Getting started
Do not block the ports(holes), Vents, etc, of the system
and do not insert objects.
Damage to a component within the system may cause
electric shock or fire.
Do not touch the system plug or power cord with wet
hands. There is a danger of electric shock.
Do not exceed the standard capacity(Voltage/current) of a
multiplug or power outlet extension when using it for the
product. There is a danger of electric shock or fire hazard.
Do not unplug the power cord by pulling the cable only.
If the cord is damaged, it may cause electric shock.

Using the system
Connecting DC Power Supply Cable
Connect the power cord to the AC adaptor firmly.

①Press Power button to turn the system on.

①Save all your data before clicking on shut down.
②Click Start >Turn Off Computer to shutdown the system.
Since the procedures to turn the system off may differ depe
nding on the installed operating system, please turn the syst
em off according to the procedures for the purchased opera
ting system.

①Click Start>All Programs>eGalaxTouch>Configure Utility
②Click the 'Tools' tab and „4Points Calibration‟
③When the Calibration window appears, touch the
point represented by the “+”.
④The “+” is displayed from the bottom left to the
top left of the screen sequentially.
⑤The touch screen input points are calibrated.
Using the system
Touch Screen Calibration
When you use the touch screen for the first time or the pointer does not pre
cisely match your touch, calibrate the touch screen in the „eGalaxTouch‟. The
calibration process for the touch screen may differ depending on the operati
ng system and may not be available in some operating systems. The followin
g descriptions assume the Windows POSReady2009 operating system.
Do not apply a severe impact to the touch screen or press the screen with a
sharp object such as a ball-point pen.
This may damage the touch screen.

Settings
BIOS Setup
The BIOS setup enables you to configure your system hardware according to
your needs. Use the BIOS setup to define a boot password, change the boot
ing priority, or add a new device.
①Turn on the system.
②When the booting screen image appears, press the
<DEL> key to enter the BIOS Setup.
③After a moment, the BIOS setup screenappears.
(The items in the BIOS setup may differ depending on
the product.)
Main This is a description about the basic specification of the system
Advanced Using this menu, you can configure the major chipsetsand additional fun
ctions.
Boot This menu enables you to configureperipherals and booting related settin
gs
such as the boot priority.
Security Used to configure security functions, including passwords.
Chipset This menu controls the advanced features of the onboard Northbridge
and Southbridge..
Power Use this menu to specify your settings for power management.
Exit Used to exit the Setup either saving the changes or not.

■Recovery Solution (Optional)
①Turn on the system and follow the on-screen instructions:
Press <F11> when the “F11 to WinClon ...”
message appears on the screen within 2 to 4 seconds
(PC POST process).
②When WinClon appears on the screen, press <F10> key on your
keyboard or use your mouse to select “Backup”.
③After entering the password, press the <OK> button to continue backup. (Password: pos) Location of backup image

Back up your current Window user environment into restore field.
It is much easier to operate if you know where the data is being backed up.

※ "Recover to Initial State” will restore to the factory default settings.
※ "Recover to Recent State” will restore to the most recent backup of Windows.

●Restore
You can still recover quickly even if you are not able to boot from the OS.
Keyboard and mouse must be connected.
When you recover the Hard Disk, all the data in the system will be deleted.
Please save all important data in external storage before you start recovery.
