product and then save it for future reference. We reserve

Local space heater specified for purpose other than
indoor space heating to reach and maintain a certain
thermal comfort of human beings by means of heat
convection or heating radiation.
SAFETY
1. Ensure the power supply to the socket into which the
heater is plugged is in accordance with the rating
label on the heater and that the socket is earthed.
2. Do not insert any object through the heat outlet or air
grilles of the heater.
3. The appliance is designed to be mounted horizontally
on a wall.
4. The appliance will become very hot during use.
Unplug the appliance and let it cool before cleaning it.
5. The fan heater is not suitable for use outdoors in
damp weather, in bathrooms or in other wet or damp
environments.
6. Please note that the fan heater can become very hot
and should, therefore, be placed at a safe distance
from flammable objects such as furniture, curtains
and similar
7. Warning: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover
the heater.
8. Warning: The heater must not be located immediately
below a socket-outlet
9. Do not connect the fan heater using an on/off timer or
other equipment which can automatically switch the
device on.
10. Do not use the heater in areas where flammable
liquids are stored or where flammable fumes may be
present.
11. You must not connect other appliances to the same
mains socket as the fan heater.
12. Warning: If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or a
similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
13. Children of less than 3 years should be kept away
unless continuously supervised.
14. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall
only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has
been placed or installed in its intended normal operat-
ing position and they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe
way and understand the hazards involved. Children
aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug
in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user
maintenance.
15. CAUTION — Some parts of this product can become
very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to
be given where children and vulnerable people are
present.
ASSEMBLY
Mount the frost guard vertically, at least 60 mm above the
floor.
MAINTENANCE
• Always un-plug the heater from the wall socket and
allow it to cool down before cleaning.
• Clean the outside of the heater by wiping with a damp
cloth and buff with a dry cloth.
• Do not use any detergents or abrasives and do not allow
any water to enter the heater.
STORING THE HEATER
When the heater is not used for long periods of time it
should be protected from dust and stored in a clean dry
place.
RESPONSIBLE DISPOSAL
This symbol indicates that this product should
not be disposed of with general household
waste. This applies throughout the entire EU. In
order to prevent any harm to the environment
or health hazards caused by incorrect waste
disposal, the product must be handed in for recycling so
that the material can be disposed of in a responsible
manner. When recycling your product, take it to your local
collection facility or contact the place of purchase. They
will ensure that the product is disposed of in
an environmentally sound manner.

WARRANTY
Frost guard has 1 year warranty valid from the date of
purchase. The warranty applies only to material or fabrica-
tion errors. The warranty ceases to apply if the operating
instructions have not been followed or the work light has
been exposed to abnormal load or operation. All transport
and dismantling costs are at the buyer’s expense. In case
of disputes, the Purchasing Act applies.
