1. About these operating instructions and symbol descriptions
Incorrect operation may lead to serious injury or death.

• Numbers in the fi gures (1, 2, 3 ...) refer to the corresponding numbers in
brackets (1), (2), (3) ... in the text next to the item numbers in the tables.
• Instructions, for which the order must be followed, are numbered (1, 2, 3, ...).
• Lists are marked with bullet points (•, •, ...).
2. Safety and accident prevention regulations
• Do not open the device.
• Do not look directly into the light - risk of eye injury!
• Do not operate in direct sunlight or in extreme temperatures.
• The working temperature is between -10°C and +40°C
• Keep away from children! Do not let children play with the device.

4. Operating and charging instructions
4.1 Operating instructions:
• Switch on the lamp by pressing the switch once.
• By pressing the switch a second time, the light switches to ECO mode.
• Press the switch a third time to switch the light off.
4.2 Charging instructions:
• Switch the lamp off during the charging process.
• During the charging process, the display LED lights up red.
• As soon as the charging process is complete, the green LED lights up
• Always use the manufacturer's approved charger to
charge the lamp. The use of an UNAUTHORISED
charger can cause a fi re and destroy the lamp.
• Charge the lamp for 4-5 hours before using it for the fi rst time.
• Fully charge the lamp before storing it for a long
period of time.
• Only use the lamp's charging function if it is being
constantly monitored. Unnoticed short-circuits lead to fi res with serious
personal injury and damage to property.

5. Safety instructions
• Do not use the device if there is damage to the housing, plug or cable.
If this is the case, contact your authorised specialist!
• Do not open the device!
• Repairs or replacement of the battery should only be
carried out by a trained specialist.
• Only clean the device once the main plug has been disconnected from
the power supply.
• There is a risk that damage caused by dropping the device could lead to the
battery overheating and self-igniting.
• There is a risk of a short-circuit. Repairs to the device should only
be carried out by a trained specialist.
In this case, contact your nearest approved dealer.
• Protect the battery against heat, continuous and intensive exposure to the sun,
fi re, water and moisture. Risk of explosion!
• If the battery is damaged or not used correctly, liquids can leak out of
the battery. Avoid touching any liquids. Leaking battery liquids can cause
skin irritation or burns. Rinse your skin off with water if you should come
into contact with battery liquids. Should the battery liquid enter your eye,
it is essential that you seek medical advice.
• There is a risk that damage caused by dropping the device could lead
to the battery overheating and self-igniting.
• The lamp must not be placed on the light surface while in operation.

8. Disposal
If a product is marked with the symbol of a dustbin with a cross through it, this indi-
cates that the product must not be disposed of with the household waste. In the case of
batteries or rechargeable batteries containing mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd) or lead (Pb),
the chemical symbol is shown under the crossed-out dustbin symbol. The end user has
an obligation to return the batteries or rechargeable batteries. These can be returned
free of charge to the retailer or handed in at any collection point. Electronic devices
and rechargeable batteries should be handed in separately from each other. Make sure
that the batteries or rechargeable batteries are in a discharged state or protected from
short-circuiting, if applicable. When purchasing products, try to ensure that the products
have a long service life to minimise the amount of waste produced. If your electric or
electronic device contains personal data, you are responsible for erasing it.
Because of the substances they contain, improper disposal of batteries or rechargeable
batteries can harm the environment and human health. Special care should be taken
when handling batteries containing lithium. Products should be checked to see if they
can be re-used, for example by being repaired, before you dispose of them.
