Important&Notices:!
The proper care and maintenance of your RoboReel Water Hose Reel
requires that you do the following:
Release Water Pressure Before Winding:
•Please remove any non-RoboReel nozzles (if you are using your own) from the end of the hose before
retracting the hose, and make sure that the unit does not wind in while water is still flowing. Doing so
will ensure that no pressure builds up in the hose during retraction, which will increase the longevity of
your reel.
Replace Water Valve Batteries:
•The water valve is powered by four AA batteries that need to be replaced periodically. If the water does
not turn on after multiple button presses, the batteries are likely due for replacement.
Clean the Unit Periodically:
•After continued use, mud and other materials may accumulate inside your Water Hose Reel. To keep
your reel running smoothly, the inside of the unit should be rinsed periodically to remove these
materials.
Ensure Top Hemisphere is Secured:
•For safety purposes, your Water Hose Reel will not retract if the top hemisphere lid is not secured on
the unit. If the unit does not retract after a button press, please check to make sure that the hemisphere
lid is properly engaged and the hemisphere release button is flush with the top hemisphere.
Water Safety Conservation Feature:
•As a safety and conservation feature if only the Water Button is pressed, the water will remain on for
one (1) hour. After one (1) hour, the water will automatically turn off. To resume the flow of water
simply push the Water Button again. This insures that if a hose if left on and unattended it will not
waste water.
