la main
le sachet en plastique au niveau de la perforation. Le patch
chauffant est activé par le contact avec l’air et chauffe ensui-
te spontanément – le sachet doit par conséquent n’être ou-
vert qu’au moment-même de l'utilisation prévue du patch
chauffant. Au moment de l’ouverture, veillez à ce que le
patch n’entre pas en contact avec l'humidité.
Étape 2 : Avant utilisation, véri ez que le patch chauffant est intact. N’utilisez
pas le produit si vous constatez que le contenu de la cellule chauffante fuit et/
ou si le patch est endommagé ou déchiré.
Étape 3 : Retirez le papier de la face adhérente du patch.
Étape 4 : Appliquez la face collante du patch chauffant au niveau de la zone
corporelle souhaitée sur un vêtement ajusté très près du corps (par ex. maillot

de corps en coton). Posez le patch bien à plat pour éviter
de former des plis ou des bourrelets. Il faut parfois attendre
15 minutes avant de ressentir l’effet chauffant du patch.
Portez le patch chauffant aussi longtemps que cela est
agréable pour vous. Nous recommandons de ne pas le por-
ter plus de 12 heures sur une période de 24 heures.
Retirez lentement le patch chauffant après un maximum
de 12 heures. Si vous constatez une légère rougeur sur la
peau, cela s'explique par l’effet chauffant du patch. Si après
quelques heures, la peau est toujours rougie, il faudra éviter
d’utiliser un patch chauffant jusqu’à ce que la rougeur ait
entièrement disparue.
Le patch est destiné à un usage unique et doit être mis au
rebut après utilisation. Veuillez respecter les consignes re-
latives à la mise au rebut au point 7.
5. ATTENTION ! Information de sécurité importantes !
N’utilisez pas le patch chauffant directement sur la peau pour éviter les brûlures
et les irritations de la peau ! Le « patch chauffant naturel » de GRÜNSPECHT
est conçu de telle manière qu’il se laisse  xer aisément et en toute sécurité sur
les vêtements moulants. Nous recommandons des sous-vêtements en coton
pour un meilleur résultat de port.
Suivez les consignes d'utilisation et surveillez régulièrement la zone d'applica-
tion. Laissez l’air circuler librement au-dessus du patch chauffant et n’exercez
pas de pression (par ex. par une ceinture). Chez les personnes qui ne peuvent
pas retirer le patch elles-mêmes, le retrait du patch ne doit s’effectuer que
sous une supervision minutieuse.
Contrôlez régulièrement la peau pour détecter des signes de brûlures.
Retirez le patch chauffant en cas de sensation de chaleur désagréable, d’irrita-
tions de la peau ou de brûlures.
Le patch chauffant ne doit pas être
• utilisé pendant le sommeil,
• porté dans des chaussures, des chaussettes ou sous vos pieds
• brûlé,
• secoué, pétri, coupé, plié ou déchiré avant ou pendant l’utilisation,

• passé au micro-ondes ou faire l’objet d’une autre manière d’une tentative
de réchauffement
ni
• entrer en contact avec de l’eau ou avec d’autres liquides.
L’utilisation ne convient pas
• chez les bébés et les enfants âgés de moins de 12 ans,
• chez les personnes présentant une sensibilité réduite à la douleur,
• chez les personnes alitées et les personnes tendant à former des ulcères
cutanés,
• pour des utilisations combinées à des baumes anti-douleur, lotions médica-
les, crèmes, pommades ou autres sources de chaleur,
• pour des applications sur de la fourrure ou des textiles de haute qualité,
• pour des applications sur une zone présentant des rougeurs, des inamma-
tions, des lésions cutanées/ecchymoses ou des irritations cutanées,
• pour des applications sur des zones du corps qui ne ressentent pas la cha-
leur,
• pour des applications au cours d’activités sportives,
• pour des applications directement après un bain ou une douche
ni
• pendant un examen d’imagerie par résonance magnétique (examens IRM)
Avant application de ce produit, veuillez consulter un médecin ou un pharma-
cien si vous souffrez
• d’une mauvaise circulation sanguine, de problèmes cardiovasculaires ou
d’un problème cardiaque,
• de diabète,
• de lésions nerveuses ou d’une restriction des fonctions sensorielles,
• d’une maladie de la peau,
• d’une arthrite rhumatoïde
• ou si vous êtes enceinte.
Attention ! La patch chauffant contient du fer qui peut être nocif pour la santé
ou cas d’ingestion ou de contact direct avec les muqueuses. En cas d'ingestion
des composants, rincer la bouche à l’eau. En cas de contact avec les yeux ou
avec d’autres muqueuses, rincer immédiatement à l’eau pendant au moins 15
minutes. Dans tous les cas cités, il faut impérativement consulter un médecin.

6. Entreposage et durée de conservation
Veuillez entreposer les patchs chauffants dans un endroit sec et frais à l’abri
de l'humidité et d’une exposition directe aux rayons du soleil et hors de portée
des enfants et des animaux domestiques. Dans un sachet plastique fermé, le
produit peut se conserver jusqu’à la date limite de conservation gurant au dos
du sachet plastique.
7. Consignes relatives à la mise au rebut
Le patch chauffant est prévu pour un usage unique.Après l'utilisation, le « patch
chauffant naturel » de GRÜNSPECHT peut se mettre au rebut de manière très
simple et écologique. Au lieu du sel de chlorure de sodium contenu dans de
nombreux patchs chauffants, le « patch chauffant naturel » de GRÜNSPECHT
contient du chlorure de potassium qui est également utilisé dans les engrais
pour plantes. Le potassium sert de nutriment végétal, de sorte que le contenu
du patch peut être mis au rebut après utilisation et refroidissement dans les
déchets organiques ou le compost.
Attention ! Avant la mise au rebut, laissez le patch chauffant refroidir
entièrement sans le recouvrir. Cela peut prendre jusqu'à 48 heures selon la
température extérieure. Vider trop tôt le contenu encore chaud du patch peut
entraîner des dommages (risque d'inammation et de brûlure !)
Dès que le patch chauffant est entièrement refroidi, pétrissez-le à la main an
que le contenu se divise en petits morceaux. Ouvrez ensuite délicatement le
patch sur le bord étroit avec des ciseaux et videz le contenu avec vos déchets
organiques ou votre compost.
Attention ! Lors de la mise au rebut du contenu du patch, veillez à éviter tout
contact direct entre les muqueuses et le contenu du patch – en cas de contact,
veuillez suivre les consignes de sécurité gurant au point 5.
Nous recommandons l'utilisation du contenu d’un patch pour 10 litres de com-
post ou de déchets bio an de garantir un degré de dilution sufsant. En cas
d'utilisation d’un compost ménager, la quantité de patchs chauffants mis au
rebut sur une longue période doit s’élever à un maximum de quatre patchs par

grazie per aver acquistato questo prodotto. Di seguito abbiamo riassunto per
Lei le principali informazioni relative a questo prodotto.
La preghiamo di leggerle attentamente, in particolare per quanto riguarda le
istruzioni per la sicurezza e per l'uso, per la conservazione e lo smaltimento.
Si prega di notare le istruzioni per l’uso e l'imballaggio e conservarle
entrambe!

1. Ambito di validità
Le presenti istruzioni per l’uso si applicano al seguente prodotto: :

3. Finalità e uso conforme
Il "cerotto termico naturale" GRÜNSPECHT può essere utilizzato per appli-
cazioni di calore in caso di sensazione generale di freddo. È destinato esclu-
sivamente all'uso esterno ed è pensato come fonte di calore da utilizzare in
casa o in viaggio.
4. Istruzioni per l’applicazione
Passaggio 1: Per estrarre il cerotto termico, aprire manual-
mente il sacchetto trasparente strappandolo lungo la linea
tratteggiata. Il cerotto termico viene attivato dal contatto con
l'aria e si riscalda autonomamente - il sacchetto dovrebbe
quindi essere aperto solo al momento dell'uso. Durante
l'apertura, assicurarsi che il cerotto non entri in contatto con
l'umidità.
Passaggio 2: Prima dell'uso, veri care che il cerotto termico sia integro. Non
utilizzare il prodotto se il contenuto della cella termica e/o il cerotto sono dan-
neggiati o strappati.
Passaggio 3: Rimuovere la carta protettiva dal lato adesivo del cerotto.
Passaggio 4: Fissare saldamente il cerotto termico dal lato adesivo su un ind-

umento aderente al corpo (ad es. una canottiera di cotone)
nella zona del corpo desiderata. Applicare il cerotto in modo
uniforme - non si devono formare pieghe o rigon amenti.
Possono essere necessari  no a 15 minuti perché il cerotto
raggiunga l'effetto riscaldante. Utilizzare il cerotto termico
 nché risulta piacevole. Si consiglia di non utilizzarlo per più
di 12 ore al giorno (nell'arco delle 24 ore).
Rimuovere lentamente il cerotto termico dopo un massimo
di 12 ore. Se nota un leggero arrossamento della pelle,
questo è dovuto all'effetto riscaldante del cerotto. Se, dopo
poche ore, la pelle è ancora arrossata, non usare altri cerotti
termici  no a quando il rossore non è completamente scom-
parso.
Il cerotto è monouso e deve essere smaltito dopo l'utilizzo.
Attenersi alle istruzioni per lo smaltimento al punto 7.
5. ATTENZIONE! Avvertenze di sicurezza importanti!
Non applicare il cerotto termico direttamente sulla pelle per evitare ustioni e
irritazioni cutanee! Il "cerotto termico naturale" GREENSPECHT è stato pro-
gettato per essere  ssato facilmente e in modo sicuro sugli indumenti
aderenti al corpo. Per una perfetta aderenza, raccomandiamo di utilizzare bi-
ancheria intima in cotone.
Seguire le istruzioni per l'applicazione e monitorare regolarmente l'area di ap-
plicazione. Consentire all'aria di circolare sul cerotto termico e non esercitare
nessuna pressione (ad es. attraverso una cintura). Applicare il cerotto sulle per-
sone che non possono rimuoverlo da sole solo sotto un'attenta sorveglianza.
Controllare regolarmente la pelle per rilevare eventuali segni di ustioni.
Rimuovere immediatamente il cerotto termico in caso di sensazione di calore
sgradevole, irritazioni cutanee o ustioni.
Il cerotto termico non deve
• essere usato durante il sonno,
• essere utilizzato in scarpe, calzini o sotto i piedi
• essere bruciato,
• essere agitato, modellato, tagliato, piegato o strappato prima o durante l'ap-
plicazione,

• essere messo nel forno a microonde o essere sottoposto a un simile tratta-
mento per essere riscaldato
oppure
• entrare a contatto con acqua o altri liquidi.
L'applicazione non è adatta
• per i neonati e i bambini di età inferiore ai 12 anni,
• per le persone con ridotta percezione del dolore,
• per le persone costrette a letto e con tendenza a sviluppare ulcere cutanee,
• in combinazione con antidolorici, lozioni mediche, creme, unguenti o altre
fonti di calore,
• su pellicce o tessuti di alta qualità,
• in una zona del corpo dove sono presenti arrossamenti, inammazioni,
• screpolature/lividi o irritazioni cutanee,
• su parti del corpo dove non si percepisce calore,
• durante le attività sportive,
• direttamente dopo il bagno o la doccia
oppure
• durante le tomograe a risonanza magnetica (esami MRT)
Prima di utilizzare questo prodotto, si rivolga a un medico o farmacista, nel
caso in cui
• abbia una cattiva circolazione del sangue, problemi circolatori o malattie
cardiache,
• soffra di diabete,
• soffra di danni al sistema nervoso o abbia limitate funzioni sensoriali,
• soffra di una malattia della pelle,
• soffra di artrite reumatoide o
• sia incinta..
Attenzione! Il cerotto termico contiene ferro che può essere dannoso per la
salute se ingerito o se entra in contatto diretto con le mucose. In caso di inge-
stione, sciacquare la bocca con acqua. In caso di contatto con gli occhi o altre
mucose, sciacquare immediatamente con acqua per almeno 15 minuti. In tutti i
casi citati, è necessario consultare immediatamente un medico.

6. Conservazione e durata
Tenere i cerotti lontano dalla portata di bambini e animali domestici. Proteg-
gere i cerotti dall'umidità e dalla luce solare diretta e conservarli in un luogo
fresco e asciutto. Nel sacchetto trasparente chiuso, il prodotto si conserva
no alla data di scadenza indicata sul retrodel sacchetto.
7. Indicazioni sullo smaltimento
Il cerotto termico è monouso. Dopo l'applicazione, il "cerotto termico naturale"
GREENSPECHT può essere smaltito facilmente e nel rispetto dell'ambiente.
Al posto del sale di cloruro di sodio contenuto in molti cerotti termici, il "cerot-
to termico naturale" GREENSPECHT contiene cloruro di potassio, utilizzato
anche nei fertilizzanti vegetali. Il potassio serve come nutriente per le piante,
pertanto dopo l'applicazione e il raffreddamento, l'imbottitura del cerotto può
essere smaltita nei riuti organici o nella compostiera.
Attenzione! Lasciare il cerotto termico scoperto e farlo raffreddare com-
pletamente prima dello smaltimento - questa operazione può richiedere no
a 48 ore, a seconda della temperatura esterna. Lo svuotamento anticipato del
contenuto del cerotto termico può causare danni (pericolo di inammabilità e
combustione!).
Una volta che il cerotto si è completamente raffreddato, modellarlo con la mano in
modo che si rompa in piccoli pezzi. Aprire con cautela il cerotto sul bordo stretto
con una forbice e svuotare il contenuto nei riuti organici o nella compostiera.
Attenzione! Durante lo smaltimento del contenuto del cerotto, assicurarsi di
evitare il contatto diretto della mucosa con l'imbottitura del cerotto - in caso di
contatto, seguire le istruzioni di sicurezza elencate al punto 5.
Per garantire una degradazione sufciente, si consiglia di smaltire un cerot-
to per ogni 10 litri di compost o di riuti organici. In caso di utilizzo di una
compostiera domestica, la quantità di cerotti termici smaltiti non dovrebbe
superare i quattro cerotti al mese (secondo uno studio dell'Istituto Fraunhofer
di biologia molecolare ed ecologia applicata (IME), 2019). Non utilizzare il
cerotto termico per piante ornamentali.
Solo l'involucro esterno del cerotto, la carta protettiva e la confezione a te-
nuta di ossigeno devono essere smaltiti separatamente nei riuti domestici
e conformemente al sistema di riciclaggio. Attenersi alle direttive regionali in
materia di smaltimento.
