Aplique teflón y apriete firmemente el conector.
Apply plumber tape and tighten the connector.

tubo a un conector (no incluido ) o al niple unión (incluido). /

Ensamble la instalación al cuerpo de la mezcladora, inserte en
el muro ranurado nivelando y fijando la instalación. / Assemble
the installation to the mixer body, insert into the slotted wall
leveling and fixing the installation.

Desenrosque el conector y retire el empaque. Desenrosque el
opresor con la llave allen (incluida) para mover el cuerpo y el
chapetón. / Unscrew the connector and remove the gasket.
Unscrew the oppressor with allen wrench (included) to move
the body and the scutcheon.
Calcule que la pared con acabado final
coincida con la medida de 4,5 cm como
se indica en la figura Detalle de
Instalación.
Calculate that the final finish wall with
matches the 4.5 cm measurement as
shown in the Installation Detail figure.

Enrosque la tuerca para fijar la salida al cuerpo mezclador. Recorra el poste y el chapetón hasta la pared con acabado final y enrosque el
opresor para fijar la salida. / Screw the nut to secure the faucet with the mixer body. Move the post and the scutcheon to the final finish wall and
screw the setscrew to secure the faucet.

Desarme la contra como se muestra en el diagrama.
/ Disassemble the drain as shown in the diagram.

Ensamble la contra como se muestra en la figura y fije
enroscando la tuerca por la parte inferior. /Assemble the drain as
shown in the figure and fix by screwing the nut from the bottom.

Instalación para Lavabo sin Rebosader
Desenrosque la cubierta y extensión superior, coloque el inserto
(incluido) en el cuerpo contra con los o'rings y empaque.
Posteriormente reensamble. / Unscrew the cover and upper
extension, place the insert (included) in the body drain with o'ring
and gasket then reassemble.

Operación
Instale los manerales (no incluidos) y abra el suministro general de
agua. Gire el maneral derecho para el agua fría y el menaral
izquierdo para el agua caliente. / Install the handles (not included)
and turn on the general water supply. Rotate the right handle for
cold water and the left handle for hot water.

retire el tornillo del maneral. / Remove
the button with o'ring, the extensions
and the washers, finally remove the

9Coloque la base con o’ring en el cuerpo
del maneral e insértelos en el cuerpo de
empotrar y enrosque el tornillo para fijar. /
Place the base with o'ring on the body of
the handle and insert them into the flush-

Desenrosque el aireador con la llave (incluida),
retírelo, límpielo a chorro de agua con un cepillo
suave y vuelva a colocarlo. / Unscrew the aerator
with the aerator key (included), remove it, clean it
with a soft brush and place it.

Es muy importante seguir las siguientes instrucciones para conservar los
acabados de los productos HELVEX, con brillo y en perfecto estado:
1. Utilice únicamente agua y un paño limpio.
2. No utilice fibras, polvos, abrasivos, ni productos químicos.
3. No utilice objetos punzo-cortantes para limpiar los acabados.
4. Se recomienda realizar la limpieza de su producto diariamente.

Posibles Causas y Soluciones / Troubleshooting

El maneral o los manerales están cerrados.
/ The handles are closed.
Gire los manerales como se muestra en la Operación
del producto (pag. 3, paso 13). / Turn the handles how
show on Operation of Product (page 3, step 13).
La válvula principal de agua se encuentra cerrada.
/ The main water valve is closed. Abra la válvula principal. / Open the main valve.
Hay fuga entre el cuerpo
armado y el Valvex V.
/ There is leakage
between the armed body
and Valvex V.
Posiblemente no esté asentado bien el Valvex V
con el fondo del cuerpo armado. / Possibly the Valvex V
holder is not sitting well into its body.
Apriete firmemente la tuerca (Pag. 3, paso 8).
/ Tighten the nut (page 3, step 8).
La presión de operación no es la adecuada.
/ The operating pressure is not the adequate it.
Verifique que la presión mínima de operación sea 1 kg/cm².
Verify that the minimum operating pressure is 14,3 PSI.
Existe basura obstruyendo las líneas de alimentación.
/ There is debris blocking the supply lines.
Retire el Valvex V y purge las líneas de alimentación.
/ Remove the Valvex V and purge supply lines.
Sobrepasó la medida máxima de empotramiento.
/ Far exceeds the maximum embedment.
Retire el acabado final del muro y repita la instalación. /
Remove the finish of the wall and repeat the installation.
No sale agua. / No water
comes out.
Existe poco flujo de agua. /
There is slow water flow.
La tuerca no fija al
chapetón correctamente. /
Nut not correctly fixed to
escutcheon.
Cambio del Valvex V
/ Valvex V Change
Retire el botón con o´ring, las extensiones y las rondanas, desenrosque el
tornillo del maneral y retírelo con su base. Finalmente desenrosque el valvex V y
cambielo por la refacción nueva. / Remove the button with o'ring, the extensions
and the washers, unscrew the handle screw and remove it with its base. Finally
unscrew the valvex V.
