La macchina è stata progettata e costruita in accordo alle norme
vigenti ed è quindi dotata di sistemi di prevenzione e protezione per i
rischi di natura meccanica ed elettrica che possono riguardare l’ope-
ratore o l’utilizzatore. Vi sono tuttavia dei rischi residui che possono
presentarsi durante il trasporto, l’installazione, l’uso o la manutenzio-
ne. Tali rischi possono essere ridotti seguendo scrupolosamente le
istruzioni del manuale, utilizzando gli adeguati dispositivi di protezione
individuali e rispettando le vigenti norme di sicurezza.
Le indicazioni più importanti riguardanti la sicurezza e il corretto utiliz-
zo della macchina sono accompagnate da alcuni simboli per renderle
più evidenti:

consequence must be kept carefully and must ALWAYS accom-
pany the appliance even if transferred to other owners or users
or transferred to another plant. If damaged or lost, request ano-
ther copy from the Manufacturer.

authorised staff or staff qualified according to that envisioned by

rous situations can be created and the appliance manufacturer

installation to the owner, i.e. in compliance with the Standards in
force and the indications supplied in this book.

The machine has been designed and constructed according to the
current norms and consequently with mechanical and electrical safety
devices designed to protect the operator or user from possible physi-
cal damage.
Residual risks during use or in some intervention procedures on the
device are however present. Such risks can be reduced by
carefully following manual procedures, using the suggested individual
protection devices and respecting the legal and safety norms in force.

All the units, before being sent, undergo a series of checks, as listed
below.
•Visual inspection of the finishes
•hecks to ensure all the components are integral
•Electrical safety checks
•Functional test on the electric fans
•Application of the identification plates.
•Le unità trattamento aria e i loro accessori sono inseriti in scatole di
cartone che dovranno rimanere integre fino al momento del mon-
taggio.
•I componenti che, per esigenze tecniche, costruttive, di trasporto o
qualsivoglia, non vengono montati a bordo macchina, ma spediti
separatamente all’interno dell’unità o meno, vengono protetti con
adeguati involucri e debitamente menzionati sulla bolla di accom-
pagnamento delle merci.
•Si diffida dal sovrapporre qualsiasi altro materiale sulla merce: la
ditta costruttrice declina ogni responsabilità in caso di danni deri-
vanti da tale carico.
Si consiglia che al ricevimento della merce, prima dello scarico, sia
effettuato un controllo su tutto il materiale in consegna al fine di verifi-
care l’esistenza di eventuali danni causati dal trasporto. Gli eventuali
danni devono essere debitamente comunicati al vettore e specificati
nella clausola di riserva riportata nella bolla di accompagnamento.
E’ vivamente consigliato :
•Il peso di ogni singola macchina è riportato sul presente manuale.
•Evitare rotazioni senza controllo.
•Appoggiare con prudenza la merce in modo da evitarne bruschi
spostamenti o, peggio, cadute.
In caso di stoccaggio prolungato prima dell’installazione, le macchine
dovranno essere protette dalla polvere, dalle intemperie e tenute lon-
tane da fonti di calore e vibrazioni.
Tutte le unità, prima di essere spedite, sono sottoposte ad una serie
di controlli di seguito elencati.
• Ispezione visiva sulle finiture
• Verifica integrità di tutti i componenti
• Verifiche di sicurezza elettrica
• Prova di funzionamento dei ventilatori
• Applicazione delle targhette di identificazione.
• The air handling units are packed in cardboard boxes that must
remain intact until assembly.
• The components that, due to technical, constructional, transport or
other requirements are not fitted on the unit, but sent separately
either inside the unit or otherwise, are specially protected and duly
described on the packing list.
• No other material must be stacked on the products: the manufactu-
rer declines all liability in the event of damage deriving from such
loads.
• The weight of the units is shown on this manual
• Avoid uncontrolled rotations
• Place the goods down with care, avoiding sudden movements or,
worse, dropping the goods.
In the event of extended storage before installation, keep the units pro-
tected from dust and bad weather and away from sources of vibrations
and heat.
When receiving the goods, before unloading, all the material delivered
must be checked to ascertain the presence of any damage caused
during transport. Any damage found must be reported to the carrier,
accepting the goods with reservation and specifying the type of dama-
ge on the delivery documents.

• Work while meeting the current safety regulations, ensuring suffi-
cient space to move and the cleanliness of jobsite
• Wear protective clothing and personal protective equipment (glas-
ses, gloves, etc.)
• Move the packed section as close as possible to the place of instal-
lation
• Don't place tools or other jobsite equipment over the packed unit
• Don't use the unit as a store of yard tools
• Don't touch moving parts and don't use them as supports
• heck the full integrity of all unit components.
• Make sure that the support surface is able to support the weight of
the unit(units) and will not cause vibrations.
• Make sure that the support surface is perfectly horizontal so as to

• Never position the unit in rooms where there are flammable gases

orizzontale onde permettere il corretto accoppiamento delle varie
sezioni.
• Non posizionare l’unità in locali in cui siano presenti gas infiamma-
bili, sostanze acide, aggressive e corrosive che possono danneg-
giare i vari componenti in maniera irreparabile.
• Prevedere spazi tecnici adeguati tali da garantire le operazioni di
installazione nonché di manutenzione e di sostituzione dei compo-
nenti quali batterie, filtri ecc.
• Nell’eventualità che la macchina debba essere installata sospesa
bisogna prevedere un sistema di aggancio a soffitto per ciascuna
delle sezioni che compongono l’unità di trattamento.

1.Preparare idonei ganci filettati con dadi e guarnizioni regolabili.
2.Installare come mostrato dall'immagine qui sopra. L'installazione
deve essere livellata e fissata saldamente.
3.La mancata osservanza del corretto fissaggio potrebbe causare
lesioni, danni alle apparecchiature e vibrazioni eccessive.
4. Eventualmente utilizzare giunti antivibranti sui canali, nel caso di
parziale allineamento con le bocche dell’unità.
1. Il collegamento delle bocche dell'unità ai condotti deve essere sigillato
per evitare perdite d'aria e deve rispettare le direttive e i regolamenti
pertinenti.
2. I due canali di rinnovo ed espulsione devono essere leggermente
inclinati verso il basso, nello sbocco esterno per evitare l'ingresso di
acqua piovana (inclinazione suggerita 1/100 - 1/50).
3. Isolare adeguatamente i condotti per evitare dispersioni termiche e
formazione di condensa.

1. Installer to prepare suitable threaded hangers with adjustable nuts
and gaskets.

securely fastened.
3. Failure to observe proper fixing could result in injury, equipment

unit vents.

1 Assicurarsi che l'altezza del soffitto non sia inferiore alle figure nella
colonna B della tabella.
2. L'apparecchio non deve essere installato vicino ai fumi della caldaia.
3. Il fenomeno seguente dovrebbe essere evitato nell'installazione di
canalizzazioni.
4. Evitare l’uso di canali flessibile per lunghi tratti rettilinei.
5. Le serrande tagliafuoco devono essere montate secondo le norme
antincendio nazionali e locali.
6. L'apparecchio non deve essere esposto a temperature ambiente
superiori a 40 °C e non deve essere esposto a superfici roventi o
fiamme libere.
7. Adottare tutti gli accorgimenti neccessari per evitare punti di rugia-
da o gelo.
Come indicato dal diagramma qui sotto, nell'unità potrà prodursi
condensa o ghiaccio se la retta AC, che unisce il punto delle condi-
zioni di temperatura e umidità dell’ aria esterna C a quello ambien-
te A, passa all’esterno della curva di saturazione. Se si verificasse
questa situazione utilizzare un pre-riscaldatore dell’aria di rinnovo
per passare da B a B’ e portare C a C’, evitando così la formazione
di condensa e ghiaccio.
N.B. il funzionamento del pre-riscaldatore deve essere interblocca-
to con i ventilatori, pena il rischio di incendio!
8. Per evitare ricircolo tra l’aria espulsa e l’aria di rinnovo , la distanza
tra le due aperture installate sulla parete esterna deve essere supe-
riore a 1000 mm.

4. Exessive use of flex-duct and long flex-duct runs should be avoided.

6. Unit must not be exposed to ambient temperature above 40° and
should not face an open fire.
7. Take action to avoid dew and frost.
As shown by drawing below, unit will produce dew or frost when
saturation curve is formed from A to . Use pre-heater to ensure
conditions are kept to right of the curve (B to B’ , to move to ) to
prevent condensation or frost formation.
If heater is equipped to the unit, operation of heater should be
synchronous with the unit, so that the heater starts to work only
when unit starts. Warning: risk of fire!
8. To avoid the outdoor exhaust air cycling back to indoor, the distan-
ce between the two vents installed on the outside wall should be
over 1000 mm.

Il fabbricante non accetta alcuna responsabilità per eventuali problemi

L'alimentazione deve essere isolata durante l'installazione e prima
della manutenzione per evitare lesioni da scosse elettriche. Le speci-
fiche dei cavi devono corrispondere rigorosamente ai requisiti tecnici,
altrimenti possono causare guasti e pericolo di folgorazione o incen-

L'alimentazione è AC 230V / 50 - 60 Hz monofase e messa a terra.
Aprire il coperchio della scatola elettrica, collegare i 3 fili (L/N/PE) ai
morsetti e collegare il cavo del pannello di controllo alla scheda secon-
do lo schema di cablaggio, e unire il pannello di controllo al cavo. Si
consiglia un dispositivo di fissaggio del cavo offerto dall'installatore per
fissare il cavo di alimentazione sulla parete/ventilatore.
Power must be isolated during installation and before maintenance to
avoid injury by electric shock. The specifications of cables must strictly
match the requirements, otherwise it may cause performance failure
and danger of electric shock or fire.
Power supply is A 230V / 50 - 60 HZ 1 Phase and ground. Open the
cover of electrical box, connect the 3 wires (L/N/PE) to the terminals
and connect the cable of the control panel to the board according to
the wiring diagram, and join the control panel to the cable. A cable
fixing device offered by installer is recommended to fix the power

Pulire il filtro regolarmente. Un filtro ostruito può causare
scarsa qualità dell'aria interna.

Il parametro che identifica la taglia del-
l’unità è impostato in fabbrica. Tuttavia se è necessario verificar-
lo e/o modificarlo, premere per 6 secondi per passare
all’impostazione dei parametri: il numero del parametro viene visualizzato
al centro dello schermo. Permere il tasto ed impostare il parametro
n°21 (vedere lista parametri più avanti); premere brevemente per
inserire il valore del parametro. Il valore di default “0” lampeggia nell’an-
golo in alto a destra sullo schermo, premere i pulsanti su e giù per carica-
re il valore in base alla tabella sottostante (ERV codice Vs Modelli), quin-
di premere nuovamente il tasto per confermare l'impostazione.
. Premere brevemente il
tasto per passare alla modalità OA (aria
esterna), RA (aria di ripresa), SA (aria di man-
data), o FR (EA, aria di espulsione), controllare
che la temperatura sia corrispondente.

L’azionamento del by-pass avvie-
ne tra 19°C e 21°C di temperatura OA; eventualmente premere
per visualizzarla. Se il valore rilevato si trova in questo intervallo, il by-pass
si aprirà automaticamente. Se si vuole modificare la temperatura OA di set
point by-pass, per esempio a 18°C, premere il pulsante più di 6
secondi per accedere al parametro impostazione.
Premere il tasto per passare al parametro numero 02, valore di default
pari a 19°C é visualizzato nell'angolo in alto a destra sul display, quindi
premere brevemente il tasto per entrare nell’impostazione, premen-
do i tasti e ▼ impostando il valore su "X", "X" deve essere inferiore a
18°C (temperatura attuale OA) quindi premere per confermare. Con lo
stesso modo per impostare il valore del parametro numero 03 come "Y",
se "X" < OA temperatura < "X + Y". Poi il by-pass si aprirà automatica-
mente, aperto, l'utente può regolare i valori sotto i parametri 2 e 3 per ren-
dere OA<"X" o OA>"X + Y", quindi il by-pass si chiuderà automaticamen-
te.

The default opening
temperature of by-pass is between 19° and 21° (adjustable), press but-
ton to check the temperature of OA. If the present OA temperature
is among 19° - 21° , then bypass will open automatically. If the OA tem-
perature is not within 19°-21° , say 18° , then press button more
than 6 seconds to enter the parameter setting. Press button to switch
to parameter number 02, default value 19 flashes shown at the top right
corner,Then press button shortly to enter setting, by pressing and
▼buttons and set the value to be “X”, “X” should be less than 18° (pre-
sent OA temperature) then press again to confirm. With the same way
to set parameter number 03 value to be “Y”, if “X” < OA temperature <
“X+Y”. Then bypass will open automatically, after bypass open, user can
adjust the values under parameters 2 and 3 to make OA<“X” or
OA>”X+Y”, then bypass will close automatically.

Il controllore dispone di una interfaccia LC di tipo “touch screen” fornito
come accessorio (PTS).
Il cavo di collegamento standard lungo 5 metri, ma l'installatore può pre-
parare un cavo supplementare se richiesto dal progetto.

: premere una volta il tasto ON/OFF per accendere e due volte
per spegnere. Nello stato “ON” il display é retroilluminato,ma trascorsi 6
secondi il display si spegne; idem se l’unità si trova in stato di “OFF”.
Premendo il tasto ON/OFF per circa 6 secondi è possibile bloccare e
sbloccare il pannello di controllo.
Nel corretto funzionamento l’icona “COMM” deve lampeggiare.

In modalità di impostazione SA (aria di mandata), dopo aver collegato il
riscaldatore elettrico alla scheda di controllo (contatti faston L 3 e L 4) e
impostato il parametro 01 al valore 1, gli utenti possono impostare la tem-
peratura dell'aria di mandata premendo i tasti e ▼. L'intervallo di tem-
peratura di taratura è di 10°- 25°C.
Se
0°C < temperatura impostata meno temperatura misurata SA < 5°C,
allora 1° stadio riscaldamento acceso, 2° stadio riscaldamento spento.
Se
temperatura impostata meno temperatura misurata SA > 5°C
Allora 1° e 2° stadio riscaldamento sono accesi.
Il simbolo di CO2appare quando il sensore di CO2è collegato. Il funzio-
na a velocità MAX si ha quando la concentrazione di CO2superiore al
valore di set impostato.
Il simbolo di umidità appare quando il sensore di temperatura e umidità è
collegato. L’unità funziona a velocità MAX quando l'umidità rilevata dalla
sonda superiore al valore di set impostato.
In modalità "controllo umidità", gli utenti possono impostare il set di l'umi-
dità premendo i tastofreccia su o freccia giù. La gamma di regolazione è
45% ~ 90%. E il selettore SW4-3 sul PCB deve essere acceso per pas-
sare dalla funzione di controllo della CO2alla funzione di controllo dell'u-
midità.

Under SA setting mode, after connecting the electrical heater to the PB
(faston contact LD3 and LD4) and change parameter 01 to value 1, users
can set the supply air temperature by pressing and ▼button. The set-
ting temperature range is 10-25° .
If
0° < setting temperature minus SA temperature < 5° ,
Then 1st stage heater on, 2nd stage heater off.
If
Setting temperature minus SA temperature > 5° ,
Then 1st and 2nd stage heater on.
The O2symbol appears when the O2sensor is connected. ERV runs
at boost speed when O2 concentration higher than setting value.
The humidity symbol appears when the temperature and humidity sensor
is connected. Unit runs at boost speed when humidity higher than setting
value.
Under “humidity control” mode, users can set the humidity set by pressing
up and down button. The setting range is 45% ~ 90%. And the Dial switch
SW4-3 on the P B should be switched ON to switch from O2control
function to humidity control function.
Under supply air SA or return air RA temperature
interface, user can set the return air volume in RA status, and set the
supply air volume in SA status by pressing and ▼buttons. Totally 10
speeds control are available.

Quando il by-pass è attivato, il simbolo ∆di bypass appare, quando il
by-pass è disattivato, il simbolo scompare, fare riferimento al capitolo 12
per l'introduzione dettagliata delle impostazioni.
