2Remove the two bottom joint connector from the front of the goal sideframe, retain
these bolts for re-use after boards are removed. Attach the Goal Bracket (4) to the goal using
two M6 Button Screws (7), two M6 Washers (8), and two joint connector (previously
bolts

1Attach a Joining Plate (2) to a Rebound Board (1) using two Hand Wheels (5) and two Ball
Knobs (6). Ensure the Balls and Knobs face towards the inside of the board, do not fully tighten
Handwheels to side of board. Repeat for 74 boards.

models HOC-150 to HOC-170 only, skip to step 3a for installation
instructions for other goals.

3Drill two 8.5mm holes in the outside wall of the uprights to the dimensions shown and tap
both M10x1.5. Bolt Rebound Board to upright using two M10x20mm Set Screws and two
M10 washers. (not supplied)

4mm 3Sandwich the side of a Rebound Board between the Goal and Goal Bracket. Ensure the
Rebound Board used on the left hand side of the goal does not have a Joining Plate
attached. Ensure the board foam is flush with the front of the Goal upright and tighten the Button
Screws and joint connector nuts.

IMPORTANT: Step 3a refers to installation with goals other than
Harrod UK Ltd models HOC-150 to HOC-170. Please ignore this
step if you are using one of the above models.

4Slot the Surround Boards together and secure by tightening the Handwheels. Assemble 7
boards either side of the goal, before adding a corner using a Corner Bracket (3), and 24
along each sideline to achieve a full sized 48x31.76m Hockey 5s court. Ensure the boards sit
parallel with the faces flush to one another.
