Connect the signalsourcessuchas Blu

receiversandcomputersequippedwithHDMI outputinterfaceswithashorthigh

cable tothe
HDMI Switcherinputs.
Connect the HDMI outputfromthe
HDMI Switchertoahigh-definitiondisplaydevicesuchas
HD
-LCD,HD-DLP andHDprojectorswithHDMI inputinterfaces. Use high-speedHDMIcables
thatarerecommendedforthedistancesthatarerequir
edforeachconnection.
The Switche
rispoweredbyanexternalpowersupplywhichisincluded.Connectpowerfirstto
the source,thentothe Switch
erandthento HDTV orprojector.
The
input source canbe controlledfromthe display.ThisisaccomplishedbyusinganoptionalIR
Receiverpigtailpointing awayfromthedisplay(s),which canbe connectedwiththeoptional
HDMI IR Adapter,andinsertedbetweenthe HDMI cable connectorand the displaywith the
toggle switch
eratthe “IR”position.The IR Transmitterpigtailisthenconnectedtothe switcher

and pointed
tothe source(s). The switcheralso havethecapabilityof beingcontrolledvia
Remote control.
