ASSEMBLING, INSTALLING, AND USING THIS PRODUCT.

Always check for wires, fuel tanks and lines, brake lines and other important
vehicle functionality items prior to drilling and installing all products.
DO NOT EXCEED MANUFACTURERS WEIGHT CAPACITY FOR ROOF.
Secure all payloads properly for safe transportation.

Read all instructions prior to assembling or installing any Holman product.
Always locate your installation locations prior to performing any work.

Hardware
DO NOT EXCEED MANUFACTURERS WEIGHT CAPACITY FOR ROOF!
Step 1 –Assemble Cross Bar
Insert the 1-3/4” bar assembly into the 2” bar.
Screw 3/8” x 3/8” set screw into cross bar and snug tighten but allow for movement.
Be sure to tighten this set screw once cross bar is installed.

Step 2 –Install Cross Bar
Put cross bar in place and secure
each side using a bracket clamp,
two 3/8” x 1-1/4” hex head bolts,
four 3/8” washers, and
two 3/8” lock nuts as shown below.
Snug tighten but allow for movement.
Repeat on opposite side.
Slide the cross bar into the desired
location and tighten all harware.
GO BACK AND TIGHTEN ALL HARDWARE.
INSTALLATION IS COMPLETE.
