Sollten die Original Kofferadapter montiert sein, müssen diese demontiert werden, diese sowie die Schrauben
entfallen. Die Befestigungsschraube rechts und links der Gepäckbrücke demontieren, diese entfallen.
Die Originaldistanz bleibt in der Verkleidung.
If the original case adapters are installed, dismantle these, as well as the screws. Case adapter and screws are
obsolete. Dismantle the fastening screws on the right and left of the rear rack. Screws are obsolete.
The original spacer remains in the panel.

Of course, the assembly requires a certain technical experience. If you are not sure how to execute a determined action,
you should ask your local distributor to do it. First, tighten all screws only loosely. After mounting all parts, the screws
should be tightened to the torque specified. This guarantees, that the product is mounted without tension. Observe
the tightening torques of the manufacturer! Control all screw connections after the assembling for tightness!
Die Voraussetzung für die Montage ist natürlich eine gewisse technische Erfahrung. Wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind,
wie man eine bestimmte Arbeit ausführt, sollten Sie diese Ihrer Fachwerkstatt überlassen. Ziehen sie alle zugänglichen
Schrauben zuerst nur locker an. Nachdem alles montiert ist, werden die Schrauben dann auf das entsprechende
Anzugsmoment festgezogen. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass das Produkt spannungsfrei angebaut ist. Anzugsmomente
beachten! Nach der Montage alle Verschraubungen auf festen Sitz kontrollieren!
Befestigung oben rechts/links:
Vorderer Verschraubungspunkt
mit der VA Torxschraube M6x55 sowie VA
U- Scheibe ø6,4. Zwischen Lasche und
Rahmen die Aludistanz ø18xø9x30mm fügen.
Hinterer Verschraubungspunkt:
mit der VA Torxschraube M6x55 sowie VA
U- Scheibe Ø6,4.
R1200 GS:
Zwischen Lasche und Original Distanz die
Aludistanz Ø18xØ9x15mm fügen.
R1200 GS Adventure:
Zwischen Lasche und Original Distanz die
Aludistanz Ø18xØ9x7mm fügen.

Unten mit der VA-Torx Schraube M6x16, U-Scheibe ø6,4 und
selbstsichernde Muttern M6 am Kofferträger.
Oben mit der VA-Torxschraube M6x35, U-Scheibe ø6,4 und
selbstsichernde Muttern M6 am Kofferträger.
Stahldistanz Ø9xØ7x18mm zwischenfügen.
Die Metalladapter liegen den Koffern bei.
Fastening of the heat shield top / Fastening of adapter to hook
in the fixing lock left:
Bottom with VA-torx screws M6 x16, washer ø6,4 and self lock
nut M6 at the carrier.
Top with VA-torx screws M6 x35, washer ø6,4 and self lock
nut M6 at the carrier.
Add steel spacer Ø9xØ7x18mm between carrier and shield.
The adapters are enclosed with the side cases.

Fastening of adapter to hook in the fixing lock right:
To mount the metal adapter on the carrier use VA-torx screws
M6 x16, washers ø6,4 and self lock nuts M6.
The adapters are enclosed with the side cases.
Montage des Metalladapters zum Einhaken des
Kofferhalteschlosses rechts:
Der Adapter wird mit den VA-Torx Schrauben M6 x 16,
U-Scheiben ø6,4 und selbstsichernden Muttern M6 am Kofferträger
verschraubt.
Die Adapter müssen auf die Kofferschlösser ausgerichtet werden.
Die Metalladapter liegen den Koffern bei.
HINWEIS
NOTICE
Nur für R1200 GS: Bei gemeinsamer Montage mit der H&B
Gepäckbrücke entfällt die Aludistanz ø18xø9x15mm am hinteren
Verschraubungspunkt. Hier die Schrauben aus diesem Satz
verwenden.
For R1200 GS only:
When mounted together with a H&B rear rack, the alu spacer
ø18xø9x15mm will not be used at the rear connection point.
Use the screws from this kit.
