Nachschlagen auf.
Zweckbestimmung
Der HEINE®EN200 Wandtransformator ist eine zwei-kanalige, dimmbare 3,5 V Spannungsversorgung mit
einem 5 V Ausgang für medizinische HEINE Diagnostikgeräte. Es darf nur von medizinisch geschultem
Personal innerhalb einer professionellen Gesundheitseinrichtung verwendet werden.

Um eine allpolige Trennung vom Stromnetz jederzeit zu gewährleisten, muss das ME-Gerät so
aufgestellt werden, dass das Steckernetzteil zugänglich ist und abgesteckt werden kann.
Versichern Sie sich vor der Montage, ob Sie Spezialdübel für Ihren Untergrund verwenden müssen
und ob der Untergrund für die mechanische Beanspruchung tragfähig ist.
Die mitgelieferten Dübel sind Universaldübel und für die meisten Baustoffe geeignet (z. B. Beton,
Vollziegel, Ziegel).
1. Bohrschablone an die vorgesehene Stelle waagrecht halten und Befestigungsbohrungen anzeichnen.
Mit Bohrer Ø 6 mm mind. 40 mm tief bohren.
2. Dübel einbringen.
3. Mit passendem Schraubendreher die zwei oberen Schrauben mit ca. 3 mm Abstand zur Wand anziehen.
4. Gerät – vom Netz getrennt – in die zwei Schraubenköpfe einhängen, fest andrücken und nach unten
schieben. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle zwei Schraubenköpfe in Position eingehängt sind.
5. Untere zwei Schrauben einschrauben.
Zur Demontage das Gerät zuerst vom Netz trennen, untere zwei Schrauben lösen, nach oben schieben und
von der Wand abnehmen.
USB-Anschluss
Das Gerät verfügt an der Rückseite über einen USB-Anschluss zur Spannungsversorgung von weiteren
medizinischen Diagnostikgeräten von HEINE.
Stecken Sie das HEINE-USB-Kabel an und führen Sie das Kabel über den Gehäusekanal links oder rechts
nach außen. Pressen Sie dazu das Kabel in die Klemmnasen, welche als Zugentlastung dienen.
Inbetriebnahme
Das Gerät darf nur an der auf dem Typenschild des Netzteils angegebenen Netzspannung betrieben
werden.
- Schieben Sie den Primäradapter auf das Steckernetzteil bis es einrastet.
- Schließen Sie das Gerät mit dem Steckernetzteil an das Netz an, die grüne Kontrollanzeige am EN200
leuchtet.

Instrumentenanschluss
Die Kabelgriffe des HEINE®EN200 sind mit dem HEINE-Automatverschluss (AV-Anschluss) ausgestattet
und für den Betrieb aller diesbezüglichen HEINE-Instrumente geeignet.
- Nehmen Sie einen Griff in die Hand und setzen Sie ein Instrument so
von oben auf, dass die Nasen am Anschlussstecker in die Führungen
des Griffkopfes passen.
- Drücken Sie das Instrument in den Griff hinein, bis es mit hörbarem
„klick“ einrastet.
- Aufgesetzte Instrumente lassen sich gegen unerlaubtes Abnehmen
sichern, indem Sie mit dem beiliegenden Sechskantschlüssel nach
Abb.1 verfahren.
- Zum Entsichern darf die Schraube nur soweit aufgedreht werden, bis
der Verschluss sich drehen lässt.
- Das Instrument ist nach dem Aushängen betriebsbereit.
- Zum Einstellen der Instrumentenhelligkeit betätigen Sie den Regelring
am Griff.
- Die Griffe können gleichzeitig und voneinander unabhängig verwendet
werden.
- Zum Abnehmen des Instrumentes drehen Sie den oberen konischen
Ring nach rechts und ziehen das Instrument heraus.
Nach 15-minütigem Nichtbenutzen des ausgehängten Griffs wird
das Gerät in den Energiesparmodus gesetzt. Die Aktivierung
erfolgt durch eine Helligkeitsverstellung oder Ein- und Aushängen
des Griffs.
Die Inbetriebnahme und Bedienung der HEINE Instrumente sind in einer separaten Gebrauchsanweisung
beschrieben.
Hygienische Wiederaufbereitung
Anweisungen zur hygienischen Wiederaufbereitung müssen entsprechend nationaler Normen, Gesetze und
Richtlinien beachtet werden.
Einstufung gemäß KRINKO: unkritisch
Spaulding Classification USA: noncritical
Trennen Sie das Gerät vor der Aufbereitung von der Spannungsversorgung.
Nehmen Sie bei Kontaminationsverdacht eine hygienische Aufbereitung vor.
Die beschriebenen Maßnahmen zum Reinigen und Desinfizieren ersetzen nicht die jeweils für den
Betrieb gültigen Vorschriften.
HEINE Optotechnik gibt nur die in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung genannten Mittel und Verfahren frei.
Die Reinigung und Desinfektion ist nur von einer Person mit ausreichender hygienischer Sachkompetenz
durchzuführen.
Beachten Sie die Angaben der Hersteller der Aufbereitungsmittel.
Verwenden Sie keine Sprühdesinfektion, keine tropfend nassen oder stark schäumenden Tücher.
Bereiten Sie nicht maschinell auf.
Vorgehensweise
Reinigung und Desinfektion
Reinigen und desinfizieren Sie das Gerät manuell (Wischreinigung und Wischdesinfektion).
Die Griffe beim Wischen nach unten halten um Flüssigkeitseintritt zu vermeiden.
Achten Sie darauf, dass das Instrument nach der Aufbereitung vollkommen trocken ist, bevor Sie es wieder
verwenden.

Reinigungsmittel: Enzymatisch (z. B. neodisher®Mediclean)
Desinfektionsmittel: Alkoholisch (z. B. Incides®N), Wirkstoff ortho-Phthalaldehyd (z. B. Cidex®OPA)

Wartung
Der EN200 und das Netzteil sind wartungsfrei. Für das HEINE Produkt EN200 schreiben wir als Hersteller
keine sicherheitstechnische Kontrolle (STK) gemäß MPBetreibV, § 6 Sicherheitstechnische Kontrollen,
Bezug Anlage 1 vor.
Die zu erwartende Betriebslebensdauer der HEINE®EN200 beträgt 5 Jahre.
Service
Das Gerät ist servicefrei.
Allgemeine Warnhinweise
Überprüfen Sie das Gerät vor jedem Gebrauch hinsichtlich seiner einwandfreien Funktion. Verwenden
Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn Sie Beschädigungen feststellen.
Das Netzteil darf nicht geöffnet werden (Risiko einer elektrischen Gefährung).
Netzteil nur in trockener Umgebung verwenden. Spritzwasser vermeiden. Niemals in Flüssigkeiten
tauchen.
Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht in feuer- oder explosionsgefährdeter Umgebung (z.B. durch Sauerstoff
oder Anästhesiemitteln).
Das Gerät darf nicht in die Nähe starker Magnetfelder wie z.B. MR-Tomographen gebracht werden.
Modifizieren Sie das Gerät nicht.
Verwenden Sie nur original HEINE Teile, Ersatzteile, Zubehör und Stromquellen.
Lassen Sie Reparaturen nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal durchführen.

HEINE Produkten, nicht originalen Ersatzteilen, und wenn Eingriffe (insbesondere Reparaturen oder

Entsorgung
Das Produkt muss einer getrennten Sammlung von Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten zugeführt werden.
Es sind die jeweils landesspezifischen Entsorgungsregeln zu beachten.
Elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit
Medizinische elektrische Geräte unterliegen besonderen Vorsichtsmaßnahmen hinsichtlich der elektro-
magnetischen Verträglichkeit (EMV) und sind nach den in den Begleitpapieren enthaltenen EMV-Hinweisen
zu installieren und in Betrieb zu nehmen. Tragbare und mobile HF-Kommunikationseinrichtungen können
Geräte beeinflussen.
Dieses Gerät kann Funkstörungen hervorrufen oder den Betrieb von Geräten in der näheren Umgebung
stören. Es kann notwendig werden, geeignete Abhilfemaßnahmen zu treffen, wie z. B. eine neue Aus-
richtung, eine neue Anordnung des Geräts oder die Abschirmung.
Die Verwendung von anderem Zubehör, anderer Wandler und Leitungen als den angegebenen, mit
Ausnahme der Wandler und Leitungen, die der Hersteller des Geräts als Ersatzteile für interne Kompo-

HEINE®EN200
Please read and follow these instructions for use and keep them for future reference.
Intended Use
The HEINE®EN200 Wall Transformer is a two–channel, dimmable 3.5 V power supply with a 5 V output
for medical HEINE Diagnostic Instruments. It should only be operated by trained medical staff within a
professional health facility.

To ensure all-pole disconnection from the mains at all times, the ME device must be installed so that
the switch mode power supply is accessible and disconnectable.
Before mounting the device, check whether you need to use a special wall plug for the subsurface of
your wall and whether the subsurface exhibits sufficient load-bearing capacity for the meachnical stress.
The wall plugs supplied with the product are universal wall plugs and suitable for most building
materials (e.g. concrete, solid brick, brick).
1. Hold the drill template horizontally in place on the desired position and mark the drill holes. Drill a hole of
at least 40 mm deep using a Ø 6 mm drill.
2. Fit wall plugs.
3. Use a suitable screwdriver to tighten the two upper screws with a distance of approx. 3 mm to the wall.
4. Hang the device – disconnected from the mains – on the two screw heads, press firmly and push
downwards. Check to make sure that the device is correctly positioned on both screw heads.
5. Screw in the two lower screws.
To disassemble, disconnect the device from the mains first, loosen the two lower screws, push upwards and
take off the wall.
USB connector
The device has an USB interface on its rear side as power supply for additional medical diagnostic
instruments from HEINE.
Connect the HEINE USB cord and run the cable via the housing canal to the outside on the left or right hand
side. To do so, press the cable into the clamping hubs, which act as strain relief.
Setting up
The device may only be operated with the mains voltage specified on the nameplate of the power supply.
- Attach the primary plug to the plug-in transformer until it engages.
- Connect the device to the mains with the plug-in transformer. The green indicator light on the EN200
illuminates.

ENGLISH Connecting instruments
The HEINE®EN200 cable handles are fitted with HEINE automatic connectors for use with all similarly
equipped HEINE instruments.
- Hold the handle in one hand and insert the instrument connector into
the guides in the handle head.
- Push the instrument into the handle until it locks in place with an
audible ”click“.
- Instruments can be locked to prevent unauthorized removal by using
the enclosed Allen wrench according to fig. 1.
- To unlock, the screw may only be unscrewed so far until the connector
can be turned.
- The instrument is ready for operation when taken off the unit.
- To adjust the brightness of the instrument activate the adjustment ring
on the handle.
- Both handles can be simultaneously used independent of each other.
- To remove the instrument turn the upper conical ring to the right and
pull the instrument off.
The device enters power saving mode, if the handles are taken off
the unit and are not used for more than 15 minutes.
The handles are activated by adjusting the brightness or by placing
the handle back and taking it off the unit again.
The setting up and operation of the HEINE instrument heads are described in a separate instruction of use.
Hygienic Reprocessing
Instructions on hygienic reprocessing must be adhered to, based on national standards, laws and guidelines.
Classification according to KRINKO: non-critical
Spaulding Classification USA: non-critical
Before cleaning, disconnect the device from the power source.
In the event of suspected contamination, carry out hygienic preparation of the instrument.
The described cleaning and disinfection measures do not replace the specific rules applicable for the
establishment.
HEINE Optotechnik only approves the resources and procedures named in these instructions for use.
Cleaning and disinfection may only be carried out by personnel with sufficient hygienic knowledge.
Observe the instructions of the manufacturer of the reprocessing media.
Do not use any spray disinfectant, or any dripping-wet or heavily-foaming cloths. Do not prepare mecha-
nically.
Procedure
Cleaning and disinfection
Clean and disinfect the device manually (wipe clean and wipe disinfect).
When wiping the handles, hold them down to prevent the ingress of liquid.
Ensure that the instrument is completely dry after reprocessing before you use it again.
Recommended agents
Cleaning agent: enzymatic (e.g. neodisher®MediClean)
Disinfectant agent: alcoholic (e.g. Incides®N), agent ortho-phthalaldehyde (e.g. Cidex®OPA) or hydrogen
peroxide (e.g. Accel®TB).

Maintenance
The EN200 and the power supply are maintenance free. We as manufacturer do not stipulate a safety
inspection in accordance with § 6 Medical Device Operator Ordinance (MPBetreibV), ref. attachment 1,
for the HEINE product EN200.
The expected operational life of the HEINE®EN200 is 5 years.
Service
The device does not require service.
General Warnings
Check the correct operation of the device before use! Do not use the device if there are visible signs of
damage.
The power supply must not be opened (risk of electrical hazard).
Use power supply in dry environment only. Avoid splashing water. Do not immerse in liquids.
Do not use the device in fire- or explosive risk area (e.g. oxygen saturated or anaesthetic environments).
The device must not be placed near strong Magnetic fields, e.g. MRI units.
Do not modify the device.
Use only original HEINE parts, spare parts, accessories and power sources.
Repairs shall only be carried out by qualified persons.
General Notes
The warranty for the entire product is invalidated if non-genuine HEINE products or non-original parts
are used and if repairs or modifications are made to the device by persons not authorized by HEINE.

Disposal
The product must be recycled as separated electrical and electronic devices. Please observe the
relevant state-specific disposal regulations.
Electromagnetic Compatibility
Medical electric devices are subject to special precautionary measures with regard to electromagnetic
compatibility (EMC). Portable and mobile high frequency communication equipment can affect medical
electric devices.
This is a device in the domestic environment, this device may cause radio interference, so that it may be
necessary in this case, to take appropriate remedial measures, as e.g. orientation, new arrangement or
shielding of the device or restrict the connection to the site.
The use of accessories, converters or cables other than the ones specified by HEINE might lead to
increased emission reduced electrical immunity of the medical equipment.
The device may not be stacked directly near or used directly beside other devices. If the device is to be
operated in a stack or with other devices, the device should be watched to ensure it operates properly
in this location.

Lire et suivre attentivement le présent mode d’emploi et le conserver pour pouvoir le consulter
ultérieurement.
Utilisation prévue
Le transformateur mural HEINE®EN200 est une alimentation électrique dimmable de 3,5V à deux canaux
avec une sortie de 5V pour les dispositifs médicaux de diagnostic de HEINE. Son usage est exclusivement
réservé à un personnel formé et dans le cadre d’une installation sanitaire professionnelle.
Mises en garde et consignes de sécurité
AVERTISSEMENT ! Ce symbole indique une situation potentiellement dangereuse. Le non-respect des
consignes peut entraîner des accidents corporels mineurs à modérés. (Fond jaune, premier plan noir.)
REMARQUE ! Ce symbole est utilisé pour donner des informations importantes concernant
l’installation, l’exploitation, la maintenance ou la réparation, mais non liées à un danger.
Montage et démontage

Afin d’assurer à tout moment la déconnexion omnipolaire du réseau électrique, le dispositif électro-
médical doit être installé de sorte que le alimentation à découpage d’alimentation reste accessible
et puisse être débranché.
Avant le montage, vérifier s’il convient d’utiliser des chevilles spéciales pour le support et si le support
présente une capacité de charge suffisante pour la sollicitation mécanique.
Les chevilles fournies sont des chevilles universelles qui conviennent pour la plupart des matériaux de
construction (par exemple le béton, la brique pleine, la brique).
1. Tenir le gabarit de perçage à l’horizontale à l’emplacement prévu et marquer les perçages de fixation.
Percer à une profondeur de 40mm min. avec un foret d’un Ø de 6mm.
2. Insérer la cheville.
3. Avec un tournevis adapté, serrer les deux vis supérieures à une distance d’env. 3mm par rapport au mur.
4. Accrocher l’appareil – non raccordé au secteur – dans les deux boutons à visser, appuyer fort et glisser par
le bas. S’assurer que les deux boutons à visser sont accrochés dans la position.
5. Visser les deux vis inférieures.
Pour démonter l’appareil, commencer par le couper du secteur, desserrer les deux vis inférieures, le pousser
vers le haut et le retirer du mur.
Port USB
L’appareil est équipé d’un port USB sur la face arrière destiné à l’alimentation en tension d’autres dispositifs
médicaux de diagnostic de HEINE.
Raccorder le câble USB de HEINE et amener le câble vers l’extérieur via la goulotte de câbles à gauche et à
droite. Pour ce faire, presser les câbles dans l’ergot de serrage qui sert de décharge de traction.
Mise en service
L’appareil ne doit être utilisé qu’à la tension secteur indiquée sur la plaque signalétique du bloc
d’alimentation.
- Glisser l’adaptateur primaire sur le bloc d’alimentation à fiche jusqu’à ce qu’il s’enclenche.
- Raccorder le dispositif au secteur avec le bloc d’alimentation à fiche, le voyant de contrôle vert sur le
EN200 s’allume.

Raccordement des instruments
Les poignées à câble du HEINE®EN200 sont équipées de la fermeture automatiquement HEINE (raccord
AV) et conviennent pour l’exploitation de tous les instruments HEINE prévus à cet effet.
- Prendre une poignée en main et raccorder un instrument par le haut
de sorte que les ergots de la fiche de raccordement s’insèrent dans les
guidages de la tête de poignée.
- Pousser l’instrument dans la poignée jusqu’à ce qu’il s’enclenche de
manière audible.
- Les instruments montés peuvent être sécurisés pour éviter tout retrait
non autorisé en procédant comme illustré à la fig. 1 à l’aide d’une clé
à six pans.
- Pour déverrouiller le mécanisme, la vis ne doit être ouverte que jusqu’à
ce que la fermeture puisse être tournée.
- Après le décrochage, l’instrument est prêt à fonctionner.
- Pour régler la luminosité des instruments, utiliser la bague de réglage
sur la poignée.
- Les poignées peuvent être utilisées simultanément et indépendamment
l’une de l’autre.
- Pour retirer l’instrument, tourner la bague conique supérieure vers la
droite et retirer l’instrument.
Si la poignée décrochée n’est pas utilisée pendant 15minutes,
le mode d’économie d’énergie est activé sur le dispositif.
L’activation se fait par un réglage de la luminosité ou un accrochage
et décrochage de la poignée.
La mise en service et l’utilisation des têtes d’instrument HEINE sont décrites dans un mode d’emploi distinct.
Retraitement hygiénique
Les instructions sur le retraitement hygiénique doivent être respectées, conformément aux normes, lois et
directives nationales.
Classification selon KRINKO : non critique
Spaulding Classification USA : noncritical
Avant de procéder au traitement, débrancher l’appareil de l’alimentation électrique.
En cas de soupçons de contamination, procéder à un traitement hygiénique.
Les mesures de nettoyage et de désinfection décrites ne remplacent en aucun cas les prescriptions
à respecter lors de l’utilisation.
HEINE Optotechnik n’autorise que les produits et procédés mentionnés dans le présent mode d’emploi.
Le nettoyage et la désinfection doivent être réalisés uniquement par une personne possédant des
compétences techniques suffisantes en matière d’hygiène.
Respecter les indications du fabricant du produit de traitement.
Ne pas utiliser la désinfection par aspersion, ni de chiffons trempés ou qui produisent une mousse
importante. Ne pas traiter en machine.
Marche à suivre
Nettoyage et désinfection
Nettoyer et désinfecter l’appareil à la main (nettoyage par essuyage et désinfection par essuyage).
Tenir les poignées vers le bas pour les essuyer pour éviter la pénétration de liquide.
Après le nettoyage, s’assurer que l’instrument est parfaitement sec avant de le réutiliser.

Maintenance
L’EN200 et le bloc d’alimentation sont sans maintenance. Pour le produit HEINE®EN200, nous, en qualité
de fabricant, ne prescrivons pas de contrôle technique de sécurité (CTS) conformément à l’ordonnance
allemande relative à l’exploitation des dispositifs médicaux (MPBetreibV), paragraphe 6 Contrôles techniques
de sécurité, annexe 1.
La duree de vie utile escomptee des HEINE®EN200 est de 5 ans.
Entretien
Le produit est sans entretien.
Consignes générales
Verifier avant chaque utilisation le bon fonctionnement de l’appareil. Ne pas utiliser l’appareil s’il est
endommage.

Uso previsto
El transformador de pared HEINE®EN200 es un alimentador de tensión regulable de dos canales de 3,5V
con una salida de 5V para dispositivos de diagnóstico médico HEINE. Solo debe ser utilizado por personal
médico cualificado dentro de instalaciones sanitarias profesionales.

Para asegurar la desconexión omnipolar de la red eléctrica en cualquier momento, el dispositivo electro-
médico debe ser instalado de tal manera que el fuente de alimentación conmutable sea accesible y se
puede desenchufar.
Antes del montaje, verifique si necesita utilizar tacos especiales para la pared y si esta es apta para
la carga mecánica.
Los tacos incluidos en el suministro son tacos universales y adecuados para la mayoría de los
materiales de construcción (p. ej. hormigón,ladrillo macizo, ladrillo).
1. Sujetar la plantilla para taladrar en horizontal en el lugar previsto y marcar los orificios de fijación.
Taladrar orificios de Ø6mm y al menos 40mm de profundidad.
2. Insertar los tacos.
3. Atornillar los dos tornillos superiores con un destornillador adecuado con una distancia de aprox. 3mm
a la pared.
4. Colgar el dispositivo, desconectado de la red eléctrica, en las dos cabezas de los tornillos, presionar
firmemente y deslizar hacia abajo. Asegúrese de que ambas cabezas de tornillo están correctamente
enganchadas.
5. Atornillar los dos tornillos inferiores.
Para desmontar el dispositivo, en primer lugar es necesario desconectarlo de la red, desatornillar los dos
tornillos inferiores, empujar el dispositivo hacia arriba y descolgarlo de la pared.
Puerto USB
El dispositivo dispone de una conexión USB en su parte posterior para el suministro de tensión a dispositivos
de diagnóstico médico de HEINE adicionales.
Conecte el cable USB de HEINE y pase el cable a través del canal izquierdo o derecho de la carcasa hacia
fuera. Para tal fin, presione el cable en los enganches para el anclaje del cable.
Modo de funcionamiento
El aparato solo debe utilizarse a la tensión de red indicada en la placa de características de la fuente
de alimentación.
- Deslice el adaptador principal en el alimentador de corriente hasta que quede enclavado.
- Conecte el dispositivo con el alimentador de corriente a la red eléctrica, en el transformador EN200 se
ilumina el piloto de control verde.

Conexión del instrumento
Los mangos de cable del HEINE®EN200 están equipados con un cierre automático HEINE (conexión AV)
adecuado para el funcionamiento de todos los instrumentos de HEINE.
- Sostenga el mango en la mano e inserte un instrumento desde arriba
de manera que las lengüetas del conector encajen en las guías de la
cabeza del mango.
- Empuje el instrumento en el mango hasta que se perciba un ”clic“
indicando que ha quedado enclavado en su lugar.
- Los instrumentos insertados pueden ser asegurados contra la retirada
no autorizada utilizando la llave allen suministrada según el procedi-
miento de la fig.1.
- Para quitar el seguro, el tornillo solo debe desenroscarse hasta que el
cierre se pueda girar.
- El instrumento está listo para funcionar después de haber sido
descolgado.
- Para ajustar el brillo del instrumento utilice el anillo de regulación del
mango.
- Los mangos pueden utilizarse de manera simultánea e independiente.
- Para retirar el instrumento, gire el anillo cónico superior hacia la
derecha y extraiga el instrumento.
Si, una vez descolgado el mango, el dispositivo no se utiliza
durante 15 minutos, este entrará en modo de ahorro de energía.
El dispositivo se activa de nuevo al realizar un ajuste del brillo
o al colgar y descolgar el mango.
La puesta en servicio y el manejo de los cabezales de instrumentos HEINE se describen en unas
instrucciones de uso aparte.
Reacondicionamiento higiénico
Deben observarse las instrucciones sobre reacondicionamiento higiénico según las normas, leyes
y directivas nacionales.

Antes de la limpieza, desconectar el dispositivo de la fuente de tensión.
Efectúe una depuración higiénica si cree que el aparato ha podido resultar contaminado.

HEINE Optotechnik autoriza solo los medios y procedimientos mencionados en las presentes
instrucciones de uso.
La limpieza y la desinfección solo podrán realizarlas personas con la competencia necesaria en materia
de higiene.
Siga las indicaciones del fabricante del agente limpiador.
No utilice ninguna desinfección a base de aerosol, ni paños tan húmedos que goteen o que creen mucha
espuma. No efectúe una limpieza mecánica.
Procedimiento

Limpie y desinfecte el aparato manualmente (limpieza y desinfección con un paño).
Mantener los mangos hacia abajo durante la limpieza para evitar la entrada de líquido.
Antes de usarlo de nuevo, asegúrese de que el instrumento esté completamente seco después de la limpieza.

Mantenimiento
Tanto el transformador EN200 como el alimentador de corriente están libres de mantenimiento. Para el
producto EN200 de HEINE®, no prescribimos un control relacionado con la seguridad (STK) de acuerdo
con MPBetreibV, § 6 Controles relacionados con la seguridad, sistema de referencia 1.
La vida util esperada de las EN200 HEINE®es de 5 anos.
Revisión
Este aparato no requiere mantenimiento.
Advertencias generales
Comprobar el correcto funcionamiento del aparato antes de cada uso. No utilizar, si se detectan danos.
No abrir la fuente de alimentación (riesgo eléctrico).
Utilizar el alimentador de corriente únicamente en entornos secos. Evitar las salpicaduras. Nunca
sumergir en líquidos.
No utilizar en zonas con peligro de incendio o explosión, debido p.ej. al oxígeno o al anestésico utilizado.
El aparato no debe utilizarse cerca de un campo magnético intenso, como p. ej. un aparato de MRI.
No modifique el aparato.
Utilice exclusivamente piezas, accesorios y fuentes de tensión originales de HEINE.
Las reparaciones solo deben ser efectuadas por personal especializado cualificado.

Montaggio e smontaggio

Per garantire in ogni momento l’isolamento onnipolare, l’apparecchio ME deve essere installato in modo
che il alimentatore a commutazione sia accessibile e possa essere scollegato.
Prima del montaggio, assicurarsi di utilizzare il tassello adatto alla superficie e che quest’ultima resista
alle sollecitazioni meccaniche.
I tasselli forniti in dotazione sono universali e adatti per la maggior parte dei materiali (per es. cemento,
mattoni).
1. Tenere la mascherina forata in posizione orizzontale nel punto apposito e contrassegnare i fori di fissaggio.
Eseguire fori Ø 6 mm ad almeno 40 mm di profondità.
2. Inserire i tasselli.
3. Serrare le due viti superiori a circa 3 mm di distanza dalla parete con il cacciavite adeguato.
4. Agganciare il dispositivo, scollegato dall’alimentazione, nelle teste delle due viti, serrare saldamente e
spingere verso il basso. Assicurarsi che tutte e due le teste delle viti siano agganciate in posizione.
5. Avvitare le due viti inferiori.
Per lo smontaggio scollegare innanzitutto il dispositivo dall’alimentazione, allentare le due viti inferiori,
spostare verso l’alto e rimuovere dalla parete.
Connessione USB
Sul retro del dispositivo è presente un connettore USB per l’alimentazione di altri dispositivi medico-
diagnostici di HEINE.
Collegare il cavo USB HEINE e condurlo verso l’esterno attraverso il canale dell’alloggiamento a sinistra
o a destra. Comprimere il cavo nei naselli di serraggio che servono come serracavo.
Messa in esercizio
Utilizzare il dispositivo soltanto alla tensione indicata sulla targhetta dell’alimentatore.
- Far scorrere l’adattatore primario sull’alimentatore finché non scatta in posizione.
- Collegare il dispositivo all’alimentatore, si accende la spia di controllo verde su EN200.

Collegamento degli strumenti
I pressacavi di HEINE®EN200 sono dotati della chiusura automatica HEINE (connettore AV) e sono adatti
per il funzionamento di tutti gli strumenti HEINE correlati.
- Afferrare un manico e posizionare uno strumento dall’alto in modo che
i naselli sul connettore si adattino alle guide della testa del manico.
- Premere lo strumento nel manico finché non scatta in posizione con
un "clic".
- È possibile evitare la rimozione involontaria degli strumenti applicati
procedendo con la chiave esagonale fornita come illustrato nella
figura 1.
- La vite può essere allentata per lo sblocco solo finché è possibile
ruotare la chiusura.
- Dopo averlo sganciato, lo strumento è pronto per l’uso.
- Per impostare la luminosità dello strumento, premere l’anello di
regolazione sul manico.
- I manici possono essere utilizzati contemporaneamente e indipenden-
temente l’uno dall’altro.
- Per rimuovere lo strumento, ruotare l’anello conico superiore verso
destra ed estrarre lo strumento.
Se il manico sganciato non viene utilizzato per 15 minuti, il
dispositivo passa alla modalità di risparmio energetico.
L’attivazione avviene regolando la luminosità o agganciando e
sganciando il manico.
La messa in servizio e l’uso delle teste degli strumenti HEINE sono descritti nelle istruzioni per l’uso fornite
separatamente.
Igienizzazione
È necessario attenersi alle avvertenze relative all’igienizzazione sulla base delle norme, leggi e direttive
nazionali.

Prima della preparazione sterile staccare l’apparecchio dall’alimentatore.

Non utilizzare disinfettanti spray, panni umidi gocciolanti o molto schiumosi. Non eseguire
l’igienizzazione automatica.
Procedura
Pulizia e disinfezione
Pulire e disinfettare l’apparecchio manualmente (pulizia e disinfezione per strofinamento).
Durante la pulizia tenere i manici verso il basso per evitare la penetrazione di liquidi.
Assicurarsi che lo strumento sia completamente asciutto dopo la pulizia, prima di riutilizzarlo.

För att alltid säkerställa en allpolig frånskiljning från elnätet, skall ME-enheten ställas upp så att
kopplingsnätdel är åtkomlig och kan dras ur.
Kontrollera om du behöver använda specialplugg till monteringen och om underlaget är hållbart för
den mekaniska belastningen.
De medföljande dymlingar är av universaltyp och lämpar sig för de flesta byggnadsmaterial
(t.ex. betong, massivt tegel, tegel).
1. Håll borrhålsschablonen vågrätt på det avsedda stället och gör markeringar där hålen ska vara.
Borra minst 40 mm djupt med ett Ø 6 mm borr.
2. Tryck in pluggen.
3. Skruva fast de två övre skruvarna med ca. 3 mm avstånd till väggen med en passande skruvmejsel.
4. Häng dit enheten – som inte är inkopplad – på de två skruvhuvudena, tryck dit den ordentligt och
skjut ner den. Kontrollera så att båda skruvhuvudena är ihängda i rätt position.
5. Skruva in de två nedre skruvarna.
För att ta ner enheten lossas de två nedersta skruvarna, skjut uppåt och ta bort den från väggen.
USB-anslutning
Apparaten har en USB-anslutning på baksidan som förser andra medicinska diagnosapparater från HEINE
med ström.
Stick in HEINE USB-kabeln och trä ut kabeln på vänster- eller högersidan. Pressa in kabeln i klämman som
tjänar som dragavlastning.
Idrifttagande
Enheten får bara drivas med den nätspänning som anges på nätaggregatets typskylt.
- Skjut på primäradaptern på nätadaptern tills den hakar i.
- Anslut enheten till nätet med hjälp av nätadaptern, den gröna kontrollampan på EN200 lyser.

Instrumentanslutning
Kabelhandtagen HEINE®EN200 är utrustade med HEINE-automatkontakt (AV-anslutning) och lämpade för
drift med alla HEINE-instrument.
- Ta ett av handtagen i handen och sätt dit instrumentet uppifrån så
att anslutningskontakten passar på fästet i handtagets ände.
- Tryck in instrumentet i handtaget tills du hör att det hakar i ordentligt.
- Säkra ditsatta instrument så att ingen obefogad tar bort dem
genom att använda insektsnyckeln och följa bild 1.
- Av säkerhetsskäl får skruven endast lossas så mycket att man kan
vrida på stängningen.
- Instrumentet är färdigt att användas när det satts upp.
- Använd regleringsringen på handtaget för att ställa in ljusstyrkan på
instrumentet.
- Handtagen kan användas samtidigt eller enskilt.
- Vrid den övre koniska ringen till höger och dra ut instrumentetnär du
vill ta bort det.
Om handtaget inte används på 15 minuter försätts enheten
i energisparläget.
Aktiveras genom att ändra ljusstyrkan eller hänga upp och ta ner
handtaget.
Idrifttagning och användning av HEINE-instrumenthuvuden beskrivs
i en separat bruksanvisning.
Rengöring, desinfektion och sterilisering
Anvisningarna för rengöring, desinfektion och sterilisering måste följas i enlighet med standarder, lagar och
riktlinjer.

Innan upparbetning av apparaten skall det skiljas från spänningsförsörjningen.
Vid misstanke om kontaminering görs en hygienisk beredning.
De beskrivna åtgärderna för rengöring och desinficering ersätter inte de föreskrifter som gäller för
driften.
HEINE Optotechnik godkänner endast de medel och metoder som anges i denna bruksanvisning.
Rengöringen och desinficeringen får bara utföras av en person med till räcklig hygienisk kompetens.
Beakta anvisningarna från tillverkaren av beredningsmedlet.
Använd inte sprutdesinfektion, droppande blöta eller kraftigt skummande dukar. Ingen maskinell
beredning.
Tillvägagångssätt
Rengöring och desinficering
Rengör och desinficera enheten manuellt (rengöring och desinfektion genom torkning).
Håll handtagen neråt när du rengör dem så att ingen vätska tränger in.
Se till att instrumentet är helt torrt innan du använder det igen efter rengöring.

Rengöringsmedel: enzymatiska (t. ex. neodisher®MediClean)
Desinfektionsmedel: alkoholhaltiga (t. ex. Incides®N), medel med ortoftalaldehyd som verksamt ämne
(t. ex. Cidex®OPA) eller väteperoxid (t. ex. Accel®TB)

Underhåll
EN200 och nätadaptern är underhållsfria. För HEINE produkten EN200 föreskriver vi som tillverkare inga
säkerhetstekniska kontroller (STK) enligt MPBetreibV, § 6 säkerhetstekniska kontroller, referens bilaga 1.
Den forvantade livslangden pa HEINE®EN200 ar 5 ar.
Service
Produkten är servicefri.
Allmänna varningar
Kontrollera innan varje användning att apparaten fungerar felfritt. Använd inte apparaten om du
konstaterat skador.
Nätaggregatet får inte öppnas (risk för elektrisk fara).
Använd endast nätadaptern i torr omgivning. Undvik vattenstänk. Doppa aldrig i vätska.
Utrustningen får inte användas i brand- eller explosionsfarlig miljö, t.ex. på grund av syre eller
anestetiska medel.
Produkten får inte användas i starka magnetfält som t.ex. MRI.
Genomför inga ändringar av instrumentet.
Använd endast originaldelar, originaltillbehör och originalströmkällor från HEINE.
Reparationer får endast utföras av kvalificerad yrkespersonal.
Allmänna instruktioner
Garantin för produkten i dess helhet upphör att gälla, respektive gäller inte heller, vid användning av
icke-original-HEINE-produkter eller icke-original-reservdelar eller om åtgärder (i synnerhet reparationer
eller modifikationer) vidtagits av personer som inte är auktoriserade av HEINE. Mer information hittar du

Avfallshantering
Produkten ska ha en separat uppsättning av elektrisk och elektronisk utrustning. Landsspecifika regler
för avfallshantering ska alltid följas.
Elektromagnetisk kompatibilitet
Medicinska apparater (ME-apparater) är föremål för speciella försiktighetsåtgärder vad gäller den elektro-
magnetiska kompatibiliteten (EMC) och skall installeras och tas i drift i enlighet med de EMC-anvisningar,
som finns i de medföljande dokumenten. Bärbara och mobila anordningar för högfrekvenskommunikation
kan påverka medicinska apparater.
Denna apparat kan förorsaka radiostörningar eller kan störa driften av apparater i närheten. Det kan vara
nödvändigt att vidta lämpliga åtgärder, som t.ex. att flytta utrustningen eller placera om ME-utrustningen
eller avskärmningen.
Användningen av annat TILLBEHÖR, andra omvandlare och ledningar än de som anges, med undantag
för de omvandlare och ledningar, som TILLVERKAREN av APPARATEN säljer som reservdelar för inter-
na komponenter, kan leda till en högre UTSÄNDNING eller en minskad STÖRNINGSKOMPATIBILITET
hos APPARATEN.
APPARATEN får inte användas när den är staplad omedelbart bredvid eller tillsammans med andra ap-
parater. När det är nödvändigt med drift nära eller staplad med annan utrustning, ska apparaten iakttas
för kontroll av hur den fungerar i detta arrangemang.
