Remove cable tie
beforeinstallation
Cut the end of boot to tyour cable OD.
Disassembly of the plug
Cut off cable tie, remove the boot.
Using at screw driver and try
gently to open the plug.
Close plug cover,
make surethat the
drain wire(if available)
is in proper contact with
grounding clip on plug.
Pull back strain relief boot
to cover the plug, fasten
supplied cable tie to secure
grounding contact
Place the wiring cap
onto plug ,use plier to
clamp wiring cap until it
completely snap in to effect
the connection
Apply all four twisted
pairs according the
color code label
and allocate each
conductor into proper
slots on wiring cap. Keep the
cable length between the cable
sheath and the cable manager as short
as possible. Trim the ends of the conductors.
Insert cable into strain
relief,strip off 30 mm of
the cable jacket, fold back
braid and drain wire

Vorder Montage
Transportsicherung
entfernen
Knickschutztülle auf korrekten Kabeldurchmesser
kürzen (Durchmesser 6-9 mm)
Demontage des Steckers
Kabelbinder entfernen und
Knickschutztülle zurückschieben.
Mit einem achen Schraubendreher
das Ende aufhebeln und die Stecker-
abdeckung öffnen.
Steckerabdeckung
schließen und
sicherstellen, dass der
Beidraht (falls vorhanden)
einen guten Kontakt zum
Gehäuse hat.
Knickschutztülle über den
Stecker schieben und mit dem
Kabelbinder befestigen
Konfektionierten
Kabelmanager auf Stecker
positionieren und mit einer
Zange xieren bis dieser
einrastet und eine sichere
Verbindung gewährleistet.
Kabeladern
aufdrehen und
entsprechend
Farbcode im Kabel-
manager positionieren.
Kabellänge zwischen
Kabelmantel und Kabelmanager
so kurz wie möglich halten.
Kabelenden kürzen
Kabel in Knickschutztülle
einführen. Kabelmantel
ca. 30 mm abisolieren,
Schirmgeecht und
Beidraht sorgfältig
zurückbiegen.
