Press the button to start with an electronic sound.
All operations are ready.

【MODE】Button
MODE button switches program and time select.
【SELECT】Button
SELECT button selects program and time.
（ 1 ） Press the SELECT button to choose the program number between P1 to P4. Click to show P1 to P4→ P1 in order.
（ 2 ） Press the MODE button to switch to time select. Click to show 5 to 30 → 5 in order by every 1 minute.
（ 3 ） Press the SELECT button can pause and restart irradiation program.

It is a compact size that easy to carry and you can use wherever. It could perform a photo-treatment on all your
body parts. This beauty device is hands-free and easily treats parts which out of your reach.
Mainly use Red LED that good for scalp. Near infrared light contained program
supports keeping the scalp and hair in good condition.
The machine system memorizes the most recent program (function) used. It displays the previous
program (time) for the next session. You can make your own original program time. MY memory
function memorizes the program forever, even if you remove the adaptor. * Maximum 30 minutes

Operating Procedure
Clean your face with cleanser and
spread the lotion* over your entire
face.
・You can use the lotion before, during, and
after irradiation.
*You can use basic skin-care products such as
lotion and cream.
Please connect the AC
adaptor into the device.
Press button on the panel to turn on the
power.
（1）Go off a startup-sound.
（2）Program number on display monitor. (First time is P1.
Last operation of program number is shown after the
2nd time.)
※No sound during silent mode.

❶Press MODE button to switch to display mode.（P1 in the first time）
➋Press SELECT button to select irradiation program.
※Click to switch P1→P2→P3→P4.
➌When press START button, program will start immediately.
Press SELECT button to pause with sound in the middle of a
program. ( ※ Remaining time shows on the display monitor.)
Press SELECT button again to restart the program.
■ Program operates with START button after setting
irradiation program and time.
■ Remaining time shows by 5 seconds on the display during
the irradiation.
■ Press START button during program or pause will stop the
program. It becomes possible to reset the program and
countdown timer.
※ Press START button memorizes the executed program. It
always memorizes the previous program and shows it in
the first next time.
❶Press MODE button, displays irradiation time.（Ex: 15
means 15 minutes）
➋Press SELECT button to switch time by 5 minutes.
※Click to switch 5→10→15→20→25→30.
➌Press START button to start irradiation.

time and then press button.

➌Press SELECT button, when displays【OFF】and press
START button will start silent mode.

※If set the silent mode once, it will memorize it eternally
even if the AC adaptor is removed.
Re-sound: Please repeat ❶→➋→➌above, let display
【ON】, then press START to set sound mode.

Our original skin care support program is effectively combined with the 4 wavelength LED. Please choose the program
fit your skin type.
■ Caution
Please do not use it if directed by a physician or while taking medication. Our care program is not a medical
treatment for the skin.
P2：Adolescent skin care program

■Tips
It is important to moisturize your skin for texture and firmness of the skin. Use treatment program after
warming your skin with a hot towel and conditioning your skin with a toner, lotion, or cream. The age-
appropriate aging care aims for firm and well-textured skin.

■Tips
Stand still for aging skin. Please clean your hands when you clean your skin. Please use our program after
conditioning your skin with a toner. It is important that you not only take care of your skin, but also take

Hair difference between Male and Female
Thin hair of male is mainly caused by androgens, genetics, or excessive sebum secretion and stress. In most cases,
hair on forehead and top of the head get thinner. Thin of female is less genetic. It is more likely caused by a
female hormone, excessive diet, pregnancy, childbirth, hairstyle, or stress. The hair thins from the top of the head
to the entire head.
The main cause is weak hair-cells resulting from the synergism of lifestyle for both male and female. It has been
found that moderate exercise, a good diet, proper sleep, and a healthy daily routine can help cells.
It is important for female to have hair care knowledge to potentiality improve thin hair. Avoid an excessive and
unbalanced diet. Change the hairstyle and division to avoid irritating capillaries with the use of hairpins and
rubbers.
Summer is the season for high ultraviolet rays and sweat (clogged pores) which can cause damage to the hair and
scalp. Moreover, keep the scalp cold by staying in a cold room for long time may result in weak blood circulation.
It is suggested to wear a hat or use sunshade to avoid ultraviolet rays. It is important to clean and massage your
scalp to increase blood circulation. Continue to massage your scalp throughout the year to help you relax and
increase blood circulation.

■Tips
“Living environment change” and “balance of sebum and sweat of the skin” are closely related to each
other. Dry air and AC cause dry skin throughout the year. Slightly massage skin with oil and cream for
counteract skin after conditioning your skin with toner or serum.
Age-appropriate care to keep the scalp and hair in good condition. Used
to care repeated coloring and UV-exposed scalp.
■Tips
Hair grows from the scalp. Taking care of your scalp is as
important as taking care of your skin. Please use it on
clean scalp. Keep your head a distance between 3 cm
and 5 cm from the irradiation panel.

Cautions of Use / Safety Functions
■Cautions of Use
❶Please use the device between -15°C and +40°C. Adequate irradiation treatment might not be received
even in normal temperature because of the safety function of the microcomputer. It is recommended to
use it below 30℃. Please do not use in a sauna. It may cause accident and failure.
➋Please do not use the device in environments like wrapping the device in a blanket, as the device cannot
radiate. Adequate treatment may not be received if the safety function is activated near a stove or AC
outlet where high temperatures can result in burns or failure of the unit.
➌ Please do not place this product in the bathroom, near too much moisture, or next to water.(lavatory
vanity) It could be a fire hazard, short circuit, or cause insulation deterioration.
■Safety Functions
❶The device has monitoring functions in which the microcomputer can detect the internal temperature and
lower output automatically. Please use in appropriate environments. Excessive use, a hot environment, or
radiation distraction may cause irradiation to stop operating and error codes “E-01” or “E-3” displayed.
Press the POWER button to restart. Please remove AC adaptor and POWER OFF if it still displays: “E-01”
after restarting. Try again after one hour.
➋The device has monitoring functions which detect the internal temperature then stop running. It stops
automatically when the device temperature rises abnormally from a stove or other heat source. Please
remove AC adaptor and POWER OFF for one hour when it displays “E02.” Please avoid exposing the device
to abnormal temperatures when using.

①Massage all hair roots with fingertips 20 to 30 times.
②Massage the entire scalp by lightly tapping with your fingertips.

①Stimulate scalp by standing your index fingernail at 90°to your scalp.

Q. What is LED? Is the color good for beauty?
A. LED is an abbreviation of Light Emitting Diode. It is a semi-conductor that is characterized by having a specific light (wavelength) and is
used for home appliances and display. Penetration into the skin* depends on this wavelength. In this product for beauty, those carefully
selected with particular emphasis on wavelength and intensity ones are contained. *stratum corneum

A. No. It does not directly affect your eyes. Please do not look directly into LED light as it may feel dark temporarily when you see a strong
light momentarily.

Q. Should I buy the dedicated goggles?
A. The Exidéal Mini does not require goggles. If you are concerned about using the device without goggles, you could purchase one. Please
close your eyes during the irradiation.

Q. Can I use it if I have acne?
A. Do not use if the inflammation is severe. When the inflammation has subsided, please restart while observing the situation gradually.

Q. Is there any irritation during a session?
A. This device is contactless and does not pass a current. This eliminates electrical stimulation and makes the device very safe.

Q. Can I use it if I am tingling right after sunburn?
A. Please do not use it for more than three days when your epidermis is burned by ultraviolet light. You can use it if there is no stiffness or
any other trouble with your skin after cleansing your face.

Q. Is there any difference in effectiveness between a short distance and a long distance?
A. Effectiveness and results can differ if the lights are weakened by being far from the LED irradiation. Please use it at distance between
10cm and 30cm.

Q. Can I use it in other countries?
A. Yes. This product is compatible with 100-240V, please check the voltage of the countries. If the shape of the outlet is matched, you do
not need to have a voltage converter.

Q. How long can I irradiate a day?
A. No problem for long time irradiation. It is recommended that you continue the treatment every day rather than use for a long time at a
time.

Q. Is it possible to bring it on an airplane?
A. Yes, please follow the instructions of the staff on board.

Q. How do I care for the device after I finish treating my skin?
A. The device is contactless and requires minimal care. Please use detergent and soft cloths to clean the irradiation surface area and
surrounding buttons. Please do not use alcohol, thinner or nail polish remover for cleaning as they can damage the device.

Q. Can I purchase spare parts if needed? Can the device be repaired?
A. You can do both. Please contact the shop where you purchased the device or our Exidéal customer service.

Q. Is there something wrong if the display monitor is flashing 88 on and off when I remove the AC adaptor?
A. No problem. The Exidéal Mini has a little power remaining and the microcomputer is resetting.

Q. Is there something wrong when the switch button does not work?
A. Exidéal mini switch is a touch switch. It might become sensitive when used with multi-socket adapters or in loud noise environments. Plug it
into a different socket might improve the performance. The touch switch does not operate with fingernails or gloves.
