Description
The GLXAQR100PCB is a replacement printed circuit board (PCB) for the AQR100 chlorine genera-
tor only.
Installation
DANGER of Death, Injury or Property Damage if procedure not followed. This component
connects to the main circuit and chlorinator cell inside of the AQR100 enclosure. Separating the
enclosure is required. Power to the AQR100 MUST be shut off before the enclosure is separated.
1. Completely remove power to the AQR100.
2. Remove the AQR100 from the mounted surface.
3 Remove the 10 stainless steel screws from the back of the AQR100.
4. As you carefully separate the enclosure, reach in and remove the ribbon cable connector.
After the cable has been disconnected, remove the front half of the enclosure and put it
aside.
Remove the 10
fasteners shown
using a #2 Phillips
head screwdriver.
Pull straight up on the
connector to remove
the ribbon cable before
fully separating the
enclosure.

5. Looking down into the enclosure. Locate and remove the two connectors from the PCB as
shown.
6. There is a green wire that is connected to the PCB as shown below. Pull up on this wire to
disconnect it.
Separate this connector by
pinching the two outer tabs and
pulling up.
Pull straight up to remove the green conductor.
Separate this connector by
pushing down on the top lever
and pulling apart.
7. You can now remove the 4 Phillips head screws that fasten the PCB to the enclosure and then
remove the PCB.
8. To install the new PCB, reverse the previous steps.
