 Kontrollieren Sie, ob die Netzspannung mit der
auf dem Gerät vermerkten Spannung
übereinstimmt, bevor Sie das Gerät benutzen.
 Lassen Sie Ihr Gerät niemals beim Gebrauch

 Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht im Freien und
bewahren Sie es an einem trockenen Platz auf.
 Benutzen Sie nur Zubehör, welches vom
Lieferanten empfohlen wurde. Anderes Zubehör

AUFSTELLEN DES GERÄTES
Sorgen Sie dafür, dass es einen Mindestabstand von 50 cm zwischen dem Gerät und anderen
Gegenständen oder Wänden gibt. Richten Sie den Luftstrom so dass der Raum optimal geheizt
wird. Vermeiden Sie Ecken, kleine Räume, Fuβboden und Zimmerdecken.
INBETRIEBNAHME
Bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme Ihres Gerätes ist eine leichte Geruchsentwicklung möglich.
Sorgen Sie daher für eine ausreichende Belüftung. Dieser Geruch wird schnell verschwinden.
1. Stellen Sie den Heizlüfter auf eine stabile, ebene Fläche.
2. Schalten Sie alle Bedienelemente des Heizgeräts auf aus und stecken Sie den Netzstecker
der Heizung direkt an einer üblichen Steckdose an. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Stecker
fest in der Steckdose sitzt.
3. Drehen Sie den Thermostat-Drehknopf im hrzeigersinn in die Stellung HIGH.
4. Drehen Sie den Wahlschalter auf die gewünschte Position. Verwenden Sie die Einstellung
HIGH, um die Temperatur schnell zu erhöhen. Für eine reduzierte Leistung stellen Sie den
Wahlschalter auf LOW.
5. Drehen Sie den Thermostat-Drehknopf langsam gegen den hrzeigersinn, bis das
Heizgerät abschaltet. Das Heizgerät hält diese Temperatur dann automatisch aufrecht. Für
eine niedrigere Temperatur drehen Sie den Knopf weiter gegen den hrzeigersinn. Für eine
höhere Temperatur drehen Sie den Knopf im hrzeigersinn.
6. Die Betriebslampe bleibt an, wenn die Anschlussleitung an einer Steckdose angeschlossen
ist und das Gerät funktionsbereit ist. (Hinweis: Das Heizgerät schaltet sich automatisch ein,
wenn die Raumtemperatur unter die eingestellte Temperatur um Thermostat-Drehknopf
fällt.)
7. Der Wahlschalter verfügt auch über die Einstellung FAN (nur Ventilator), um das Gerät
abzukühlen, bevor Sie es ausschalten.
8. Ziehen Sie immer den Netzstecker, wenn Sie das Gerät nicht benutzen. m das Heizgerät
abzuschalten, schalten Sie den Thermostat-Drehknopf zuerst auf niedrigste Stellung, den
Wahlschalter auf aus (OFF) und ziehen Sie dann den Stecker aus der Steckdose.



ÜBERHITZUNGSSCHUTZ
Der Heizlüfter ist mit einem Überhitzungsschutz ausgestattet, der das Gerät abschaltet im Fall
der Überhitzung, zum Beispiel wegen einer Abdeckung der Gitter. Die rote Störungslampe
leuchtet dann auf. Falls dies vorkommt, bitte das Gerät ausschalten, den Stecker ca. 10
Minuten aus der Steckdose lassen, und die Gitter freimachen. Schalten Sie das Gerät danach
wie oben beschrieben wieder an. Dies reicht, um den Überhitzungsschutz auszuschalten. Falls
das Problem anhält, wenden Sie sich bitte an den nächsten Kundendienst.
REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE
• Vor jeder Reinigung den Netzstecker ziehen und das Gerät abkühlen lassen.
• Reinigen Sie das Gehäuse mit einem feuchten, flusenfreien Tuch. Benutzen Sie keine
Schleif- oder Scheuermittel.
• Die Luftaustrittsöffnungen können bei Verschmutzung mit einem Staubsauger vorsichtig
abgesaugt werden.
• Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen Platz auf, wenn es nicht in Betrieb ist.

damaged, it must be replaced by a competent
qualified electrician(*) in order to avoid all
danger.
 Only use the appliance for domestic purposes

other liquid for any reason whatsoever. When
cleaning the appliance, refer to the instructions in
the paragraph “Cleaning and care” because

 No responsibility is accepted if damage results
from improper use, or if these instructions are not

 Stand the appliance on a stable surface so that it
cannot fall.
 Do not place the appliance under a power
socket. The power socket must not be in the hot
airflow of the appliance in order to avoid
overheating.
 Always position the heater in such a way that
inflammable materials (such as curtains) cannot
be ignited. Ensure at all times that the unit is
placed solidly on its base.
 Make sure that the air inlet and outlet
openings are not blocked. To avoid any risk of
fire, do not cover the heater (e.g. with clothes).
 The heater should only be operated at a
minimum distance of 50cm from any wall or other
object and of 1 meter from combustibles.
 Warning: Do not operate the heater near baths,
showers, washbasins, swimming pools or any
other water container. It must be impossible to
reach the commands of your appliance when you
are in contact with water.
 The temperature of the grids may be very high
when the appliance is in use. Avoid contact with
the skin.
 Do not allow the power cord to touch any hot part
of the appliance.



 Never use the appliance near inflammable or

the interior of the appliance.

to connect with the heater.
 CAUTION – Some parts of this product can
become very hot and cause burns. Particular
attention has to be given where children and
vulnerable people are present.
 This symbol indicates: WARNING: in order to
avoid overheating, do not cover the appliance.
(*) Competent qualified electrician: after-sales department
of the producer or importer or any person who is qualified,
approved and competent to perform this kind of repairs in
order to avoid all danger. In case of need you should return

POSITIONING OF THE APPLIANCE
The heater should only be operated at a minimum distance of 50cm from any wall or other
object. Position the air flow in order to optimise the heating of the room. Avoid corners, small
volumes, floors and ceilings.
USE
When the appliance is switched on for the first time, a slight smell may be emitted. Please
ensure sufficient ventilation. This smell will disappear very quickly.
1. Place the heater on a firm level surface.
2. Turn off all the controls of the heater, and then plug the heater power plug directly into a
standard AC outlet. Be sure the plug fits tightly into outlet.
3. Rotate the thermostat control knob clockwise to high position.
4. Set the selector switch to the desired position. se HIGH setting to raise the temperature
quickly. For reduced output, flip the selector switch to LOW.
5. Slowly turn the thermostat knob counter clockwise until the heater shut off. The heater will
automatically maintain this temperature. For a lower temperature, rotate the knob further
counter clockwise. For a higher temperature, rotate the knob clockwise.



6. Power light remains on when the heater power supply cord is plugged into an electrical
outlet and operated well. (Note: The heater would cycle “on” automatically if the room
temperature drops below the thermostat control setting.)
7. This unit has FAN only setting which helps you to cool down the unit before you turn it off.
8. Always unplug the heater when not in use. To disconnect heater, turn the thermostat
control to the lowest position and the selector switch to off, then remove plug from outlet.
OVERHEATING PROTECTION
This heater is protected with an overheating protection that switches off the appliance
automatically in case of overheating, e.g. due to the total or partial obstruction of the grids.
The red light marked turns on. In this case, unplug the appliance, wait about 10 minutes for
it to cool and remove the object that is obstructing the grids. Then switch it back on as
described above. The appliance should operate normally. Should the problem persist, please
contact the nearest customer service.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
• Before cleaning the appliance, ensure it is disconnected from the power supply and has
cooled down completely.
• The housing may be wiped with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth; do not use any abrasive
scouring pad or steel wool.
• The grids are particularly delicate; to clean them you can carefully use a vacuum cleaner.
• When you do not use the appliance, place it in a dry environment.

For our products, the legal terms concerning claims under guarantee are valid. During the
legal period, all material and manufacturing defects are covered. No claims will be accepted
for broken accessories, defects resulting from inappropriate use or care, excessive wear due to
intensive use, wrong use due to the non-observance of the instruction manual, or normal wear
and tear. No guarantee claims will be accepted if the appliance has been modified or if
attempts have been made to repair the appliance. In such case, the vendor cannot be held
responsible in case of accidents.
On website www.ggv-service.de you can find a quick and easy solution to register a complaint
in case of a defect within the warranty period. Just log on to the service portal (www.ggv-
service.de), designate the appliance and then you will be guided through the menu, with all
necessary information and advantages, to help you and solve your problem. We are at your
service on the service portal during and also after the warranty period.
In case of a defective accessory, the complete appliance will not be exchanged, but only the
accessory will be sent free of charge. In such case, do not return the complete appliance but
only order the accessory! In case of glass damages, glass spare parts will be charged.
Pieces undergoing wear and tear as well as cleaning and maintenance or the exchange of
worn out pieces are not covered by the guarantee and will thus be charged!
AFTER THE LEGAL PERIOD OF GUARANTEE
Repairs after the guarantee period can be performed at a charge by a competent qualified
technician or a repair service.

 Pour éviter tout risque d’incendie, ne couvrez
