WHAT IS COVERED
The manufacturer warrants this lighting fixture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original
consumer purchaser and only to products used in normal use and service. If this product is found to
be defective, the manufacturer‟s only obligation, and your exclusive remedy, is the repair or
replacement of the product at the manufacturer‟s discretion, provided that the product has not been
damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, modifications, alterations, neglect or mishandling.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty shall not apply to any product that is found to have been improperly installed, set-up,
or used in any way not in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product. This warranty
shall not apply to a failure of the product as a result of an accident, misuse, abuse, negligence,
alteration, or faulty installation, or any other failure not relating to faulty material or workmanship.
This warranty shall not apply to the finish on any portion of the product, such as surface and/or
weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear.

implied, of fitness for a particular purpose, other than the warranty contained herein. The

Pre-Installation
PLANNING THE INSTALLATION
Read all instructions before assembly and installation. Before starting installation of the fixture or
removal of a previous fixture, disconnect the power by turning off the circuit breaker or by removing
the fuse at the fuse box. To avoid damaging this product, assemble it on a soft, non-abrasive
surface such as carpet or cardboard.

for Proof of Purchase.

1Mounting the hardware
Align the fixture pan (A) over the outlet
box.
Mark the location of the keyhole slots of
the fixture pan (A) onto the ceiling.
Remove the fixture pan (A) from the
ceiling.
Drill a 1/4 in. hole at the narrow end of
each keyhole slot marking on the ceiling.
Carefully hammer a ceiling anchor (CC)
into each drilled hole.
Screw a mounting screw (BB) into each
ceiling anchor (CC), but allow a small
portion of the mounting screw (BB) to
remain away from the ceiling.
2Connecting the wires
Attach the lanyard on the fixture pan (A)
to the outlet box using a lanyard screw
(EE).
Pull the power supply wires out from the
outlet box.
Connect the black supply wire to the
black fixture wire using wire nuts (AA).
Connect the white supply wire to the
white fixture wire using wire nuts (AA).
Connect the fixture ground wire and the
supply ground wire together using a wire
nut (AA).
Wrap all wire connections with electrical
tape for a more secure connection.

Carefully tuck all the wires and wire
connections into the outlet box.
Place the fixture pan (A) over the outlet
box and feed the mounting screws (BB)
through the keyhole slots.
Slide the fixture pan (A) so that the
mounting screws (BB) slide into the
narrow ends of the keyhole slots.
Tighten the mounting screws (BB) so that
the fixture pan (A) is secured flush
against the ceiling.
4A Assembling the fixture using the slide method
Place one end cap (C) on the fixture pan
(A) and secure it by screwing the thumb
nut (DD) onto the nipple at the end of the
end cap (C).
Slide the acrylic shade (B) into place and
secure the other end cap (C) into the
fixture pan (A) by securing the thumb nut
(DD) onto the nipple.
The installation is complete.

4B Assembling the fixture using the snap method
Hook the acrylic shade (B) along one end of the fixture pan (A).
Carefully snap the other side of the acrylic shade (B) around the lip of the fixture pan (A).
Secure each end cap (C) into the fixture pan (A) by securing the thumb nuts (DD) onto the
nipples.
The installation is complete.

Operation
Turn on power at the circuit breaker or fuse box.
Turn the light switch on to activate the fixture.

Driver Replacement
This product is ENERGY STAR ® listed.
The driver can be replaced without having
to cut wires. Please contact a qualified
electrician if driver replacement is needed.

Dimming
Although this product is compatible with most common residential type dimmers, dimming
performance depends on dimmer, dimmer setting (for dimmerswith brightness range adjustments),
wiring method, and the number of LED modules. For best results, set dimmer position at maximum
before adjusting to a lower light level.

PLANIFICACIÓN DE LA INSTALACIÓN

1Montaje de ferretería
Alinee la base del luminario (A) sobre la
caja de distribucion.
Marque la ubicacion de los agujeros de
llave de la base del luminario (A) en el
techo. Retire la base del luminario (A) del
techo.
Taladre un agujero de 1/4 pulgadas (6 mm)
en el extremo angosto de cada agujero de
llave marcado en la techo.
Martille con cuidado un anclaje (CC) en
cada agjuero taladrado.
Atornille un tornillo de montaje (BB) en
cada anclaje de techo (CC), pero permiten
que una pequeña porción del tornillo de
montaje (BB) permanesca lejos del techo.
2Conexiones de cables
Conecte el cordón en la base del luminario
(A) a la caja de distribución usando el
tornillo de cordón (EE).
Saque los cables de alimentación de la
caja de distribución.
Conecte el cable negro de alimentación
con el cable negro del luminario utilizando
una tueraca para cables (AA).
Conecte el cable blanco de alimentación
con el cable blanco del luminario utilizando
una tuerca para cables (AA).
Conecte el cable del luminario a tierra con
el cable de alimentación a tierra, utilizando
una tuerca para cables (AA).
Envuelva todas las conexiones de los
cables con cinta de aislar para una
conexión más segura.

3Asegurando la base del luminario
Meta con cuidado todos los cables y
conexiones de cables en la caja de
distribución.
Coloque la base del luminario (A) sobre la
caja de distribución y en los tornillos de
montaje (BB) pasando por los agujeros de
bocallave.
Deslice la base del luminario (A) en una
dirección, de tal manera que los tornillos
de montaje (BB) se deslicen por los
extremos estrechos de los agujeros de
bocallave.
Apriete los tornillos de montaje (BB) para
que la base del luminario (a) quede
asegurada al ras del techo.
4A Ensamblaje usando el método de deslizamiento
Coloque una tapa de extremo (C) en la
base del luminario (A) y asegúrelo
apretando la tuerca de seguridad (DD)
sobre la boquilla en la tapa de extremo (C).
Deslice la pantalla de acrílico (B) en su
lugar y asegure la tapa del otro extremo
(C) en la base del luminario (A)
asegurando la tuerca de seguridad (DD)
en la boquilla.
La instalación ha terminado.

4B Ensamblaje usando el método de presión
Enganche la pantalla de acrílico (B) a lo largo de un extremo de la base del luminario (A).
Cuidadosamente presione el otro lado de la pantalla de acrílico (B) alrededor del borde de la
bandeja de la base del luminario (A).
Asegure cada tapa de extremo (C) en la base del luminario (A) asegurando la tuerca de
seguridad (DD) en la boquilla.

Atenuadores
Aunque este producto es compatible con la mayoría de los atenuadores (“dimmers”)
residenciales más comunes, su rendimiento depende del atenuador, ajuste del ador (en
modelos con ajustes para escala de luminosidad), método de cableado y número de módulos
