III. MASURI DE SIGURANTA
Inainte de a utiliza aparatul electric, trebuie respectate intotdeauna urmatoarele
masuri de precautie:
1. Citiți toate instrucțiunile.
2. Înainte de utilizare, asigurați-vă că tensiunea de alimentare corespunde cu cea
indicată pe plăcuța de indentificare, care este in partea de jos a aparatului.
3. Nu folosiți niciun aparat cu un cablu/ștecher deteriorat sau după funcționarea
defectuoasă sau orice deteriorare a acestuia.
4. Nu lăsați cablul să atârne peste marginea mesei sau a spațiului de lucru sau
suprafețelor fierbinți.
5. Nu scufundați cablul de sau corpul mixerului în apă, deoarece acest lucru produce
șocuri electrice.
6. În cazul în care cablul de alimentare este deteriorat, acesta trebuie înlocuit de
producător, de agentul său de service sau o de către o persoană calificată în acest sens,
pentru a evita orice pericol.
7. Este necesară supravegherea atentă atunci când aparatul este folosit în apropierea
copiilor sau a persoanelor infirme.
8. Nu așezați aparatul pe sau în apropierea unui arzător cu gaz fierbinte, sau pe un
aragaz încălzit.
9. Nu scoateți bătătoarele sau malaxoarele atunci când aparatul este în funcțiune.
10. Nu lăsați mixerul nesupravegheat în timp ce acesta funcționează.
11. Deconectați aparatul de la priză atunci când nu este în uz, înainte de a monta sau
demonta accesoriile, precum și înainte de curățare.
12. Utilizarea de accesorii nerecomandate sau care nu au fost achiziționate de la
producător poate provoca incendiu, șocuri electrice sau răni.
13. Scoateți bătătoarele din mixer înainte de spălare.
14. Verificați întotdeauna ca butonul de comandă să fie OPRIT înainte de a conecta
cablul la priza de perete. Pentru deconectare, apăsați butonul de comandă la poziția
OFF (OPRIT) și scoateți ștecherul din priza de perete.
15. Evitați contactul cu componentele mobile.
16. Țineți mâinile, hainele, precum și spatulele și alte ustensile departe de bătătoare în
timpul funcționării, pentru a reduce riscul de rănire a persoanelor, și / sau de
deteriorare a mixerului.
17. Acest aparat nu este destinat utilizării de către persoane (inclusiv copii) cu
capacități fizice, mentale sau senzoriale reduse sau fără experiență și cunoștințe, cu
excepția cazului în care acestea sunt supravegheate și au fost instruite cu privire la
utilizarea aparatului de către o persoană responsabilă pentru siguranța lor.

18. Copiii trebuie supravegheați pentru a fi siguri că nu se joacă cu aparatul.

V. INSTRUCTIUNI DE UTILIZARE

Îndepărtați toate ambalajele, demontați toate componentele detașabile. Curățați
paletele. Înainte de a asambla mixerul, cablul de alimentare trebuie deconectat de la
sursa de alimentare, iar butonul de comandă este în poziția „OFF” (OPRIT).
1. Montați paletele pe mixer în funcție de cerințe. Apoi puneți alimentele de omogenizat
într-un bol și așezați vasul pe o suprafață stabilă.
Observație: Paletele pentru emulsifiere pot fi introduse în oricare dintre orificii,
deoarece acestea sunt identice. Pentru paletele pentru framantat, cel cu șaibă poate fi
introdus doar în orificiul mare, iar celălalt poate fi introdus doar în orificiul mic. Cele
două palate nu pot fi introduse invers.
2. Asigurați-vă că butonul de comandă este în poziția „OFF” (OPRIT), apoi conectați sursa
de alimentare.
3. Apăsați butonul de comandă în poziția „ON” (PORNIT), iar pe ecran LED prima valoare
a vitezei „1”, ca valoare prestabilită. Apoi apăsați selectorul de viteze „+” pentru a crește
viteza până la valoarea dorită. Există 8 trepte. Invers, puteți apăsa celălalt selector de
viteze „-” pentru a scădea viteza. Dacă este necesară folosirea mixerului la viteza
maximă, puteți apăsa butonul de comandă la poziția „Turbo”.
Atenție: Nu introduceți cuțite, linguri de metal, furculițe și alte obiecte, atunci când
funcționează.

4. Timpul max. de funcționare neîntreruptă nu trebuie să depășească 5 minute. Un
minim de 20 de minute de repaus este necesar între două cicluri continue. Când se
omogenizează ingrediente lichide, vă sugerăm folosirea unei viteze reduse. Când se
frământă aluat cu drojdie, vă sugerăm folosirea unei viteze reduse la început, apoi
folosirea unei viteze mari pentru obținerea celor mai bune rezultate.
Observație: În timpul funcționării, puteți roti vasul cu mâna pentru a obține cele mai
bune rezultate.
5. Când omogenizarea este finalizată, apăsați butonul de comandă în poziția „OFF”
(OPRIT), deconectați cablul de la sursa de alimentare.
6. Dacă este necesar, puteți îndepărta particulele de alimente in exces de pe palate cu o
spatulă din cauciuc sau din lemn.
7. Țineți paletele cu o mână și apăsați ferm butonul pentru scoaterea paletelor cu
cealaltă mână, scoateți paletele.
Observație: Scoateți paletele doar atunci când butonul de comandă este pe poziția „OFF”
(OPRIT).
Observație: În timpul funcționării, puteți așeza mixerul în poziție verticală, dar
asigurați-vă că butonul de comandă este pe poziția „OFF” (OPRIT).
1. Înainte de curățare, scoateți aparatul din priză și așteptați până se răcește complet.
2. Ștergeți suprafața exterioară a capului cu o bucată de material umedă și lustruiți cu o
bucată de material moale și uscată.
3. Ștergeți orice particule alimentare in exces de pe cablul de alimentare.
4. Spălați paletele în apă caldă cu săpun și ștergeți până se usucă. Paletele se pot spăla în
mașina de spălat vase.
Atenție: Mixerul nu se scufundă în apă sau in alte lichide.

VIII. FISA TEHNICA
1. Ingrediente frigorifice, de exemplu, untul si ouale trebuie sa fie la temperatura camerei
inainte de a incepe procesul de amestecare. Stabiliti aceste ingrediente dinainte.
2. Pentru a elimina posibilitatea de cochilii sau oua deteriorate - in reteta dumneavoastra,
spargeti ouale in recipiente separate in primul rand, si apoi adaugati la amestec.
3. Nu supra-mixati. Aveti grija sa omogenizati doar cat timp este recomandat in reteta dvs.
Mixati ingredientele uscate doar pana se amesteca. Folositi intotdeauna viteza redusa.
4. Conditiile climatice. Schimbarile de temperatura sezoniere, temperatura ingredientelor
si variatia acestora de la o zona la alta, joaca un rol important in timpul de amestecare
necesar si in vederea rezultatelor obtinute.
5. Incepeti intotdeauna amestecarea alimentelor la viteze mici. Apoi cresteti treptat
viteza recomandata cum se mentioneaza in reteta.

This instruction manual is designed to provide you with all required instructions related to the
installation, use and maintenance of the appliance.

III. SAFETY MEASURES
Before using the appliance, you must always follow these precautions:
1. Read all instructions.
2. Before use check that the voltage of your wall outlet correspond to the one on the
rating plate which is on the bottom of the appliance.
3. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or after malfunction or has been
damaged in any manner.
4. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or hot surface.
5. Do not immerse cord or the body of mixer into water as this would give rise to
electroshock.
6. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service
agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
7. Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used near children or
infirm persons.
8. Do not place an appliance on or near a hot gas or on a heated oven.
9. Never eject beaters or dough hooks when the appliance is in operation.
10. Do not leave mixer unattended while it is operating.
11. Unplug from outlet while not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and
before cleaning.
12. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause
fire, electric shock or injury
13. Remove beaters from mixer before washing.
14. Always check that the push button is OFF before plugging cord into wall outlet. To
Disconnect, press the push button to OFF position, then remove plug from wall outlet.
15. Avoid contacting with moving parts.
16. Keep hands, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from beaters
during operation to reduce the risk of injury to persons, and/or damage to the mixer.
17. This appliance is not intended for used by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by a
person responsible for their safety.
18. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
19. Switch off the appliance before changing accessories or approaching parts which
move in use.
20. Keep the hand mixer and its cord out of reach of children when it is energized or
cooling down.
21. Do not use outdoors.

V. BEFORE USING
Remove any packages, disassemble any detachable parts. Clean the dough hooks and beaters.
Before assembling the mixer, be sure the power cord is unplugged from the power outlet and
the push button is on the “OFF” position.
VI. USING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Assemble proper beaters or dough hooks into mixer according to your requirement.
Then put the food needed to be mixed into a bowl and put the bowl on a stable
surface.
Note: Beaters can be inserted in either socket, as the beaters are identical. For dough
hooks, the one with washer can only be inserted into the big socket and the other one
can only be inserted into small socket. The two dough hooks can not be inserted in
reverse.
2. Ensure that the push button is on the “OFF” position, and then plug in the power
source.
3. Press the push button to the “ON” position, and the LED display will indicate the first
speed setting “1” as the default one. Then press the speed control button “+” to
accelerate the speed until get your desired setting. There are 8 settings. Inversely, you
can press the other speed control button “-” to decelerate the speed. If you need to
run the mixer at the highest speed, you can press the push button to the “Turbo”
position.
Warning: Do not stick knife, metal spoons, fork and so on into bowl when operating.
4. The max operation time per time shall not exceed 5 minutes. Minimum 20 minutes
rest time must be maintained between continuous two cycles. When stirring the liquid
ingredients, suggest use the low speed. And when kneading yeast dough, suggest firstly
use a low speed and then use high speed to achieve the best results.
Note: During operation you may rotate the bowl with hand to achieve the best results.
5. When mixing is completed, press the push button to the “OFF” position, unplug the
cord from power outlet.
6. If necessary you can scrape the excess food particles from the beaters or dough
hooks by rubber or wooden spatula.

1. Unplug the appliance and wait it completely cool down before cleaning.
2. Wipe over the outside surface of the head with a dampened cloth and polish with a soft
dry cloth.
3. Wipe any excess food particles from the power cord.
4. Wash the beaters and dough hooks in warm soapy water and wipe dry. The beaters and
dough hooks may be washed in the dishwasher.
Caution: the mixer can not be immersed in water or other liquid.
VII. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
1. Refrigerated ingredients. Butter and eggs should be at room temperature before mixing
begins. Set these ingredients out ahead of time.
2. To eliminate the possibility of shells or deteriorated-off eggs in your recipe, break eggs
into separate container first, then adding to the mixture.
3. Do not over-beat. Be careful that you only mix/blend mixtures until recommended in
your recipe. Fold into dry ingredients only until just combined. Always use the low speed.
4. Climatic conditions. Seasonal temperature changes, temperature of ingredients and their
texture variation from area to area all play a part in the required mixing time and the
results achieved.
5. Always start mixing at slow speeds. Gradually increase to the recommended speed as
stated in the recipe.
VIII. COOKING ADVICES
7. Hold the beaters/dough hooks with one hand and press the Eject button firmly down with
the other hand, remove the beater/dough hooks.
Note: Remove the beaters/dough hooks only when the push button is on the “OFF” position.
Note: During operation, you can put the mixer vertically, but make sure the push button is on
“OFF” position.

III. BIZTONSÁGI ELŐÍRÁSOK
Az elektromos készülék használata előtt mindig tartsa be a következő biztonsági
előírásokat!
1. Minden utasítást figyelmesen olvasson el.
2. A készülék használata előtt bizonyosodjon meg arról, hogy a hálózati feszültség a
mixer műszaki lapján feltüntetett értékekkel azonos.
3. Soha ne használja a készüléket, ha annak elektromos zsinórja vagy dugasza
meghibásodott.
4. Ne hagyja az elektromos zsinórt az asztal széléről vagy a munkalapról lelógni. Óvja
azt a forró tárgyaktól!
5. A mixer zsinórját vagy a készülék testét soha ne merítse vízbe! Áramütést okozhat.
6. Amennyiben az elektromos zsinór meghibásodott, annak kicserélését bízza
szakemberre, vagy forduljon valamely hivatalos szervizhez. Kerülje a balesetveszélyt!
7. A gyermekek vagy csecsemők környezetében működtetett készüléket soha ne hagyja
felügyelet nélkül.
8. A készüléket ne helyezze a gáztűzhely, vagy más forró testek közelébe!
9. A működésben lévő mixerből soha ne próbálja meg kivenni a keverő- / dagasztó
lapátot.
10. A működésben lévő mixert soha ne hagyja felügyelet nélkül.
11. A használaton kívül lévő készüléket mindig áramtalanítsa. Ezt tegye a szétszedés
vagy tisztítás előtt is.
12. A gyártó által nem javasolt tartozékok használata tűzveszélyes, áramütést vagy
sérüléseket okozhat.
13. Tisztítás előtt a keverőlapátokat vegye ki a mixerből.
14. Mindig ellenőrizze a kapcsolót, hogy a fali aljzathoz való csatlakoztatás előtt
KIKAPCSOLT állapotban legyen. Ennek érdekében helyezze a kapcsolót OFF
(KIKAPCSOLT) helyzetbe, majd csak ezt követően húzza ki a dugaszt a fali aljzatból.
15. Kerülje a mozgó tárgyakkal való ütközést.
16. A mixer működése közben tartsa távol a készüléktől a textil darabokat, és minden
más idegen tárgyat. Ezzel csökkentheti a balesetveszélyt és a mixer meghibásodását.
17. Ezt a készüléket gyerekek, illetve korlátozott fizikai, mentális vagy érzékszervi
képességekkel élő személyek csak a felügyelő személyük jelenlétében használhatják. Ez
vonatkozik a tapasztalatlan felhasználókra is. Mindig győződjön meg róla, hogy ezekre a
személyek megértették a biztonsági intézkedésekre való felhívást.
18. Figyeljen arra, hogy a gyerekek soha ne játszanak a készülékkel.
19. A tartozékok kicserélése előtt mindig kapcsolja ki a készüléket.

V. AZ ELSŐ HASZNÁLAT ELŐTT
Távolítsa el a csomagolóanyagot és szedje részekre a szétszedhető darabokat. Tisztítsa meg
a keverőlapátokat és a gombokat. A mixer összeszerelése előtt áramtalanítsa a készüléket
és helyezze a kapcsolót az „OFF” (KIKAPCSOLT) helyzetbe.
VI. HASZNÁLATI ÚTMUTATÓ
1. Az igény szerint helyezze fel a keverőt vagy a dagasztót.
Helyezze a feldolgozandó élelmiszert egy tálba, majd tegye a tálat egy stabil
felületre.
Megjegyzés: A keverők bármely résbe felhelyezhetőek, mivel ezek egyformák. A
dagasztók közül az alátétes csak a nagy résbe helyezhető fel, míg a alátét nélküli
csak a kis résbe. A dagasztólapátok helyzete nem cserélhető fel.
2. Győződjön meg arról, hogy a vezérlő gomb „OFF” (KIKAPCSOLT) helyzetben van
és a készülék nincs elektromos feszültség alatt.
3. Helyezze a kapcsolót „ON” (BEKAPCSOLT) helyzetbe és figyelje a LED-kijelzőt:
megjelenik az „1”jelzés, mint alapbeállítás. A sebesség növelése érdekében nyomja
meg a „+” sebességnövelőt a kívánt érték eléréséig. 8 fokozat közül választhat. Ezt
visszafele is megteheti: a „-” gomb megnyomásával csökkentheti a sebességet. A
legnagyobb sebesség beállítása érdekében válassza a „Turbo” fokozatot.
Figyelem: Késeket, kanalakat, villákat és más fém tárgyakat ne helyezzen a
működésben lévő mixer közelébe.
4. Egyetlen alkalommal se működtesse a készüléket 5 percnél hosszabb ideig. Ha
szükséges, a periódusok között tartson 20 perc szünetet, majd folytathatja a
munkát. A keverés során mindig alacsony sebességgel indítson. Az élesztős massza
dagasztásánál előbb alacsony sebességet válasszon, majd azt fokozatosan
növelheti. Így éri el a legjobb eredményt!
Megjegyzés: A hatékonyság érdekében a készülék használata közben forgathatja a
tálat.
5. Ha a keverés befejeződött, helyezze a vezérlő gombot „OFF” (KIKAPCSOLT)
helyzetbe és áramtalanítsa a készüléket.
6. Szükség esetén a keverőlapátokon felgyülemlett élelmiszerdarabokat egy fakanál
vagy más megfelelő eszköz segítségével eltávolíthatja.
