1.Locatefuselage and bagof assembly
screws. Layout screwsissizeorder
groups.
2.Locatehorizontaltailand 2screws. Position
the tailplane inand screwinplace.
3.Locatetheverticaltail. Slidethe wirefrom
the tailwheelintothe plasticmount on the
bottomof the rudder.
4.Slide theverticaltailintoposition inthe
mount on top of the horizontaltail. Tab at
front oftailinsertsintofuselage. Screwin
placewith2screws.
5.Locatelowermainwing and the "N"struts.
Screwinplacewith2small screws. Repeat
forotherside of wing.

6.Snug up screwsbut donot overtighten.
7.Screwcabane strutsinplaceonfuselage
using2small screws. Pleaserefertophoto
forcorrect orientationof cabane. Repeat for
othercabane.
8.Locatelowermainwing. Plug inaileron
servotoreceiver, thereisan open
extension forthis.
9.Afterplugginginthe aileron servo,position
the lowermainwing inplaceonthe
fuselage.
10.Screwinplacebothfront andback with
supplied nylon screws. Snug up but do not
overtighten.

11.Matchthe topsof the cabanestothe
mountson the bottomof the uppermain
wing. Screwinpositionwith2smallscrews.
Repeat forthe othercabane
12.Inasimilarfashion attachthe topsof the2
"N"strutstothe upperwing with2small
screwseach.
13.Connect thetop and bottomaileronswith
the supplied wireconnector.
14.Locatethepre-bentlanding gearwith
wheelsand wheelpants.Pushinplaceon
fuselage bottomat front of batterybox.
15.Open batteryboxand insert battery.

16.Batteryslidestowardthe noseof the
airplane inapre-formed slot. Pleasereferto
photo.
17.Leaving onenuton the motorshaft,insert
the spinnerbackplateontoshaft tillit
engageswiththe nut.
18.Slippropellerontoshaft andsecurewith
additionalnuts. Installspinnerand holdin
placewithscrews.
19.Install8-AA cellsintothe transmitterand
turnit on. Lowerthe left stick (throttle)toits
lowest position (bottomof the transmitter)
and thenplug theflight batteryintothe
speed control. Check that the controls
operateinthe correct direction,if necessary
reversethe direction ofaservowiththe
corresponding reverseswitch.
20.Withthe suppliedcomponentsinstalled the
C.G. (centerof gravity)isautomatically
correct.

21.Check that thecontrolsurfacesareat
neutral.
22.Withthetrimadjustmentson the transmitter
intheirmiddleposition, the controlsurfaces
on the modelshouldbe neutral.
23.Adjust the lengthof thepushrodsas
necessary.
24.The controlthrowsshouldbe
approximately.
25.Elevator=5/8" Upand Down
26.Ailerons=½" Upand Down
27.Rudder=1-1/8" EachWay
