The device is designed for
single-phase installation and
must be installed in accord-
ance with standards valid in
a particular country. The de-
vice should be connected ac-
cording to the details included
in this operating manual. Installation, connec-
tion and control should be carried out by a quali-
ed electrician staff, who act in accordance with
the service manual and the device functions.
In case of casing dismantling an electric shock
may occur, and the guarantee is lost then.
Before installation make sure the connection
cables are not under voltage. The cruciform
head screwdriver 3,5 mm should be used to
instal the device. Improper transport, storage,
and use of the device inuence its wrong func-
tioning. It is not advisable to instal the device in
the following cases: if any device part is missing
or the device is damaged or deformed. In case
of improper functioning of the device contact
the producer.
CAUTION!
FEATURES
DESCRIPTION
● possibility of independent control of four
receivers,
● easy installation and service,
● integration with wired home automation
systems,
● cooperation with an unlimited number of
EXTA FREE system receivers,
● energy-saving device, used to constant
operation,
● connection possibility of antenna ANT-01
not mounted in a distribution board.
4-channel radio modular transmitter
RNM-10 cooperates with wireless EXTA
FREE system receivers. It is mounted on
a TH-35 rail. The device has 4 independ-
ent inputs released by power supply volt-
age 230V~. Installation connectors, wired
EXTA home automation devices or other
relay devices (time programmers, motion
sensors, programmable relays, etc.) can be
connected to RNM-10 release terminals.
RNM-10 application allows to integrate the
above mentioned devices with EXTA FREE
system receivers and allows for wireless
control of these devices.
The symbol means selective
collecting of electrical and electronic
equipment.
It is forbidden to put the used
equipment together with other waste.

CONNECTION FUNCTIONING, MOUNTING
APPLICATION
1. Disconnect power supply by the phase
fuse, the circuit-breaker or the switch-dis-
connector combined to the proper circuit.
2. Check if there is no voltage on con-
nection cables by means of a special
measure equipment.
3. Connect the cables with the terminals in
accordance with the installing diagram.
4. Mount RNM-10 device on a TH-35 rail.
5. Switch on the power supply from
the mains.
The device is ready to operate after
proper mounting and installation. Device
release by a unipolar push-button con-
nected to one out of four release push-
buttons (IN1-IN4) causes the RNM-10 de-
vice to send a control signal which refers
to this output (channel). LED red diodes
IN1 - IN4 inform which channel was re-
leased and the STATUS diode informs
about transmission in progress.
Device programming procedure
(adding a transmitter to a receiver’s
memory) is described in particu-
lar receivers’ manual instruction of
EXTA FREE system.
4-channel radio modular transmitter RNM-10
can control any EXTA FREE receiver. In this
application RNM-10 is released by a signal
from WZS-01 twilight switch, it sends a con-
trol signal to ROP-01 receiver, which switches
on external lighting.
CAUTION: power supply
must be connected to
L’ i N’ terminals
The ZAMEL company devices
which are characterised
with this sign can cooperate
with each other.

CAUTION: The given range concerns
open area - an ideal condition without any
natural or articial obstacles. If there are
some obstacles between a transmitter and
a receiver, it is advisable to decrease the
range according to:
wood and plaster: from 5 to 20 %
bricks: from 10 to 40 %
reinforced concrete: from 40 to 80 %
metal: from 90 to 100%
glass: from 10 to 20 %
Over- and underground medium and high
electrical power lines, radio and television
transmitters, GSM transmitters set close to
a device system have also a negative
inuence on the range.
