Er ist eine sichere, zuverlässige und ökonomische

Windenergieanlagen.
Die sichere Führung der Kabine erfolgt über eine
am Bauwerk befestigte ortsfeste Leiter.

The H-200 SL-L Service Lift is a high-tech product
from Hailo Professional.
It is a safe, reliable and economical solution for the
transportation of persons and material to elevated
workplaces, e.g. in wind energy converters.
The cabin is safely guided by a vertical ladder
attached to the structure.

Produktübersicht
Der Service-Lift ist eine Aluminium-Konstruktion,
deren Hauptbestandteile der Geräteträger [1] und
die Kabine [2] sind.
Die Kabine gewährt durch ihre rundum geschlossene
Bauart dem Benutzer einen höchstmöglichen Schutz;
Lochblechreihen in den Seitenwänden erlauben
freien Blick in alle Richtungen während der Auf-
wärts- oder Abwärtsfahrt.
Der Service-Lift verfährt an einem korrosions-
geschützten Stahlseil. Das Tragseil [4] durchläuft
dabei eine elektrische Seildurchlaufwinde [3], die
zum Antrieb des Service-Lifts dient.
Die Kabine ist durch ein Sicherheitsseil [5]
gesichert. Dieses Sicherheitsseil durchläuft die
am Geräteträger installierte Fangvorrichtung
BLOCSTOP®[6].
Das Tragseil und das Sicherheitsseil sind mit
gesicherten Komponenten am Bauwerk angehängt,
wobei die Anhängevorrichtung (Systemtraverse)
bauseitig bereitzustellen ist.
Als Führung der Kabine dient eine am Bauwerk
sicher verankerte, ortsfeste Leiter.
Die Kabinenführungsrollen umfassen dabei die
Leiterholme und sorgen somit für eine ruhige
Aufwärts- oder Abwärtsfahrt des Service-Lifts.
The service lift is an aluminium structure. Principal
components of the service lift consist of the carrier
[1] and the cabin itself [2].
This fully enclosed cabin delivered the maximum
possible protection to the user. The use of perfora-
ted plates gives user an unobstructed view in all
directions during ascent and descent.
The service lift runs on a corrosion-protected galva-
nized steel rope. The bearer rope [4] runs through
the electric hoist [3] that drives the service lift.
The cabin is secured by a safety rope. This safety
rope [5] runs through the BLOCSTOP® arrester [6]
that is installed on the carrier.
The bearer rope and the safety rope are attached
to the structure with secured components;
the suspension device (system crossbar) must be
provided by the customer.
A vertical ladder securely anchored to the structure
acts as the guide for the cabin.
The cabin guide rollers go round the vertical ladder
uprights, ensuring smooth ascent and descent of
the service lift.

Der Ein- und Ausstieg in oder aus der Kabine
erfolgt durch die seitliche Rollladentür [7], direkt
von der Plattform aus.
Die Ein- und Ausstiegsstellen (Plattformen) müssen
bauseitig durch Geländer o. ä. sowie separater
Sicherheitseinrichtung (Geländertür mit Verriegelung)
gegen Absturz gesichert sein.
In Notfällen ist der Ausstieg aus der Kabine auf die
im Bauwerk verhandene, ortsfeste Leiter möglich.
Dazu besitzt die Kabine eine Faltdrehtür [8] an der
Vorderseite, gegenüber der ortsfesten Leiter.
Ebenso ist der Zugang von der Leiter in die Kabine
gewährleistet.
Der Service-Lift kann, unter Berücksichtigung der
zulässigen Maximalbelastung, zum Personentrans-
port und zum Materialtransport eingesetzt werden.
Zwei Betriebsarten stehen dem Benutzer zur
Verfügung:
Im Modus Handbetrieb wird der Service-Lift
ausschließlich durch die Bedienungselemente [9] in
der Kabine gesteuert.
Im Modus Automatikbetrieb erfolgt der
Fahrbefehl durch Taster [10], die an der Außenseite
der Kabine angebracht sind.
Der Service-Lift wird im Automatikbetrieb ohne
Personen benutzt, und somit ausschließlich zum
Materialtransport oder zur Leerfahrt eingesetzt.
Die Kabine ist mit einer Innenraumbeleuchtung und
einer Steckdose (230 V) ausgestattet.
Aus ergonomischer Sicht ist der Service-Lift eine
deutliche Erleichterung für das Servicepersonal, um
ausgeruht und konzentriert, ohne körperliche Be-
lastung, hochgelegene Arbeitsplätze zu erreichen.
The cabin is entered and exited straight from/to
the platform through the shutter door [7] on
the side.
The customer must secure the entry and exit
platforms against falls by means of a guard rail or
similar and a separate safety device (i.e. a guard
rail door lock).
In emergencies it is possible to exit the cabin onto
the vertical ladder in the structure. To that end the
cabin has an accordion door [8] on the front side,
opposite the vertical ladder. This also permits access
from the vertical ladder into the cabin.
If the permitted maximum payloads are observed,
the service lift can be used to transport persons or
material.
Two operating modes are available:
In manual mode the service lift is controlled
solely by means of the operating elements [9] in
the cabin.
In automatic mode the start command is
given using the buttons [10] located on the outside
of the cabin.
In automatic mode the service lift is operated with-
out passengers and so is used solely for transport-
ing material or travelling empty.
The cabin is tted with interior lighting and a socket
(230 V).
From an ergonomic point of view, the service lift
is a signicant aid for servicing personnel because
it enables them to work at height without any
physical strain that could affect concentration and
balance.

authorised by the manufacturer.
The service lift is to be assembled as specied in
the instructions for assembly.
These installation instructions can be obtained from
the manufacturer on request.
