Note on descaling:
Use descaling agent to remove the limescale on the surface of the water tank and
heatingelement.
Refer to instruction of decaling agent that you purchased from market, or refer to the
water tank size and the scale of limescale to prepare the descaling solution - the ratio
of descaling agent and warm water(140OF) should be 1:20 roughly. Keep the prepared
descaling solution in the water tank for 10-30 minutes. Then pour off the descaling liquid
and wash it with clean water several times till there is no descaling liquid left. If there is
alot of limescale, you can repeat the above steps one more time.
Never use other detergent to clean the water tank. If there is detergent residue in the water
tank, it may cause water spray when the steamer is working. If you encounter a similar
situation, immediately turn off power button and clean the water tank with tap water for
2-3times till there is no detergent residue left.
