Introduction of Installation Accessories
Wear an ESD-preventive wrist strap, and make sure that the wrist strap has a good skin
contact and is well grounded.
操作者需佩戴防静电腕带，确保防静电腕带与皮肤良好接触，并确认防静电腕带已经良
好接地。
The installation tools are not provided with the router. Prepare them by yourself.
路由器不随机提供安装工具，请用户根据实际安装需求自己准备安装工具。

Connecting the Grounding Cable
Attach the mounting brackets to the router. 安装挂耳到路由器
Mount the router to the rack. 安装路由器到机柜
If the installation site has no grounding strips, but earth ground is available, hammer an angle
iron or steel tube into the earth ground to serve as a grounding conductor.
如果路由器安装环境中不具备专用的接地线连接装置，也可以采用埋设接地体的方式将设备妥
善接地
Connect the ring terminal end of the grounding cable to the router and the other end to the
grounding strip.
路由器安装在工作台时，应将接地线带有OT端子的一端与路由器相连，另一端与楼宇配线盒
的接地排相连
Make sure the air inlet and outlet vents are not blocked and the installation site Has a good
entilation system.
请确保路由器的进、出风孔不被遮挡，并将路由器安装在具有良好通风散热系统的环境中

The MSR 26-30 adopts left-to-right air aisles.
MSR 26-30路由器采用左进右出的风道设计
Correctly connecting the router grounding cable is crucial to lightning protection and EMI
protection.路由器地线的正确连接是路由器防雷、防干扰的重要保障，请使用设备随机提
供的保护地线正确接地。

Installing an Interface Card
Before mounting the router on a rack, make sure the rack is properly grounded.
路由器安装在机柜时，要求机柜已经良好接地
Connect the building grounding cable to the grounding strip on the rack.
将楼宇保护地线与机柜接地端子相连
Connect the ring terminal of the grounding cable to the router and the other end of the cable
to grounding strip on the rack.
将保护地线一端的OT端子与路由器相连，另一端连接接地设备
If you remove the slot divider between SIC slot 1 and slot 2, you can install a DSIC interface
card. 拆卸SIC槽位1和2之间的滑道后，可以安装一块DSIC接口模块
Connecting the Power Cable
!SIC interface cards are not hot swappable.
SIC接口模块不支持热插拔。
To install a SIC interface card:
1. Remove the filler panel from the SIC slot.
2. Insert the SIC interface card.
3. Fasten the captive screws.
安装SIC接口模块：
拆卸SIC槽位假面板
插入SIC接口模块
旋紧固定螺钉
Before connecting the power cable, make sure the router is properly grounded.
在连接电源线前，需保证设备已正确接地。
Make sure the power switch is off and connect the power cable to the router first and
then to the equipment-room power supply system to avoid bodily injury.
在连接电源线时，请确认路由器电源开关处于关闭状态，先完成电源线与路由器侧的连
接，再进行电源线与机房供电系统的连接，以免造成人身伤害。

Obtaining documentation
To connect the power cable when you mount the router on a workbench:
1. Connect one end of the power cable to the router and the other end to the power source.
2. Arrange the power cables neatly and keep them away from high-temperature, wet,
or sharp objects.
路由器安装在开放的工作台时，应将电源线摆放整齐，避免与高温、潮湿或尖锐的物品触碰。
电源线的两端应分别与路由器和供电设备紧密相连
