Instructions
1. Refer to diagram above. Fill rear chamber with abrasive.
2. Fit cloth bag over open chamber and secure with securing clamp.
3. Connect the compressed airline to the inlet fitting (recommended pressure: 70-80 psi).
4. Insert the spark plug to be cleaned into the rubber grommet.
5. Set two-way lever to the down position (abrasive) - this will draw abrasive from the rear
chamber to blast-clean the spark plug.
6. Operate the brass air valve to clean the spark plug.
7. To finish, lift lever to up position (compressed air only) to clean off abrasive material from spark plug.
When finished, keep abrasive material dry by removing securing clamp and cloth bag and return
abrasive material to plastic bag.

Precautions:
• Always wear protective head, eye and hand gear. Responsibility for damage or injury lies
with the user.
• Keep tool and equipment clean but pay particular attention to keeping abrasive material dry.
