Assembly and Instructions for Use
1. Unpack the product and check to make sure everything is included (Fig 1).
2. This unit is powered by a DC adaptor, which is included.
3. Attach the DC adaptor to the jack located on the back of the unit (Fig 2) and insert the cord into a 120V household outlet.
Listening to Lullabies and Natural Sounds
1. Turn on the sound machine on by pressing the SOUNDSON/OFF button. Next select the sound or lullaby you wish to
listen to and press the corresponding button (Fig 3).
2. To adjust the volume, turn the VOLUME knob (Fig 4) to your desired level.
3. When finished listening to the lullabies or sounds you may turn them off by pressing the SOUNDS ON/OFF button.

NOTE: When the unit is turned on it will always default to the last sound used.
Using the Picture Projection
NOTE: The projector door must be completely closed, pushed all the way up,
in order for the picture projector to function (Fig 6).
1. Turn on the picture projection on by pressing the PROJECTION ON/OFF button (Fig 3).
2. To adjust the brightness of the projection, turn the HI/LO knob (Fig 5) to your desired level.
3. The angle of the projector can be adjusted by angling forward up to 90°
4. When finished using the picture projection you may turn it off by pressing the PROJECTION
ON/OFF button.
NOTE: SOUNDS and PROJECTION are independent functions. You can use one at a time or
both combined.

Changing the Image Disc
1. Make sure projection is off, then slide down the projector door and pull out the disc holder (Fig 7).
2. Gently remove the current disc and set aside (Fig 7).
3. Select a new disc from the disc storage slots (Fig 6) and place into the disc holder so that you can
see the word “UP” printed on the disc (Fig 8).
4. Slide the disc holder back into the unit and push projector door up to close (Fig 6).
NOTE: The projector door must be completely closed, pushed all the way up,
in order for the picture projector to function (Fig 6).
5. Put original image disc into empty disc storage slot (Fig 6).

Using the Auto-Timer
1. When the sounds and/or projection are on you may set a timer so the unit will
automatically turn off.
2. Toggle through the TIMER button (Fig 3) until the time of your choice, 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes,
is illuminated on the timer display. The selected time will remain illuminated to confirm that the
timer is set.

You may store the unit in its box or a cool, dry place.
To Clean
Wipe off dust with a damp cloth. NEVER use liquids or abrasive cleaner to clean.

Limited 1 Year Warranty
HoMedics sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and
workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase, except as noted below.
HoMedics warrants that its products will be free of defects in material and workmanship under
normal use and service. This warranty extends only to consumers and does not extend to
Retailers. To obtain warranty service on your HoMedics product, mail the product and your dated
sales receipt (as proof of purchase), postpaid, to the following address:

misuse or abuse; accident; the attachment of any unauthorized accessory; alteration to the prod-
uct; improper installation; unauthorized repairs or modifications; improper use of electrical/power
supply; loss of power; dropped product; malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to
provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance; transportation damage; theft; neglect; vandal-

This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the country in which the

or repair of products damaged by these modifications is not covered under this warranty.
THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY.
THERE SHALL BE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED

Assemblage et instruction d’utilisation
1. Déballez l’appareil et vérifiez qu’aucun élément ne manque (Fig 1).
2. L’appareil est alimenté à partir d’un adaptateur c.c, inclus.
3. Branchez l’adaptateur c.c. à la prise localisée au dos de l’appareil (Fig 2)
et branchez l’autre bout dans une prise domestique de courant de 120V.
Écoute de berceuse et de sons naturels
1. 1. Mettez en marche l’appareil sonore en appuyant sur le bouton SOUNDS ON/OFF (son marche/arrêt). Sélectionnez la
trame que vous désirez écouter et appuyez sur le bouton correspondant à cette trame (Fig 3).
2. Pour ajuster le volume selon votre goût, tournez le bouton VOLUME (Fig 4).
3. Lorsque vous avez terminé d’écouter la berceuse ou les sons, vous pouvez les arrêter en appuyant sur le bouton
SOUNDS ON/OFF.
REMARQUE : Lorsque l’appareil est mis en marche, il activera toujours le dernier son choisi.

Utilisation du projecteur d’images
REMARQUE : La porte du projecteur doit être entièrement fermée, c.-à-d. complète-
ment poussée vers le haut, afin que le projecteur fonctionne (Fig 6).
1. Activez le projecteur en appuyant sur le bouton PROJECTION ON/OFF (Fig 3).
2. Pour ajuster la luminosité de la projection selon votre goût, tournez le bouton HI/LO (Fig 5).
3. L’angle de projection peut être ajusté en donnant un angle vers l’avant jusqu’à 90°
4. Lorsque vous avez terminé d’utiliser le projecteur, vous pouvez l’éteindre en appuyant sur
le bouton PROJECTION ON/OFF
REMARQUE : Les SONS et la PROJECTION sont des fonctions indépendantes.
Vous pouvez utiliser uniquement l’une ou l’autre de ces fonctions, ou les deux simultanément.

1. Assurez-vous que le projecteur ne fonctionne pas, ouvrez la porte du projecteur en la
glissant vers le bas, et retirez le support de disque (Fig 7).
2. Enlevez délicatement le disque et mettez-le de côté (Fig 7).
3. Sélectionnez un autre disque à partir de l’espace de rangement de disques (Fig 6) et placez-le dans le
support de disque, de sorte à pouvoir lire le mot « UP » (haut), lequel est imprimé sur le disque (Fig 8).
4. Remettez le support de disque dans le projecteur en le glissant, et refermez la porte du projecteur (Fig 6).
REMARQUE : La porte du projecteur doit être entièrement fermée, c.-à-d. complètement
poussée vers le haut, afin que le projecteur fonctionne (Fig 6).
5. Placez le disque d’images que vous avez retiré dans l’espace de rangement libre (Fig 6).

Utilisation de la minuterie
1. Lorsque la fonction de son ou de projection est activée, vous pouvez programmer
la minuterie pour que l’appareil s’arrête automatiquement.
2. Utilisez le bouton TIMER (minuterie) (Fig 3) afin de choisir le temps d’utilisation de votre choix :
15, 30, 45 ou 60 minutes. La période de temps est affichée sur l’écran de minuterie. Lorsque le
temps sélectionné demeure affiché, ceci confirme que la minuterie est réglée.

Rangement
Rangez l’appareil dans sa boîte ou dans un endroit frais et sec.
Nettoyage
Enlevez la poussière à l’aide d’un chiffon humide. NE JAMAIS UTILISER un nettoyant liquide ou abrasif
pour nettoyer l’appareil.
Les modifications non autorisées par le fabricant peuvent annuler le droit de l’utilisateur d’utiliser cet appareil.
Remarque : Cet appareil est conforme à la Partie 15 des règles de la FCC. Le fonctionnement de cet appareil
fait l’objet de deux conditions : (1) l’appareil ne doit pas causer de l’interférence, et (2) l’appareil doit tolérer
