überlangen Maßstäben LIF/LIP (ML > 3040mm).
Für Montage des Maßstabes bitte separate Anleitung beachten.
This document describes the unpacking and handling of overlong LIF/LIP scales
(ML > 3040 mm).

- Verpackten Maßstab vorsichtig derTransportkiste entnehmen
- Stöße, Torsion und Biegung vermeiden
- Verpackten Maßstab auf ebenem Untergrund ablegen
(Aufkleber nach oben)
- Umreifungsband abtrennen
- Carefully remove the packaged scale from the shipping crate
- Avoid shock, torsion, and bending
- Place the packaged scale on a flat surface (sticker facing upwards)
- Cut the strap

- Hinweis auf dem Warnschild während des gesamten
Montagevorgangs beachten
Das Warnschild klebt exakt auf der bruchempfindlichen
Position der Stoßklebung
- Oberteil der Verpackung abnehmen
- Keep the note on the warning label in mind during the entire
mounting procedure
The warning label is attached exactly to the fragile position
of the butt joint
- Lift off the upper part of the packaging

Tragen Sie Handschuhe um sämtliche nachfolgende
Handlungsschritte auszuführen
- Maßstab auf ebener Unterlage ablegen
- Klebeband am Ende des Folienschlauchs entfernen
- Folienschlauch zurückschieben
Um den Maßstab aus der Verpackung zu nehmen oder zu tragen:
- Maßstab hochkant stellen
- Zur Stabilisierung Maßstab links und rechts der Stoßklebung halten
Um ML > 3040 zu tragen, werden 3 Personen empfohlen
Wear gloves during all of the following handling steps
- Place the scale on a flat surface
- Remove the adhesive tape from the end of the film tubing
- Push back the film tubing
To remove the scale from the packaging or carry it:
- Place the scale on edge
- To stabilize the scale, grasp it from the left and right of the butt joint
Three persons are recommended to carry the scale with
ML > 3040

- Maschinenbett reinigen
- Freies Maßstabende festhalten
- Am anderen Maßstabende den Folienschlauch vom Maßstab
abziehen
- Clean the machine base
- Hold the free end of the scale
- Pull off the film tubing from the other end of the scale

- Maßstab mit Schutzfolie auf Montagefläche hochkant ablegen
- Maßstab umlegen (Teilungsseite mit Schutzfolie nach oben)
- Schutzfolie abziehen
- Place the scale with applied protective film edgewise on the
mounting surface
- Turn the scale (graduation side with protective film facing upwards)
- Peel off the protective film

- Maßstab hochkant stellen und beidseitig reinigen
Weiches Tuch mit Isopropanol verwenden
- Maßstab wieder mit Teilungsseite nach oben ablegen
- Place the scale on edge and clean it from both sides
Use a soft cloth with isopropyl alcohol
- Set the scale down again with the graduation side facing upwards







 
