1Using scissors (Do not use a knife), remove all the packaging and Identify the parts using the Pack Contents and Fig.
1 overleaf.
2Place the upright (1) into the socket, ensuring it inserts fully.

3Using an 8mm allen key, loosen the grub screws in the elbow clamp (3). Place the elbow clamp on the end of the
hand rail (2) as shown in Fig. 2.
4Slide the elbow clamp over the upright, ensuring the handrail sits on top of the upright inside the clamp. Tighten the
grub screw that holds the hand rail in place. Other configurations (BAR-004/BAR-005) can be inserted to
lengthen/corner the barrier system. Once all the handrails are in place, tighten all the lower grub screws, fixing the
uprights to the clamps.

5Loosen the grub screws on a Long Tee Clamp (4). Insert a hand rail into a Long Tee Clamp (4) until it fills half of the
clamp, as shown in Fig. 3. Tighten the grub screw to ensure the clamp is held in place.

6Place the Long Tee Clamp onto the upright, as shown in Fig. 3, ensuring the hand rail sits on top of the upright.
When adding another section to the system, ensure the next hand rail meets with the previous one to keep equal
spacing.

7Loosen the grub screws in the 3 Way Elbow Clamp
(6). Insert the mitred end of a 2.1m Mitred Handrail
(5) as far as possible into the clamp, ensuring the
orientation of the mitre cut is as shown in Fig. 4.

8Repeat step 7 for the second mitre cut hand rail.
9Place the 3 Way Elbow Clamp onto the corner upright, ensuring the handrails sit on top of the upright. Tighten the
grub screws to secure the system.
0Once the entire system is in place, ensure all grub screws are tightened and all parts of the system is secure.

4Loosen the grub screws in the short tee clamps (8) and place over either end of a bottom bar (7). Slide the bottom rail
and two short tees over two uprights to the desired height or, if using advertisement boards, to the height shown
overleaf on page 1. Once in place slide over the Double Eyeclamps (4) and position, again, as required or to the
afformentioned dimensions.
6Slide the elbow clamp over the upright, ensuring the handrail sits on top of the upright inside the clamp. Tighten the
grub screw that holds the hand rail in place. Other configurations (BAR-004/BAR-005) can be inserted to
lengthen/corner the barrier system. Once all the handrails are in place, tighten all the lower grub screws, fixing the
uprights to the clamps.

5Again, using an 8mm allen key, loosen the grub screws in the elbow clamp (3). Slide 2 One Eyeclamps ove the
handrail (2) and lightly tighten as in step 3. Place the elbow clamp on the end of the hand rail (2) as shown in Fig. 2.

3Using an 8mm allen key, loosen the grub screws in the 2 One Eyeclamps (9) and slide over a bottom rail (7), lightly
tighten to holes in place while assembling the rest of the system.
7Repeat step 3 and 4 for the bottom rail, hand rail and double eyeclamp.
8Place the Long Tee Clamp onto the upright, as shown in Fig. 3, ensuring the hand rail sits on top of the upright.
When adding another section to the system, ensure the next hand rail meets with the previous one to keep equal
spacing.
