Plug the charger into a wall
socket, connect the battery and
place the battery on a
non-ammable surface. Switch
the wall socket ON noting that a
fully discharged battery will be
fully charged in approximately 3
hours. Monitor the battery when
charging and disconnect if it gets
excessively hot. The charger’s LED will show red when charging and green
when the battery is fully charged.
1Remove the components from
the box and ensure the contents
are correct:
• 1x Intrusion 10MT XLR truck
• 1x 3000mAh 7-cell NiMH
battery pack
• 1x HRS 3.2 2.4GHz
3-channel transmitter
• 1x 7-cell wall charger
• 1x 4-way cross wrench
• 1x Quick Start Guide
2Peel the protective wrapping from
your car and remove the four body
clips, followed by the body itself.
3Using a pair of wire cutters, clip
any cable ties used in the packing
process. Locate the battery cradle
in the center of the vehicle. Twist
the keyhole retaining clips, lift
the hinged battery retainer and
withdraw the battery pack.

5Re-insert the fully charged battery
pack into the cradle, lower the
retainer and lock it in position
by rotating the knobs to the
lock position as shown with the
keyhole clips.
6Remove the transmitter battery
cover and insert four AA alkaline
cells. Taking care to ensure the
correct polarity is observed.
7Ensure the ESC switch is in the
OFF position, then connect the
battery to the ESC.
8Replace the body and secure it
with the four body clips.
9Switch ON your IKONNIK HRS3.2
transmitter and ensure the LED is
lit solid red and that no alarms are
audible.

10 Locate the switch and turn ON
your Intrusion 10MT. In the
unlikely event that the car does
not operate, see the PAIRING
instructions at the back of this
guide.
11 Check the operation of the throttle
and steering. Pulling the throttle
trigger back will drive the car
forward and pushing the trigger
forward will apply the brakes or
drive the car in reverse. Turning
the wheel to the right will cause
the car to turn right and vice versa.
12 Use the throttle and steering trim
buttons to ne-tune the controls of
your car. In doing so, ensure that
your Intrusion tracks in a straight
line. Also that it doesn’t creep
forwards or backwards at zero
throttle.

PAIRING/BINDING GUIDE
1Open the receiver box and locate
the receiver pairing button. Having
followed steps 1 to 10, in the
unlikely event that your car does
not operate please follow the 6
stage pairing process detailed
here.
2Place your Intrusion 10MT and
HRS 3.2 transmitter in close
proximity but not less than 12”
(300mm) apart.
3Switch ON your transmitter, then
switch the vehicle ON. The LED on
the receiver will blink, conrming
that it is not paired with the
transmitter.
4Switch OFF your HRS-3.2
transmitter. Hold the REV/PAIR
button and turn the power back
ON to put the transmitter into
pairing mode.
5Press and release the PAIR button
on the receiver and note that
the LED will start to blink faster,
indicating that it is searching for a
transmitter to pair with.
Having followed steps 1 to 10, in the unlikely event that your car does not operate please
follow the 6 stage pairing/binding process detailed here.

6When the LED on the receiver
shows solid red your transmitter
and Intrusion 10MT will be paired.
Place the receiver back in its
water resistant box, being careful
to route the wires correctly. Close
the lid, then secure it with the hex
head screws. Return to Step 11 of
this guide to complete the set-up
of your Intrusion.
